    The experience I had here today exceeded my expectations. The staff was excellent which inluded 5 different people, each one as lovely as the last. Truly! Expect usual long wait times like any urgent care, but the wait wasn't bad for me because the staff kept communicating throughout. I'll keep their names private but the woman who did my x-rays was very kind and the woman administering my medication shot for inflammation was awesome too. Be sure to book a slot ahead of time, if possible. And know you'll be in great care.

    From the outside it doesn't look like much so when I stepped through the doors to find a beautifully renovated facility with super attentive and friendly staff I was pleasantly surprised. Complimentary water/beverages, phone charging ports and plenty of comfortable seating - though I didn't have to wait long to be seen. I would definitely come here should I need urgent care in the future.

    My four year old daughter had an emergency situation and Indigo provided us the highest level of care! Best experience as a mother I could have hoped for and greatly appreciated it! They helped to calm me as a mother in the situation, answered all of my questions thoroughly and took exceptional care of my daughter from the second we walked in, to the second we left. Would highly recommend the Bothell Indigo to anyone in need. The entire staff was absolutely amazing!

    The staff is kind, thoughtful and generous with effort in gettin me seen. Mikaela is AMAZING and is extremely compassionate with genuine empathy. ❤ I appreciate all the nurses' tireless efforts; efficiently helping all the patients with scheduling, quick check-ins, and comfortable assistance throughout the visits *even offering water or tea, while keeping the environment clean and practicing safe covid protocols 😇. The Dr.'s have all been courteous, nice, very efficient and knowledgeable. Even if they've had to squeeze me in to my partial apt, they still did thorough examination. Speedily doing the apt doesn't take away from quality, informational service. ALL the staff makes you feel cared for and a human being, not a numbered chart. Based on my experiences, so has the Mill Creek and Shoreline locations ☆Thank you everyone who works so hard in, sometimes, a Thankless job. I appreciate you!!!

    Wow, I just had the best urgent care experience of my life, and I've been to urgent care a lot as a mom of two. I went there with my sick baby after reserving my spot early in the morning, arriving a bit before my appointment. I was prepared to wait at least two hours like it usually is, and with a sick kid I braced for the worse. But instead my paperwork was done in five minutes, and I was seeing the nurse practitioner within 15 minutes. All the staff were lovely and kind. It's not even two hours after my appointment right now and I got my baby's medication in hand and a relieved heart. I am not going to any other urgent care from now on.

    So not anything against the staff, but I went in to be looked at this location tonight and I informed them I would be paying out of pocket because my insurance is an HMO, and they flat out refused medical treatment for me because of there “policy “ of we have to bill insurance if you have it and if we can’t you can’t be seen no matter what. First time me hearing of this as when I came to the same location last year there was no issue, and I am more then willing to pay to be seen. (My doctor is 3 month out) I thought it was illegal to refuse medical service with someone in need but I guess not.

    Have been here twice, both times was treated with so much compassion. It felt like they cared, they validated me and treated me. Great care team, different practitioners both times but same level of empathy. I saw some people turned away, I’d suggest making an appointment online, it’s super simple!

    As a mom, I was very impressed with the quality of care at this urgent care. All the staff were friendly, patient, and professional. They were so sweet to my 1.5 year old toddler. They were very efficient with their procedures; we didn't have to wait long at all to be seen. Even though the visit was short, the provider took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure we had everything we needed. Super grateful to have this urgent care location available whenever we need it!

    The team at this Indigo is top notch! Every employee was friendly and did their best to make sure I was as comfortable as possible during my visit. I'd recommend making an appointment if you're able to, otherwise anticipate a wait. Appointments were easy to make online.

    Saw me quickly and we were finished with the x-ray 10 minutes later. Spent less than 20 minutes in and out. The staff was very friendly and personable. It was a good visit as far as hospital/doctor visits go. A +++

    Brought my elderly mom in for her first visit today. Ava at the front desk was amazing and fast at the registration. Kate was amazing at the xray and rooming. Lily the provider was efficient and great at listening. Amanda was great at putting on the boot and discharging. Every single person from beginning to end was kind and very sweet to my mom. Thank you!

