This was a couple years ago but i thought id give them their stars. The staff here are very very nice and helpful. They didn't have my size in a pair of boots I wanted that was quite expensive but they looked it up and found it in a different location. They were nice enough to call and have them hold it for me. So we ended up not buying there but they were just as nice seeing us out with a smile hoping to see us again soon.

Great products. Ask for any special deals first. The product comes with a warranty with a copy of the receipt. Save a picture of it on your mobile phone.

By far the best Rudsak store i’ve been. I bought my winter coat there, but all the credits goes to the staff, specially Regis who helped me and gave me fashion advice. He treated me like a Queen through my experience ! All the stars to this sales man. Going there from now on ! 😌👌

customer service was ok. 1 girl was professional serving other customer next to us, she was offering to get some coat in different size for her customer to try, i was jealous. me i had a young men that it was too much to ask for him to get me so coat in my size right after my wife just bought a nice coat from there. I could tell that the salesmen's w ere not paid by sales.

I have never… never experiences that much disrespect into a store, all industries combined. there was one employee by the name of Katia, she even spelled it out for me and said I quote “go on and do your little review honey, it won’t affect me”. she was extremely rude as soon as me and my partner got into the store. my girlfriend was looking for a new bag and as soon as we came in, she looked at us up and down with an eyebrow lifted up and when we asked for her help, she said “are you sure you need something from here? I know a few places with much less expensive prices. It might fit your budget”. her comment really surprised me and when I asked her about what she meant she said “I just think that there’s plenty of places where you might find what fits you” again looking at my girlfriend up and down with her eyes.
