Being from the south we were told to check out a Jack in the Box while visiting Vegas. This particular store seemed to be an older store that wasn't kept up. The food was alright, comparable to a McDonald's. The lobby was small and we could smell the bathrooms from our seat; not a good smell while eating. We will try a different Jack in the Box next time.

This was a good place for a quick bite to eat! 1st time my husband had tried the chain. He really like it! My husband order a burger & fries. I ordered their loaded tiny tacos. They were good for a small snack. The staff is really nice, too.

Food that looks better than advertised. Beats Mc's by miles. The burgers are half wrapped so you don't loose any of the toppings. Only 2 stars for the atmosphere because it wasn't busy.

Jack in the box is probably my favorite fast food restaurant of all. I have been to restaurants in every town I visit at one time or another since the 70s . The food is consistently good. This particular Jack in the Box for some reason was incredibly slow. Maybe they were short staffed this evening, but it probably took 20 minutes to get my food. While eating, I watched the cars backed up in the parking lot from the drive-thru waiting on their food for quite a long time also. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly.

Jack in the Box is by far one of the better fast food places on the west coast. Since I've been staying in Arkansas I miss this place way too much. Highly recommend the mini churros.

It was my First time having Jack in the box, it wasn't anything special but it was good and fast service.

Food and service were really good. Couple of pretty sketchy folks in the dining room but hard to control that I guess. I really appreciated being thanked by the staff as I left.

If the service was like day service I would give better ratings. My husband surprised my with jack in the box... The ultimate bacon cheeseburger had this cheese on it that look like it was 16 days old for plastic so I said I'm not eating this he took it back the manager looked at it and said what's wrong with it there's nothing wrong with it and didn't want to replace it how can you look at cheese that looks like it's plastic and not think that there's something wrong with it so night time service sucks and if it wasn't for the fact that it's good during the day I would never go back there again.

Stopped for breakfast. Food was great and reasonably priced. Only paid $26 for 3 breakfast combos.

I used to be a hater, but the blinds have been lifted. Jack in the box is probably the cheapest fast food out there now, and it's always exactly what you expect. I think it's great, the egg rolls are a hit. Mini tacos are a hit. I've tried several different sandwiches and they are all hits. It's the best of Kidz Bop 2003 over there, they just don't miss. Greatest Hits of the 90s. Brooks and Dunn's Greatest Hits. Jack in the Box is right there with em. Slap after slap after slap.

Ice cream didnt taste that good. Strawberry icecream tasted like vanilla icecream. Wont be getting icecream there again.

I purchased the jumbo breakfast meal, and it tasted great; however, I ended up with a stomach virus that lasted two weeks!! Couldn't recommend this location and believe they need to do a better job at cleaning and food handling!!

The food is meh... but let's face it, you don't go to a fast food joint for delicacies.... The girl at the drive up window was soooo nice!! She was intelligent, spoke full sentences (and enunciated), and was super polite!! That's rare nowadays so I needed to let everyone know that I appreciated her vibe.

The lady who took my order and my payment was the kindest bubbliest person I think I've ever met. She was quick to get my food, and she totally made my day!! Wish I had gotten her name but I think she was a manager. If not, she really ought to be!!!

Dirty place. Garbage full. Floor was disgusting. Just felt extremely dirty. Tables were sticky. I wouldn't eat here again. Food was mediocre.

Breakfast sandwiches are ok. I bite into small pieces of egg shell sometimes though y’all need to be careful with that freshly cracked method.

Best customer service I've had in a long time in general the lady who took our order tonight around 1 47 am was awesome! And the food was nice and hot 😋 I can't wait to come back 😁

I had the chicken strips and garlic fries. One of the best fries I've ever had. Very crispy on the outside and soft inside with a garlic coating on the outside. The chicken strips again wet incredibly crispy on the outside without being dry and soft and tender chicken inside. Ranch sauce provided was excellent and overall an excellent meal!

Very friendly service and the food is always been hot and fresh I have no complaints with this location excellent server his name is Pat

Had the order to go chicken sandwich was swished looked like someone sat on it tasted ok the ultimate cheeseburger my dad said was excellent and the chocolate shake was very good. It's a tough job I have no IDEA how they find people to work there not the work itself putting up with us CUSTOMERS I had no problem waiting but people dont understand sometimes you have to wait. ..RELAX PEOPLE you wont starve overall was happy!! Will be back!!

The chicken sandwiches would Have been very good if they didn’t use stale rolls. Just bought two sandwiches and picked off most of the stale roll so there’s not much bread left. Don’t cut corners like that. You lose business. On the highway so can’t return the sandwiches. I would have otherwise.

I'm here too often. So often that when I drive up and place my order, the guy knows my particulars and has everything ready for me without asking. LOVE IT!

Would avoid at all costs. Management is extremely unqualified, and 3-5 times you will drive off without your correct order. Not fun for customers passing through Boulder City. Jackie (claims to be management) is a joke. Several Times I’ve gone through and my orders were wrong. I let it go. Today, however, wasn’t a good day for me. She likes to intensify the poor outcome and escalate the problem, rather than protecting her company and helping take care of the customer. If you want your day completely ruined, EAT HERE!! You’ll love it!! And pay for it!

I have never eaten at a Jack In The Box so we decided to have lunch here. It was definitely good. The food was cooked fresh and was very quick.

Drive up at approximately 1830 on 02/27/2022 ordered food through the drive thru the person taking orders was rude about taking the order. Once I arrived at the window the employee kept shutting the window while I was trying to ask questions. I pull around to receive my food and the bag of food was just tossed into the window and the employee tucked tail and ran back inside. About the level of customer service to be expected from an employee of that caliber.

Tiny 🌮 🔥I choose the drive thru, the line was about 6 cars deep and unlike other places they knocked us all out in a timely manner. The girl on the mic and at the window is very polite. She asks if you need anything else before handing you your food not just sending you on your way like other places. 4 🌟 because a few of the tacos had little to no meat in them.

No bells or whistles. Still had good well prepared & presented food. Shakes are tasty. Clean dining area & restrooms.
