Visited AFC Urgent Care Baseline recently and was truly impressed. The providers were not only efficient but also exuded genuine compassion. The facility itself stands out — it’s conveniently located, up-to-date, and meticulously clean. Highly recommend for anyone in need of urgent care.

Clean facility, checked in quickly. We were assorted to a room within a very short period of time and seen almost immediately. In total we interacted with 4 people and each person was great. The entire experience was unexpectedly pleasant.

Excellent staff, really impressed with the quality of care. Every member of the staff is so kind and so helpful. I received top quality care from the front desk as well as the staff assisting me, Mateo and Sam. They were really wonderful. I am so grateful for having gone to this facility. Highly recommend. Broke my hand rock climbing and came in to get a X-Ray. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. I set up an appointment when it broke so I was able to get right in. Highly recommended urgent care

Honestly, my visit to the urgent care was great. I cannot recommend this enough for someone who doesn’t have or can’t get into their primary care physician - or has a non-emergency medical issue. Every single person on staff was kind, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They had me in and out quickly, and even sent me with coupons for my prescriptions at the local pharmacy. Whether you are between primary care physicians, or you can’t get in with your usual doctor, I highly recommend stopping in to see these folks. Not to mention it was all incredibly reasonably priced!

Our son needed nearly 20 stitches in his knee. We went to the Boulder Meadows location and they were professional, kind and fast. Great with kids, got us in and out in under an hour and a half. So much much faster & cheaper than an ER would’ve been. Will definitely return to AFC for any future needs.

I checked in online which expedited my visit but I checked in at the wrong facility. No worries I still got in to see the NP within a few minutes. She agreed with my assessment of Sinusitis and recommended a medication. I was out of there in minutes- WITH my prescription! I highly recommend AFC for your basic medical needs.
