I had to wait for an hour after my order was given to another customer and was told she was in a hurry and pregnant.

The delivery was late because they wrote the wrong address. The pizza was burnt. I’m so disappointed. I don’t think I’ll even buy pizza at Botshabelo Debonairs anymore

As for forcing people to buy pizza valid to R250 and R15 delivery fee just because of distance... Trust me botshabelo will never grow... I'll rather pay R50 go to bloem...have my pizza and come bag.

There is one boy i asked him why they didnt answer the phone,as even their agents tried referring me to this restraunt,he then proceeded to tell me he didnt hear it,and i said thats not an excuse,he then stated that he is not responsible for the phone,i asked who it was and i didnt get a definitive answer,then he also like to make the swipe machine not work,just so they dont take any more orders,and only helps those with cash in hand,im not happh with this place 100%,especially when this boy works there,ps,im here right noe and the temperature outside is 9 degrees,but the ventillation system is even colder than outside,i am freezing right now

I ordered a pizza and waited for two hours; when I tried to call Debonairs, the phone would not go through; then, after an hour, I received a call asking if I had received my meal and promising that they would take care of it..... Debonairs failed to deliver my meal after a long wait.

So this was a bad experience. We just bought two Large triple decker pizzas and oh my oh my.......it was more of dough, 1 tomato, a splash of sweet chilli sauce, a sprinkle of mushrooms, and no chicken...My family and I are very disappointed at this...so much for an "AMAZING experience"..... TOTAL FLOP. We even took a picture of this NO FILLING, TOO SWEET, and DRY round bread with triangles.

Debonair's pizza is the best pizza ever. I love my something meaty triple decker. Never disappoints...

Worst. Service. Ever! Evening staff on the 11 of March, ur teller was horrible to say the least! I'm a regular online orders client, today I decided to come in person, big mistake!

I have been waiting for my order for an hour and still waiting. The service is very poor some people have even canceled their orders

Good service and well trained staff, I would suggest customer toilets inside but if not possible I don't see it as a problem as the place is not far from the mall's toilets. Keep it up
