My girlfriend and I have lived here since 2019 and we are still here. It’s not perfect but they do a descent job to take care of the property and their residents. In the recent months there were some more shady characters that started coming around but it appears actions have been taken by management and the bad ones are being weeded out. Recently we now have security patrolling the area and they invested in a new mailbox system with lockers for packages since we had thieves stealing packages quite a bit so they are addressing the issues. Any time I need something management is responsive. They are tiny units (480 sq ft I think) but not bad on the inside. We have a huge window in the living room I really like. I don’t love that rent is going up so much but that is happening everywhere. It’s still one of the more affordable options in Boulder and the location to highway 36 is great! Also the RTD bus to the airport is super convenient to be within walking distance too. Everything else in Boulder is mostly within biking distance. Location has to be one of the best perks of living here. I don’t how much longer we will stay here as it’s been more than 3 years cramped in a tiny apartment with another human but I would definitely recommend this place if you need a solid home. You’d be amazed what you can do with a small space if you can get a little creative. They have a pool area that is really nice with out door furniture and a gas grill we enjoy using. They even have a sauna which we never use but it’s cool that is there. If only they added a hot tub it would be perfect. I do wish they had a small gym too but there is an Anytime Fitness really close by so it’s not far to get a workout in. For the price you get a decent amount. Sometimes they even have the SweetCow truck come by and they hook up all the residents with free ice cream! Sometimes they hide baseballs around the property and if you find one you get a pair of tickets to a Rockies game. They also have several garden plots for residents so you can grow your own food. They are reasonably friendly for cats too! We had a cat when we moved in and only had to pay a pet deposit and just a little extra per month. Sadly we don’t have him anymore but if we get another cat it wouldn’t be a big deal, I see lots of kitties in neighbors windows. Parking is not horrible either. You get your own spot, and if there are two of you they’ll give you a double spot if it’s available. We had to wait a few months but we did get one eventually. Again it’s not perfect but I will say they are legit and not a bad choice. After 3 years we are still here and we’ve made it a cozy little home.

Kimberly Court is a very nice place to live. I’ve been there almost two years and they treat their renters good. The maintenance crew is very responsive and helpful, and the manager, Karen, is extremely friendly and responsive. I’ve really enjoyed our time there. I love the pool and I feel like my apartment is very nice and updated. Very grateful for how good they treat you here. During my time, they randomly give out free sweet cow ice cream. ❤️ If I had any complaints, it’s just about the apartments across the street. They can be loud and leave trash. We had our car hit one time, someone hit and ran when it was parked near on the side of the street with the other apartment complex. But Kimberly court is amazing 👍🏼 Just be careful about where you park.

Kimberly Court Apartments is the best apartment in Boulder, CO. I lived there for 2 years, and recently left. During my time there, I received excellent care from their management and maintenance. I am a CU Boulder alumni, and this is the first property management that I liked in the city of Boulder (most of them are awful, but not Kimberly Court). The pricing of Kimberly Court was good relative to the overly priced Boulder market. I was a poor Master's student while I lived there, and it really helped that they charged below the market price. The lease signing was simple, and they are so nice. In the management office, Chris is very professional, Kasey is very nice and talkative, and property manager Karen is one of the best people I've ever worked with. Karen is very kind and warm, and does an excellent job managing the property. So long as Karen and maintenance (named below) are in their positions, I can highly recommend Kimberly Court. Maintenance was another shining area at Kimberly Court. Jeremy, Brian and Rob are the best maintenance staff I've ever had the pleasure of working with in my entire life. They are efficient, quick, and so pleasant to be around. They always took care of any concerns, and were always positive and polite. The only cons of the building, and this is because it's an old one, are that the shower temperature was a little finicky sometimes, and there was some mold. I just sprayed chlorine bleach once a month in the bathroom, and let it ventilate before drying it off. The shower thing wasn't a big deal, and overall there were no major problems during my tenure there. Management or maintenance never bothered me once while I lived there, and they have a very trusting and reasonable approach to management (which was appreciated). Kimberly Court is located in a beautiful area, has an amazing pool (the one next to the leasing office), and gorgeous views of the mountains. I frequently walked around the local neighborhood, and it is a very safe and scenic place. I moved for medical school, and miss Kimberly Court and Boulder already. Thank you to Karen and the Kimberly Court staff for making my time there so positive. Keep up the excellent work! -Alex G. Anderson

I think it is a fine place to live. The cost is reasonable. The location is right by the table mesa park and ride. Parking is assigned by number, not free for all. The maintenance crew is friendly and professional. The management team is super nice and accommodating. My neighbors are great. Finally the pool is the first to open in spring and the last to close in fall. They take great care of it. Perfect for an aquaphile like myself.

