    Absolutely horrible experience. Had to chase after my sales rep for updates on the process. Received replies after sending multiple emails and leaving numerous messages on his answering machine. Purchasing the car from Toronto I wasn’t able to inspect the car prior to delivery but was insured that the car was detailed right before being put on the delivery truck. After a long delay I Was delivered a car with a noticeably dirty interior (pictures attached). The dealership was confused and had no answer as to how the seats were dirty because they claim it was detailed. Then they offer a minor $75 compensation which is a fraction of what it cost me to have the upholstery shampooed ($250). It gets worse. I waited over 2 months to receive the $75 from them. Once again battling to get a response and reach someone on the phone. Numerous emails before receiving any reply. Received cheque July 17th. RecIeved car May 6th. OUT OF PROVINCE BUYERS AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS.

    I bought a used car from this dealership and I have to say if I didn’t drive a bmw previously and didn’t have confidence in the manufacturer then I wouldn’t buy a bmw from David, the used cars sales associate. My experience with David has been pretty terrible and he doesn’t like to answer questions and we even tried in French with him but we were totally unsatisfied with his service and behaviour. Ultimately Melanie came to the rescue and we ended up taking the car otherwise we were gonna return the car get a full refund. So upon requested by the dealership for my information, I forwarded them my info via email but till this day no one has contacted me.

    I decided to stay with this dealership after my first experience in 2020 had been excellent. This time was no different. Although there were a few minor hiccups in the process this time, the sales person and staff at BMW Sainte-Julie were quick to sort these out. Patience and good communication go a long way when making a deal on a new vehicle, and I found these were both well managed in this second experience. This is how brand/dealership loyalty is built.     Worst service ever. I've been to BMW shops in Europe and Canada but this one is the worst of all BMW shops. They changed one tire for me because I blew it on the road, but I only managed to grab it to get to Levis, which is only 200 km. Just one thing, that it's my fault and nothing else. Although the mechanics at the BMW service in Levis said it was not the fault of the driver, but rather the wheel was damaged during installation. But they didn't care. If you have the opportunity to get to another service, do it. Don't waste your time and most importantly your money.

    Very bad experience on the return of my lease today. They told me that I needed an appointment and could not help me. They gave me one in 4 days and told me that I would be responsible for the fees for the extra days. What a service! The funny part is that in the numerous emails they sent me prior to the end of my lease they never mentioned that I needed to take an appointment

    Julien Fournier is amazing to deal with - just bought a 335xi with M package and love it!!!! The staff at BMW Sainte-Julie are extremely trustworthy and responsive. Normally I hate the vehicle purchasing experience, however Julien and made it easy, seamless, and extremely pleasant. Anyone wanting an absolutely great experience should ask for him specifically!! I know I will for my next vehicle purchase ;)

    Excellent service!! Great complicity between the service team members and nice atmosphere throughout the dealership. I real breath of fresh air! Makes owning a BMW all that more enjoyable. Thank you BMW Ste-Julie service department. Always a pleasure.

    Ronnie was very nice, however, this is the third time I bring the car to be fixed for the same problem. I don't understand why I got a bill. I also don't understand why the part that was in question was not part of the warranty. I noticed every time I bring my car in for something other than standard maintenance it takes two days.

    I’ve been looking for the perfect family vehicle for the last 3 months. I’ve called all over Montreal and the South Shore but was drawn to BMW St- Julie for one reason, Julien Fournier. Very down to earth and knowledgeable about the BMW brand. I could tell from the way he talks about BMW cars is that he does truly believe that they are the Ultimate Driving Machine. When you are buying a high end vehicle it is important to get what you want. Julien makes sure that’s exactly what happens. He is very patient and is never pushy. I would highly recommend dealing with Julien and BMW St- Julie. Mercedes Soucy in the finance department was also amazingly accommodating to my very busy family/work life schedule. Bottom line is if you want a BMW go see Julien Fournier at BMW St-Julie!

    Terrible..service bought a Bmw X5 M when they delivered the car Car was still dirty Preparation was not done Right They Gave me the Car with a Whole Tons Of Swirls On it I wasn't satisfied Full Inspection Of the car was done Had to Fight with them to get new Tires On 50K vehicule the director of the Used Cars Tld me "But sir your not buying a new car Till this day had to take time from my Own and go Back wait 6 Hours to get a Full Compound Done Inside Cleaning was Never Done Right on the First time 😅☹️☹️☹️☹️ Been Driving Bmw Since I was 18 Never Had a bad experience They sold me the car Frederic One of the sales man overthere said that there was 2 Keys Only Got one Key I mean they Promised me 2 keys Now I don't have any Answers Left multiple Voicemails to Guillaume With No Replies...... If you're considering Buying a Car from Bmw Ste-Julie.........💥Don't there service Is ☄️NOT professional Even Honda gives you A better Service than Bmw St-Julie! Ps:On the first visit they didn't even bother Offering you something to drink very Selfish dealer concerns are only there to sell There After service is not Good not reliable and Even missing small cap after Dealing with them Not honest 🍂🍂🍂🍂🍂🍂🍂🍂

    I first try BMW west Island, can't pay with my credit card ; they say i try to screw them... So i change for BMW Brossard 2 times they promised me a rental car then last minute call me to say they don't have. So now so far i am with BMW Sainte-Julie. Nice staff, professional, nice rental, job done quickly, easy to call or text, done the job i ask for, didn't try to change parts for no reason. Thank you BMW Sainte-Julie !

    I recently bought an X5 from BMW Sainte-Julie. I have been a BMW customer for about 6 years, this is my second BMW. From start to finish, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and the utmost attention. I’m really pleased with the quality of service I got from Frédéric Legare and Kim Parenteau. Frédéric was very transparent, knowledgeable, attentive to my needs and gave me ample time before I decided to move forward. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or felt rushed, he made a big decision an easy one. Kim made the payment process very smooth; she was meticulous and quick to respond. I highly recommend BMW Sainte-Julie and Frédéric.

    Very bad customer service by David. He differentiates between his clients. He is not at all cooperative and does not care about his customers needs. Very rude. I would never like to deal with him in particular in future.
