😠 Love this branch and everyone in it ... Except for this new hire. Long story short, he's just arrogant. He came back after counting the bills saying one is short (99).     Love this branch and everyone in it ... Except for this new hire. Long story short, he's just arrogant. He came back after counting the bills saying one is short (99). I clearly told him we counted several times and we don't fall short to count it again. (Meanwhile trying to explain that machine can count two bills as one especially new bills) He decline to count it again and give me that attitude making me look like I'm crazy.... (Monsieur jai compter deux fois) after two sentences (Monsieur jai calculer 3 fois, c'est 99) *rolling his eyes.... Asked him politely to count another time which was decline. (Just trying to ask the guy to count the bill again and as politely possible. I figure it out that it wasn't going to happen) I told him to pass me the bundle and counted manually... 100! Worst part is saying after (il a rajouter un billet to his colleague) and refusing to give me my account summary.... and asked me "is this your account?" (inserted my card/ confirmed my name on the deposit/ asked me if I was the account holder/ trying to scam me of one bill/ rolling eyes when asked to count again/ decline to count again/asked me what my title is in the account) Treated as a fraudster while he's the one trying to scam people of a bill. Good luck trying to coach someone like that to whom it may concern.

    This branch is not well managed at all, made me miss work, lose my time, and 3 weeks later, I still didn't receive my credit card. I don't know what they did in the system, but clearly not much! Now they can't ID me on the phone, so I have to go back to a physical bank. Rest assured, im not going to this branch again. On August 22nd, I went in right at opening, there was 10+ people already there, but only one teller helping customers. There was the manager doing some back and fourth checking if the teller was ok without ever thinking to simply open another help desk ?! I finally spoke to her after 50min of standing there. And then it took 1h to "help" me, but like they didn't apperently !

    Very disgusting service , they put one or two agents while they have 5 offices , they keep you waiting for almost an hour, not professional at all, never ever with this branch.

    This branch has serious staff issues they literally have customers waiting in excess of 45 minutes to see a teller It’s Friday afternoon and they only have 2 tellers open the Wednesday before there were 14 customers in line and they only had one teller this is totally unacceptable shame on them

    For a such nice branch, they have the worst employee ever. Very young with no customer service experience! All on their phone while serving you no respect what so ever.

    Horrible experience, please do not waste your precious time here. Waited over 40 minutes at 11:00 am in line and eventually left without being served because I had other appointments to go to, I attempted to go back around 1:30 that same afternoon and the line was even longer. Only one teller seemed to be working, very unimpressed. Been a client for well over 15 years. This is unacceptable.

    Just opened an account with BMO recently. It was my first visit to this branch. I Waited in the line for more than 1 hour. There was a huge line till outside and they had only 2 tellers!!!! Yes only 2 for the whole branch!! Once my turn came, one of the tellers took her break and I had to wait for the other teller to finish. Very bad customer service. Will never come back to this branch

    1 teller only for 12 people queuing in line Over 40 mints in line and still 6 ahead I wonder if the manager or managers are aware of this but honestly I think they don’t care Never again @ this branch

    Great branch. It was my first experience with BMO and I felt like premium. Hovig is such a great friendly guy he helped me a lot and clarified many things to me. That's my fav bank branch for now

    Zero transparency and no accountability .... They take money from the account the way they like with no clear reasons and most of it looks hidden fees etc ... they are rippping off people and the gov. is not doing anything about it.

    The worst customer service ever! I have been in line for over 20 minutes and only 2 tellers in service (one of them awaiting for authorization) I asked the adjoint director (G. Huaman) if she could sent another person to help and assist their cowokers and she (in very unpolite way) replaid: there is only two people. 9 clienta waiting inline and very low service: two employees

    I went to this branch to activate my credit card. I applied online, got card in the mail and they asked for one piece of ID. So I went with one piece of ID. They refused to activate my card and said you need two pieces of ID. Next time I went to a branch closer to my home and showed them three pieces of ID and they demanded proof of address or pay slips. If it was required they should have told me before. Pretty sure if I go a third time they will cause more issues. Why send me the card if you refuse to activate it. It’s a lack of information and lack of respect towards customers. Reconsidering if I should keep the card. I would rather go to a different bank with my proof of address or pay slips if they give me the right information from the first time and show me enough respect. The guy from the second branch in Montreal had to emphasize that I have been living in Canada since 2016. So what? Are you going to discriminate against me because I haven’t been living here long enough? This bank does not deserve customers and also not open long enough for me to come three times just to activate a card.

    I got my BMO credit card in mail and went to this branch in December 09,2021 for activation. Michael helped to activate it, well done! After he communicated with the headquarters, he got confirmation that I can add my wife as second card without fees for the first year,and did application in the same visit . I will check my bill if BMO charge fees for my wife’s card and update here. Thanks