This used to be a nice place a few years ago for mostly college students who were attending CU and/or working. Now it seems management is letting older, shady residents live here and this place has gone downhill in safety since. I can no longer count the number of times Boulder Police has had to come out to Kimberly Court Apartments as well as the surrounding apartment buildings in this complex due to domestic disturbance calls. It is quite obvious the tenants aren't being arrested for repeat offenses and if they are management isn't kicking them out. I've come home from work at night to see individuals walking around in the parking lot behind my building with no clear objective other than to possibly cause trouble. It's good Boulder Police will conduct extra patrols through the parking lots in the complex but they're too infrequent to deter these suspicious individuals. Not sure if a drug deal was about to occur but I wouldn't be too surprised. I've seen multiple people standing outside, blocking the rear building entrance to the resident parking lot at night while smoking when I would come home, forcing me to walk to the front building entrance due to safety concerns. Not even sure if those people live here and if they do, it is quite rude and just flat out suspicious to be outside at night blocking the entrance for residents passing through. I've seen alcohol bottles and cigarette butts left outside the front building entrance and there's a resident on ground level that keeps blasting music so loud I can hear it thumping upstairs where I live. And lastly there's the parking situation where I have to put up with shady residents who just moved in, who have no common decency to park correctly in their parking spaces, forcing me to squeeze myself into my car due to their vehicles parked too closely to mine. And one of them likes to loiter inside and around his vehicle in the mornings for almost an hour, forcing me to step outside and check my car to make sure he wasn't messing with it. There's more apartments in Boulder that are far superior in quality and simultaneously expensive, but I liked this place due to being close to HWY 36 and the fact that it was at one point, peaceful. But I guess I will be jumping ship soon due to aforementioned issues.

Just moved in on January, friday the 13th, the heated pool rocks.. nice bbq area. Some mighty fine folks here. 8 months in and it seems i can't sit anywhere to smoke (legal, and highly taxed) and chill, without pissing off people not minding their own business. Karens, and Mikes, haters got to be hating. Today was my second notice? Da Man paced off 10 paces. indicated the rock and shade? 25 feet. i must be 30 feet! no shade and no rock to sit on. when i suggest we move the rock so we could? nope management will have to remove all the rocks that renters want to sit on. and he said hinky business in the pool area after 9pm? that means the pool will be locked at night? i want to relocate as soon as i can. i smelled three kinds of weed walking down the hall tonight. i know there are more smokers than the few we see outside. I'm just saying, is all. peace bro

By far the best place I've rented from in Boulder (I've lived in 6 total). The price is one of the cheapest you'll find in town and they are infinity better than any other rental company I've rented from before. Usually I don't know any of the owners and they don't know me besides my apartment number, but Kimberly court employees were always ecstatic to see and have extensive conversations with me. They made me feel like a human being instead of just a source of their income. On top of the personalities at Kimberly court, I really enjoyed how well lit the outside was and that it was locked so i felt safer walking into the building at night. I used the pool a few times and it also seemed very nice. I never had any issues with maintenance in my apartment, but i did have other issues (all of which were addressed quickly and enthusiastically). Once, i wrote the wrong amount on my check and instead of charging me a late fee they let me know so i could change it. While trying to get a new apartment in another state they went over and beyond what i expected anybody to do for me. They even looked up other apartments in my area in case one didn't work out. After cleaning my apartment, i expected that they would charge me for cleaning (like literally every other rental company in Boulder), but NO. They thanked me for how clean I left it. If you actually try cleaning they notice and won't nickel and dime you, unlike everybody else. I have many stories like this and i would never have left KC if I hadn't gotten into grad school in Washington. If you're looking for the best place to live in Boulder, this is it, hands down.

Lived here for a little less than 2 years. Very affordable place. Apartments are older, but well maintained. Great access to public transportation. 5min walk to Table Mesa bus station. Laundry is common, but inside the heated area, which is a big plus. Good management. Great value.
