New favorite coffee shop in Boulder!! I am SO EXCITED about the new location of this longtime staple for excellent coffee and outstanding food. Bright, clean, peaceful, stunning interior with wraparound outside patio seating (ample seating in and out), all with beautiful Flatirons views. The staff was so friendly (and patient— it took me forever to decide what to get since I wanted it all 😂). Orders came out fast. Plenty of parking and such a convenient location- close to everything. The food menu is creative and not the same old boring things you get everywhere else. I had the burrata tartine (toast) and it was fresh and generous. Also had decaf chai and it was perfect. Can’t wait to come back and try everything else. They really knocked it out of the park with this coffee shop!

Alpine Modern a coffee shop! Coffee is fantastic. A lovely cappuccino. Wonderful breakfast. Alpine Modern serves food and doesn’t forget that they are a coffee shop first

Good food, great service. I love a quality coffee shop and usually stick to pearl street but I saw Alpine Modern while shopping on 29th st. Unlike other cafes it has plenty of tables, outlets (huge if you’re working), and space. Definitely coming back here this week to get some more work done!

Get the smoked salmon toast. You won’t regret it. The coffee is really tasty, too. It can get pretty loud in there (FYI to all the remote workers)… very modern. How fitting :))

Great coffee! I’ve been in there 3 times. They could improve on customer service though. You walk in and they stare at you like a robot. It wasn’t only me as I stood and waited for my coffee some customers expressed the same sentiment.

Great option for a cup of coffee and breakfast. This was my first time. Enjoyed more than Starbucks. Hope they expand. Service was friendly and delivered the food and beverages quickly. Try the breakfast croissant with egg and ham. It’s delicious.

I had a fantastic experience at this coffee shop. Ive been all over to many around the area and other cities. By far this is one of my favorites. You cant go wrong with the espresso but I recommend the raspberry tea! Also the pastries are very nice.

Their latte is pretty decent, though I don't think the brioche bun was supposed to be this dry.

I was hoping to find another good spot for yummy drinks and food - but was highly disappointed. I ordered an iced black tea with Raspberry syrup - the tea had no taste of raspberry or sweet flavor. When I approached the guy who made it and asked him- he simply replied that he included that raspberry syrup and went on with what he was doing!! No offer to add more, remake it, or if I needed anything. Just a take your drink as is attitude. $10.50 for an iced tea and slice of pumpkin bread coupled with poor customer service. There are much better options in the area!

It’s a cool place but I wish they were more committed to reducing waste. I wanted a large latte to stay. They only had the small size in stay mugs, so I paid MORE to not create waste and what did they do? They put it in a small to go cup anyway. 👎 I think it’s lazy, do you not want to do dishes? You’d rather pollute the planet. I said something and they said “we can remake it for you?” Which is polite but exactly THE PROBLEM. Please waste less. I made $6 for something I know don’t like. Do better.

This is my favorite coffee spot in Boulder. Their coffee is top-notch and it’s also a great place to bring your laptop and work for a bit. Plenty of outlets around for charging, but not the most comfortable seats (if you stay for longer than an hour your butt WILL be numb 😆). I haven’t been blown away by their sandwiches any of the times I’ve had them, but the coffee more than makes up for it. I highly recommend trying an oat milk mocha with lavender. They do just the right balance of flavors with it. If that’s not your thing, their hazelnut latte is also fantastic. And another nice thing is that it’s in walking distance to several other restaurants & eateries on the shopping center, so if you need to switch things up or want something a bit more hearty, you’re in a great spot to do so.
