This is the best taco truck I’ve found in Colorado. Paolo’s Al Pastor tacos are the truest the best around with the flavor. The people are all so incredibly sweet and make going always a lovely experience from start to finish.

This taco truck is amazing! The Al Pastor is hands down the best taco I’ve had in the Boulder/Denver area. I’ve spent 4 years in Colorado searching far and wide for the best tacos, and this taco truck is it! It is truly a pleasure to eat these tacos, I know you will enjoy them too!!!

I read the reviews and with being in a hurry to get to the airport, decided to give it a try. I am sooooo glad I did. Some of the best street tacos I've ever had and I know a good taco! Authentic, fast and cheap! Sat at the picnic table out front in the beautiful Colorado sun eating some darn good tacos... can't get much better than that for a taco lover 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮 Five Tacos rating!

Hands-down boulders best!! These are street tacos you can’t recreate 100% unique with the freshest ingredients. You can expect consistency with every dish. It’s my favorite place to stop for lunch! Don’t go anywhere else for authentic Street tacos at an unbeatable price!

Great flavor, not too expensive, and very friendly people. Skip the big chains and give this place a try. The food was prepared fast, and was ready to eat right there on the spot. Boulder unfortunately has a history of restricting food trucks in the downtown area, but I'm glad they let this place set up shop. Muy auténtico and muy good! I wanted to go back the next day and get the exact same thing again, it was that tasty. Try the green sauce while you're there, it's great!

This is BY FAR the best food truck in the Boulder area. The food is authentic and there are so many delicious different options. Tacos, burritos, quesadillas, ect, you can’t go wrong! Not only is the food amazing, but the service is great. All who work there are very nice and make sure you have the best experience possible. I would highly recommend trying Lonchera Los Paisas, you will not regret it!

BEST TACOS IN BOULDER. I come here about every week and it is my go to spot for lunch. Great price, food is delicious, and the service is amazing. Highly recommend the asada tacos.

Not quite sure what all the rave is about but finding decent Mexican food is hard in Boulder so I decided to come here due to their 4.9 star rating. The torta was mediocre at best, missing half the toppings that were listed on the menu with a wimpy piece of lettuce, few slices of roma tomatoes and 3 jalapeños served with a side of 7 tortilla chips and cost $10. The al pastor had good flavor but overall the truck was overpriced and underwhelming. I’ve had better tortas in Chicago for $5.

Tacos are $3 and tiny. Tasty but really small. They were $2 just a year ago. Inflation isn't 50% per year, come on people. $9 for 3 tacos and Im still really hungry. $4 for a drink? $13 for a lunch truck seems really high. Wont be going back. Also, there is a crazy long line for lunch so avoid 12-1230pm.
