I booked a truck on-line 2weeks in advance which had to be picked up from a neighbourhood dealer just less than 2km away from my home. Less than 24hrs prior to pick up they notified me the pickup address has changed to a place 1.5hrs north of my home, not even the same city as Montreal. Amazing! I went in to the main dealer Brunswick Boulevard to try to fix the issue, they couldn’t help me so I asked them to cancel, the next day $50 charge appears on my account. Moral of the story is their online booking tools don’t work, it’s not actually linked to inventory.

I rented a trailer and Iwas charged two times without any reasons, and if I did not check my VISA transactions, I will even not know that I was over charged. Your company need to avoid this kind of issues to be happened again, also, your employee is rushing to leave at around 3:40pm, and quickly hanged up my phone.

I wanted to give a zero star but won’t le me. I rented a city van on Sunday to pick up something in st-eustace. It was raining when I took the Van but nothing crazy, just norma sprinkle of eain I returned the Van after 3 hours. I have to call them yesterday because I don’t have the final receipt of the charges. I spoke with a guy and told me call again the following day. To cut the story short. I got a call after 2 days that they want to charge me for 287$ for the cleaning because there were muds all over the place. I went to UHAUL in good faith to clean it myself only to find out that they already rented it to someone else and indeed there were dirts on the floor of the front and back seats, and dirts on the cargo area. They held me responsible after they rented the Van to someone else. I returned it with 2780km on it and when I went there, it has 2909km. They should have called me 1 day after I returned it and show me that it was dirty, not after someone else used it. They never even mentioned that they rented it to someone else already and that client did not clean the Van themselves and UHAUL IS BLAMING ME WHERE they can’t even show a picture of the van being dirty before they rented it to someone else. I disputed the 287$ deduction on my credit card I always rented vans in Home depot and had never got an experience like this one. Will never rent UhAUL anymore. Worst customer service from these people (Joe Gagliano and Shannon Cater.) If you want to get rob, you can go ahead and deal with them in UHAUL Brunswick branch in DDO. Will not recommend this company to nobody.

Terrible customer service, and attitudes. Long waits, even when there are no other customers. Told there is no elevator for the second floor. They want to charge us for a second key that we never received (they misplaced it).

I rented a truck one-way Montreal to NJ. The place was big and clean. Staff was very nice, helpful and patient. However, My pickup experience was a bit long. I do not know if the problem was from the reservation platform or from that place, but it took over 20mins to finally give me the rental at the price at had booked it. Apparently my reservation had been upgraded to a 20', but then got back to the 15' I had originally booked. This created a mess in their system. Honestly, probably the headquarter of uHaul was at fault, but I am removing one star since it took so long to fix it. I ended up paying a bit more than I was supposed to, but on a $1000+ rental, who is going to waste time over a $10-20 surcharge? I would still recommend people going there, hopefully I was just one exception.

Gerald was super accommodating for us as we had used Uhaul for us two days in a row and he gave us a special discount. Thankyou so much !!

Amazing that we are required to do the attendants job with the pictures, millage and condition. Not happy about this. All was good but I was required yo take a lot of my time to pick up and drop off the equipment while doing thr attendat's job. Why are they even there for?

Overall experience went exceptionally well. Associate, Kevin, was cheerfully quite helpful. He answered all the questions, clearly explained truck pick-up and return and provided the supplies we ordered in store. When I returned the truck, he was also there: truck verification didn't take long. Thanks a lot!
