I cannot recommend this location as my last visit here was not enjoyable at all. Not to mention that I have seen TikTok videos of the employees doing questionable things at this location. There is another location just a just a few miles down the street at the Railroad Pass Casino that I do recommend.

I love the Bobbi sandwich! Overall really like this place! Unfortunately, we did have a mix up with one of our orders. We ordered about 7 sandwiches and only got 4. We were on the lake when we realized it. Tried to call but their VM was full. Other than that no complaints.

Finally a vegetarian sandwich that's fricking awesome, orderedvthe impossible cheesesteak twice now and both times was EXTREMELY happy my 86 year old dad didnt even notice it was meat free!! TRYING the vegetarian chicken today. Thank you for a HEALTHIER option and cruel free!! Most important it tastes AMAZING !!

I ordered through Google for delivery since the Capriottis website would not work. It originally said ETA was 5:30, then 5:45, then 6:05, then 6:10. At 5:50 I received a text saying my driver had my order. At 6:04 I received another text saying the driver canceled the order. I called Capriottis and they did not have any information other than the driver picked it up. I called a second time and asked if they could remake our food and we would just pick it up. I was told I would have to pay for it again. They had the opportunity to make it right and failed. I have never had a good experience @ BC Capriottis and I will not be back to this location.

Worst sandwich ever. Ordered turkey with lettuce, tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers with oil and vinegar. Turkey was not sliced but bunched up with no taste. They forgot the hot peppers and vinegar! Should have known something was up when I realized you can’t see them making the sandwich (they literally make the sandwich behind a barrier) and they only offer white bread rolls. To top it off they charged me $12 for this monstrousity.

I live in Florida now but when I am back visiting I make sure I have a Bobbi at least once before I leave.

Great to see Corey and his staff are up and running creating the best sandwiches in the World.

I haven't been to a Capriattis in several years. I found myself wanting to try the one sandwich I had in the past. HOT BOBBIE! I wasn't sure if they were open. No open sign. Front door was filthy!! WHEN I GOT MY SANDWICH IT HARDLY HAD ANY TURKEY, MOSTLY STUFFING. I WAS ABOUT TO GO BACK BECAUSE I COULDN'T TASTE THE CRANBERRY SAUCE. I THOUGHT THEY FORGOT IT. I OPENED THE SANDWICH AND LITERALLY HAD TO COMB THROUGH THE SANDWICH TO FOUND ONE STRING SIZE RED STREAK, NO ACTUAL CRANBERRIES OR MAYO. DRY AS F++! NEVER AGAIN!! DON'T CONTACT ME, I WON'T COME BACK!

1/2 the meat, twice the amount of bread and the entire sandwich is still only 3/4 the size it used to be. Must have sold the franchise to someone looking to cut costs. I'm done with them.

I got a Philly cheese steak and all it had was meat and cheese. Doesn't even taste like a Philly cheese steak stay away from here

AMAZING! I accidentally ordered at wrong Capriotti's, they gladly made me what I ordered. The Capriotti's I accidentally made the order with refunded me with no problem. And the sandwiches? Wow, out of this world. Everything is made fresh, so good. The Bobbie is out of this world. Thank you Capriotti's, you guys rock!

Great 👍 chain glad we have one in BC ,but the entrance is dirty very ...bathroom dirty ....no soap! So if employees are required to wash hands before going back to work how can they if there is no soap? If all can see is dirty I wonder 🤔 how the kitchen is? It looks like Tijuana's restaurant Clean it up!!!! Please

I went to a Capriotti's, in Boulder City, for the first time today. The one young man told us to let him know when we were ready to order. He was very nice. I asked what soup they had today and he answered, "Tomato Bisque, Clam Chowder and Chicken Noodle." The other man behind the counter, with a mustache and goatee, said, "The same soups we have every day", in a really snarling voice. I told him it was my first and last time at a Capriotti's and walked out. If you are the owner of this store your employee is killing your business.

I normally do not leave negative reviews but I had three bad experiences in a row at the store. The first two times I ordered double meat and did not receive it with the second time having so much mustard on it it was dripping off the sandwich. The third time I ordered a Wagyu cheesesteak with double meat sandwich it was $1199 when I want to go purchase it it was $2275. I asked why are you so expensive and they said it was nine dollars for extra meat. I just have not been happy with the shop lately.

Good food! Very dirty parking lot.. full of trash bit that has nothing to do with them.. just disappointed to see how littered the parking was next to the outside tables where we ate

“The Bobbie” is like Thanksgiving in a sandwich. The grilled cheese and Turkey sandwich was good as well. The ingredients are fresh. Only complaint is the wait time. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Sandwiches are wonderful. Small seating area, but it people must know how good they are, that's why they stay busy. I had the cheese steak with peppers and I don't know if I have had a better one.

I have bought multiple sandwiches at multiple locations and I have to say while selection is good the quality is awful.. why claim you sell hero's and all the breads are subway bread. Tired of all these Sandwich shop selling false hero's on phony hero bread. Plus real stingy on cold cuts for the price... Never will buy another one. Jersey subs is quite better....real Italian bread 🍞 please.......
