Great home improvement store. The digital price markers on the shelves are great to ensure price accuracy. The drive-thru lumber yard makes is very easy to pick up building materials. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff also make the visit pleasant.

I don't get this place... a small town like Rockland with few competitors and they are closed most of the time...especially every Sundays. No other hardware in the Ottawa/Gatineau region is closed. Even on New year's eve (10:00 am) ....closed again while all the other stores are open. In addition, this store is way too small and lacks material. I prefer driving to Orleans and get all my needed materials. You try and support local businesses and this is what you get. Pretty sad really.

I Went in looking to see what kind of stone they had in stock for some projects i have planned for this summer. I received great assistance from one of their employees Anthony, he took the time to show me each type I was looking for and recommended some others that might benefit me better for the projects. Very large yard and lots of stock, something we needed for rockland!

Hey folks avoid placing your order here. They email to pick up your order and get there. 1/2 the order is there and damaged. Ask to see manager. Cashier came to the outside pickup. With credit. If you planned your weekend job. Think twice

Understanding that the store is more in business for contractors than for DIYers, their stock is limited but what they do have is not bad and the service is good. We bought our gas stove (space heater) through them and they provided contact for the service to install. Can't complain. Will continue to do business with them.

Extremely rude ignorant workers. When a customer is standing there trying to look at product to buy, your worker helping a customer doesn't trump the customer who doesn't need help. Walking up and just saying excuse me then standing for an extended period in front of the product I'm trying to buy to help someone els buy the same product is beyond ignorant.

I am always impressed by the service I receive at Rona J Lalonde in Rockland, ON. In particular I have been dealing with Ray Joly for years including purchasing a Napoleon fireplace, and recently dealt with Julius Pollak for the fireplace stacked stone products. These fine gentlemen always go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They are very knowledgeable in their product lines and always show that "yes we can" attitude. I will definitely keep returning and dealing with these 2 fine gentlemen.

Great service as well as pricing. We were looking for techno block pavers. Got three quotes two from Companies out in ottawa as we taught that Rona being in Rockland would be more expensive. We were pleasantly surprised. They even matched the pricing from one of the Ottawa quote. The service is Excellent. (Julius Pollack) was friendly, professional helpful in answering all my questions and patient as I went to see him three time. Customer service is exceptional. Very impressed. A few months ago we also were having issues with our BBQ we purchase a hose think it could be that. One of the employee told us a trick to try first and we ended up not needing he hose. Customer service over both in store and in the yard has always been quick friendly and professional. Thank you and keep up the great service and pricing.

This is the worst place I've been to in my life! Theres never any staff and the ones that are there seem to be sitting in the middle of the store waiting for the clock to hit 5pm so they can all go home and sleep. Everytime I call , they never answer the phone. From what I've heard , the owner doesn't seem to care! Go to home hardware! If I could give a lower rating than 1........ I would.
