    Lost 25 kilos. Long story to explain how I got them. But Christian Maurice really helped me. Intense. Progressive. Just need patience and faith in yourself. Will not post photos of my body now. Soon they will be taken for a professional photoshoot and maybe will make it public on Facebook. Good luck to everybody. If I did, you can definitely too.

    I go for the variety. Groceries, Rossy, pharmacy, second hand store, $Ama, lots more. And parking. Everything I need in one little shopping center.

    It's metro so it's pricey for some items, but it's a good place to find food. Safety for covid seems ok by now, so no big complaint.

    This gym is just like family to me and especially to my 16 years old son. They have great motivating and motivated coaches and great community. They accept you for who you are and the programs allow you to extend your limits at all times.