    Incredibly kind and thoughtful staff work here. Brought my sick toddler in without an appointment and we were able to get in after about an hour since it was pretty busy (Friday night). Everyone was so sweet to my sick kiddo and patient with him. We typically go to the Shoreline clinic but ended up at Bothell because of the lack of available walk-ins and the care was equally amazing. So grateful to have this as a resource for when things pop up!

    I've used indigo urgent Care (Bothell) two times now. Both times were a very good experience. They took me on time, they were nice, and they really listened to me and talked to me about my concerns and possible treatment options. Seemed like they genuinely want to help the people they are seeing. It's not just a medical "patient mill" to bill insurance. Would totally send my friends and family there for quick appointments like UTIs your infection sinus infections etc when you're not really needing to go to the ER but can't get into your doctor.

    If you make an appointment, you will get taken care of quickly. (They even have tea, coffee, and water all complementary while you wait!) The staff is caring, and understanding. They gave me a few different tests, and I got the first results in just 15 min! They said I could go home and when they get the rest of the results, and they would call me! Very fast and caring service overall! My whole family loves this urgent care.

    I went to urgent care or abscess around my thumb and the visit involved poking the abscess through a Sterile needle and cleaning it with alcohol wipe and put a bandaid on it. I was in and out in 5 minutes of entering the facility. Now I receive a $576 bill for such a small visit with no expertise used. Evergreen is better for sure.

    Eternally grateful for Indigo 🩷 not only did I get a same day apt but I was able to get in 2 hours after I called. I had something in my eye, it was not an easy fix but the doctor handled with care, step by step told me what she was doing. Staff was friendly… Idk what I would’ve done if they wouldn’t have been able to get me in. Thank you thank you!! I will be a returning customer 100%. If possible, I recvomend booking a time slot, so you can avoid the wait times.

    We had a great experience here. My daughter hurt her finger and they got us in quickly, were very friendly and kind to her, and we're very thorough. We'll definitely go back (if needed and hopefully not any time soon!)

    Overall a great experience! I would recommend this clinic and will be back if I need assistance in the future. Kate (I believe she was a nurse? Or an MA? I’m not entirely sure) but she was fantastic! Super super sweet and easy to talk to. Offered me something to drink, walked me all the way out to the front door when I was ready to leave, and truly provided some of the best service I’ve ever had. Jerry the provider was also great. I felt listened to, properly evaluated, and properly treated in a timely manor. It’s a walk in a clinic so of course there was a bit of a wait, I would expect this with a walk in clinic and didn’t mind at all. I especially appreciated that I was able to wait in my car (they also said I could leave and gave me a time to come back, but I chose to wait) then I received a text when they were ready for me. This made the wait much more enjoyable and I appreciated that I didn’t have to sit in a room of other germs and sicknesses, unnecessarily.

    I had a great experience at this walk in clinic. Knowledgeable and courteous folks. Definitely will go here next time. I typically avoid going to the doctor but I really liked the atmosphere and care at this clinic.

    Some of the staff is friendlier, or more personable than others, particularly the actual medical staff. The front desk staff looked liked they saw a ghost or "dear in headlights". Not sure what that's about, maybe just the common psychological effects of customer service on the human condition. Does not negatively impact the actual level of care in medical terms, as long as a not caring (or aloof) attitude doesn't impact the overall definition of "care" you're good to go at the Indigo.

    From the time you call to speak to rep at the front desk and each associate you come in contact with, you are treated with so much compassion and professionalism when you are feeling your worst! The associate who checked me in made the process of insurance and such very easy. (Early on check in on line is very helpful) The tech, Karrie, was awesome. Really appreciated her so much. Jerry was the best. So kind, caring and knowledgeable and made me feel I was in the right place! He took time to go over everything and couldn’t have been more comforting. I have a super personal physician but can’t always find they have a quick appointment time available. I have complete confidence in this clinic to give me the same high level of care. Thank you, Karrie and Jerry… highly recommend… staff is amazing.

