So friendly and ready to help you find what you’re looking for. they don’t push you to buy certain brand names. you have questions they answer you. such a good experience each time as some pet stores and other Mondou stores the employees are miserable.Last visit i was served by Laurie and she was great.

The staff at this location are really great. I had an especially helpful service with Alyssa who showed professionalism & credibility. It was clear she was she knew what she was talking about as she took the time to provide me with clear & helpful advice & guidance for my dog’s digestive issues. I was impressed and grateful!

I found this location in particular to have an impersonal service. You can tell the staff is pressured to sell. Usually when you walk in with your dog they’ll great you and be friendly with your dog and everytime I come here, my dog is never even acknowledged, and rather just pushed on what I should be buying. Owner way too pushy on sales and lacking friendly service.

The girl at the cash was having a power trip. Obsess with me cleaning my hands. I clean them and then she says: i didnt see anything!!!!!!! In a very obsessive way like three times. Karen…sa donne pas envie d’acheter rien…

Conveniently located right off the 13. Store is always clean with helpful staff. The store also appears slightly bigger than other Mondou's that I have attended.

Overall great except on site it said free nail clippings for membership but when I got there I was told it was 10.00 plus tax was definitely disappointing

I have been here a few times. Unfortunately, they do not sell veternarian food and we cannot go to this convienant location.

Very friendly staff, have a big variety of products with ranging prices. The shower area for dog grooming is amazingly useful and well kept.
