Just adding my absolute disappointment to the many other reviews. Correct, there is no help what so ever. I worked out the kiosk system to get my day pass...then nothing tells you how to use the QR code to get in...nobody helps you....such a rude unfriendly gym. I get in finally and have no idea where to go next. Completely embarrassed as I stalk around following people....again NO HELP from anywhere... and I find lockers..BUT you need to bring your own padlock. I would have if at any point this had been mentioned. SO thats it...NO WORKOUT, I am furious...it is so very simple to give clear instructions on the net, but no they don't. Avoid this place at all costs if visiting.... OR, expect no help, bring a padlock, expect no welcome or friendly faces. Good luck!