    I find the team at this location to be exceptional. Both of the doctors I’ve seen over the years have taken the time to listen and to explain and answer my questions. The doctors assistants (I forget names :() are also great. The assistant that took my tests today (cat lover, fun purple hair) has always been friendly and helpful. They make you feel comfortable. Also the woman at the front desk has gone out of her way to help me with billing issues. So glad they are my closest walk in!!

    This is the second Indigo location I have visited. They are always fast, helpful, and so friendly! The staff are so great with kids, they have on site x-ray which is really helpful when you have an injury after hours or on a weekend. If they don’t know the answer they’re quick to refer you somewhere. I’ve had two splints placed for different injuries for my son and both have been high quality, even better than our pediatrician had to offer. The only thing we don’t use them for is routine care or true emergencies, we love Indigo and are so grateful to have one close by!

    Today I had the pleasure of working with Dean, Kate, and Michelle! They were super helpful, very friendly, and made the entire process painless. I also enjoy the new atmosphere. Before the Immediate Clinic was very sterile and cold, now there is a warm friendly atmosphere. Also the staff is SUPER humble, the manager told me, “we are just here to serve the community”, but I do not see it that way, every business serves the community, but they are doing so much more than that, they are protecting the communities health and working nonstop to do so. Considering how hard the past few years of over working they have worked bravely through the fact that they can still greet everyone with a smile is just magnificent. If I could give 6 stars out of 5 I would. To the staff: Thank you again! You not only took care of my injuries, you also gave me a reason to smile through the pain.

    We had such a wonderful experience at Indigo in Bothell. For it being a visit for a sick kid, it’s funny to say how great it was, but from the start Felicia made me feel so welcome over the phone, then Stacy welcomed us so warmly at the door, and gave my sick girl a personal little water bottle that made her feel special :) We met Felicia in person after that and she was wonderful with kids, and very fun. Dr Gerry was awesome as well. Great with kids, attentive and very nice. After all of the check up stuff, Stacy came back with a treat for my girl (and had so sweetly asked me first if that was ok) and Gerry gave her a bunch of stickers and she was stoked about it. I had my 9 month old baby in tow, who had WAY passed her bedtime by this point, but everyone was so gracious and happy to have us and complimentary of my babes. Which makes a mom feel welcome and in good, caring hands. Thank you to the staff, we will only choose Indigo for our urgent care needs.

    Indigo was able to get me in and out within an hour! The front desk woman was so helpful and kind. The medical assistant and doctor were both very personable. Dr Dean personally explained my diagnosis to me and was very thorough and patient with me. I will definitely be recommending this place to people in the future.

    My experience at first with Indigo Urgent Care was not so good. I was turned away for care when I went there Sunday night twenty minutes before they were closing which was my own fault. The next day I hopped online and made an appointment and had no issues. Their online appointment was easy to use and straightforward. The staff was friendly and caring. Dean Ngo, the nurse practitioner, is extremely knowledgeable medical and thorough. I’m glad I came back. I’ll definitely come back again if I have any health concerns. But I will make sure to schedule an online appointment before coming. 😉

    I was greeted warmly and got in to be seen within about an hour as a mid-day walk in, even though it’s peak cold/flu season. The staff members were friendly and professional when checking me in, bringing me back to my room, and doing the initial assessment. The ARNP was fantastic! I felt heard and got great care. He took time to get to know my whole situation and did a thorough assessment before treating my illness. Highly recommend this urgent care!

    We always have good experiences here. Practitioners are usually kind and efficient. We don't have to wait too long, especially with an appointment. It's super clean and modern. It's our go to for urgent Care especially since we can't get in with our pediatrician very quickly.

    Absolutely awful service! Why does the site say it's open until 8:00 but at 7:15 you turn patients away? You should have a notice on your website that the patient should not arrive past a certain time. When you say you're open till 8:00 that implies that someone arriving at 7:15 could see a doctor. Especially when that person is a child who is coughing and clearly needs to see a doctor. I am astonished at the poor level of customer service as well as lack of basic humane concern. But hey don't worry we'll just wait two days till the next urgent care opens again and get an appointment then like your staffers suggested! Hope nobody gets sicker in the meantime!     Entire staff I met was great. Fortunately i was able to find an appointment last day for my 4 yr old daughter, there wasn't much wait time, she got stickers and was offered coffee, hot chocolate, etc... It made my LO comfortable. Diagnosis seemed good as well. Ty so much Indigo, Bothell.

