This place is a fast fashion nightmare. Stores like these are killing our planet. No one should be shopping here. The people making these clothes are miserable and even dieing because of the poor conditions!

Such a messy store and the manager is very disrespectful towards customers and even sometimes to her staff. Never again.

Garbage don't know how this place stays open but kids love it

The variety of this store is impressive, it is maybe more than 2000 models. I get lost for hours in this shop, however I will allow myself a few observations. Let's discuss these 2000 models, if we look closer, out of all this amazing (from the first sight) vatiety we can pick maximum 50-75 worthy interesting models, the ones which were designed with taste. Taking this into consideration, I arrived to a conclusion thst the store is trying to make some sort of illusion of a good choice but in fact selling us badly made things. It takes a true effort to identify the hidden gems. So, I would like to know if it is some kind of a game, sort of "find hidden treasure", or simply bad concept of a store? I still didn't understand it. P.S. I already bought interesting sweater (the hidden gem) in this shop. The sweater was pink, yes.

Went there today to ask them to do an exchange. They sold me a pair of shoes with 2 different sizes. The shoes were attached together but one of them was 8 and the other 9. Completely refused to exchanged. Worst customer service. They don't care. I would not recommend buying at that location!

I would not recommend this store to anyone. Very rude staff, especially the manager I think she was, which is sad because the clothes are nice and the variety also. The store from Place Versailles mall is better. Very unpleasant experience today. :( And then they asked themselves why business go bankrupt. Well,with this kind of staff, they should.

If you are not awake when checking out, the items displayed, including the 2nd at $1, are paid at full price. Refusal of reimbursement because I had not taken my invoice. Technology has advanced and the card on which the purchase is made on the same day was there.

Verry bad service! Don't waste your money. I bought a slipper, it damaged after less than 5 minutes of using. When i went to Ardene Anjou to return it, they refused because as they said:'' They can't sale it again''. They aren't responsible for there bad products.
