I sent an email regarding training wheels for my kids bike. He advised that I should confirm the bike can take training wheels before proceeding further. He let me send pics and he confirmed that the bike, in its config, will not be able to fit training wheels. Michel offered options on making adjustments to the bike with $$ value and also provided a 2ndary option for removing the pedals and use the bike as a push bike until my kid was able to balance better. At no time did Michel pressure me or try to use any type of tactic to get me to come in. Told me as it is. I have not yet visited the shop but I love the fact that Michel took the time, via email, and that type of dedication to your craft will have me in that shop this summer for anything bike related I will need. Read carefully!!! The place is not just a bicycle shop or accessory shop. These guys provide service, incomparable with anything I've seen so far. I already used their services once, and today I had to bring my son's bike to fix a flat tire. While some places like canadiantire told me they change tires only on Fridays. and I should leave the bike for a day at least, these guys grabbed the bike, and told me to wait outside. In 12-13 minutes I was asked to come inside and pay. It also costs nothing, for the service they provide. Not to mention how friendly are they! You feel like you visited your cousin's place and had a quick chat. Great Great Great work guys! Keep it up!

Best service we ever got. We picked up a new bike for our daughter and they made sure it was adjusted for her and tuned up before we left. Very friendly and professional. We will be back for more bikes!