    Always a warm, professional experience when I visit Indigo. I have a chronic illness and I often feel like I need to be on my guard and constantly fighting with healthcare system and providers. I haven’t yet felt that here. I walk in and feel like I can let my guard down and expect quality and compassionate care. Thank you everyone at the Bothell location!

    I have never left a walk in clinic feeling so calm. I went in with a horrible tooth infection and usually these visits include tons of judgement and awkwardness due to my bad teeth. But from the moment I walked in I was met with smiles and kindness. My provider (Brooke Smith) was so sweet and made sure that I was comfortable and didn’t pass judgment. This will be my new go to place! They even gave me good advice on dentists in the area ❤️

    I had to take my two year old in for a strep test and the staff were amazing at talking through things with her and making her feel safe. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and helpful l! Thank you for making a not so fun process easy. My daughter said “I had so much fun at the dr. mommy.” Excellent experience.

    I had a great experience. The staff is professional and friendly. They listened to me thoroughly. Dean was able to understand and diagnose my issue quickly. They even completed some of the screening tests for Covid and flu in their office while we waited.

    This place is great! Everyone that works here is amazing. We have been lucky to get appointments quickly but you still might need to wait if something really urgent comes in. Not a big deal. Love this place.

    Kate and Brooke were absolutely fantastic today! The hospitality of this clinic is unbeatable. The check in process was easy (although I did not catch the name of the lady at the front) and everyone was super kind.

    Great, clean facility and urgent care. Been here twice for severe cough and a badly sprained knee, and the staff is always so professional and all their ARNPs are very understanding. They listen and suggest the best care, even suggesting economical options for medical items outside. Kate , Eric, Kamalneel have been really helpful in their care. They have multiple appointment time slots available everyday which probably has lesser wait time than walk-ins.

    I went to the urgent care to see if they were taking walk in patients and was told they didn't but offered to make an appointment the next day which I did. My son was seen today and got better care than most hospitals. This place will always be my first option when our family doctor is not available. We are grateful for you guys!

    Impressed with appointment set up, appointment availability through the website. Open on Sunday! Easy commute and parking. Quick and easy check in. Staff are very friendly and care about their patients and are personable. Great experience here at Indigo Urgent Care!

    I love, yes love Indigo urgent care, every single time the staff has been lovely. I don’t have to worry about getting in with my PCP if I had an urgent issue, no I’m not paid for this review, I am truly impressed

    I would give zero stars if I could. I came in with an animal puncture wound that had gotten past the fat. I sat in the waiting room with my boyfriend for over two hours with my arm wrapped up in a dirty towel. No one else was in the waiting room as I was explaining what happened to my boyfriend, still in shock from the injury. The lady at the front desk yelled at me for being too loud and for using profanities and told me that she would kick me out if I continued. I was not yelling, i had a serious injury and was freaked out and she had zero empathy for me even though I was crying and visibly distraught the entire time. Finally I came in to see the "doctor" Who was actually an ARN.This man who had glasses about a centimeter thick and very, very poor eyesight. He put on gloves poked at my open wound and told me that I needed to go to the ER for a skin graph and stitches after 60 SECONDS of having me in a room. He didn't even wash the wound out and after it had been sitting wrapped in a dirty towel in their urgent care for over 2 hours. they said that there was nothing else that they could do for me and rushed me out the door. I cried the entire way to emergency care only to be told that I didn't need stitches or a skin graph. They just needed to thoroughly clean out the wound, wrap it, and prescribe antibiotics. Shout out to Swedish ER for their fast and accurate treatment I was in and out in 30 minutes. Im absolutely appalled by their attitude and blatant lack of care for me and can't imagine what they do to other patients who aren't as timid as me.
