Went to try this place for the first time, arrived at 2:20 (they opened at 2) and they said they're not open yet because their chef is hungover because it was his birthday. Why operate a business if you can't open up on time for people?

mostly just the owner mike is a lil napoleon pos and its not worth ever having to deal with his overcompensating self. but for the sake of clarity, the quality of the food has totally tanked, the bartenders literally have no idea what theyre doing, and good luck getting a server to talk to you to take an order instead of her friends. looking forward to it closing and something worthwhile coming in.

Food was decent, but a bit overpriced. The special board said $1 off ALL street tacos on Tuesday, but found out that was not the case after getting the bill. After asking the server about it, his response was: "We're only doing that with the ground beef and shredded chicken tacos."

Great food. Wish they could have brought it all at the same time, but the appetizer kept us all eating. Try the Cayman taco it's amazing!

The bouncer pushed my friend multiple times and called us insults before we even showed our IDs, all unprovoked. I’ve had a similar experience with the bad service before. Bad food, bad service, strangely salty margaritas. Don’t get lured in by the good location.

Best tacos I've ever had in my life. Me and some buddies were on a climbing trip in boulder and we went twice because it was so good.

Ryan was awesome. Im 8 years sober so bartenders usually aren't too accommodating, but Ryan was on point. The food was really good too. I got the taco that had shrimp w/ some sort of pineapple habanero sauce or glaze, and my mind keeps wandering back to it cause it was phenomenal. So thank you and good job to whoever was running the kitchen.

Great place to listen to music, eat good food, and socialize. Owner is a pretty cool guy.

Was having a great night until extremely rude & disgusting employee complained loudly for not getting tipped more than 10$ for a drink , once this happened he proceeded to say “mommy’s money “, “ get the f out of here” all while waving his hand and arm in the air. He also poured out some of the drink for not getting tipped more. Mind you while he was getting drunk on the job. Learn to be grateful for even getting tipped. And learn to hire better people absolutely disgusting.

Why does tapping on the 3 bars on the top right of the website cause ad pop ups and links to weird websites? And no food options besides chicken and beef? Maybe that was the time(6pm) when we went.

Tacos were great, 5 stars, but the staff were a little distracted and not very welcoming. Lots of college kids working.

Last call was super early and denying reentry at 1:35. What the hell has happened to my hometown? Looked legit though inside and definitely upgraded since the good old days of the number 1 party school era when it was just a legit little Mexican restaurant on the hill.

Always a great time. The drinks are great, but the atmosphere is even better! Would highly recommend checking out the live music scene. I’ve seen YEPOK play there three times, and the vibe is just incredible. Taco Junky is 100% worth checking out.

Great music... It took forever to get the attention of the waitress, we were in the middle of the restaurant sitting right next to them. Then I was handing my meal 15 minutes before my wife's meal. Since they got her meal so late. I ordered a margarita. I paid at the same time,, so qe could leave once we were done. My wife finished her food and the drink had not even come. I was trying to look for some indication that the bartenders were making it, but all 3 were just hanging out and taking the whole time. At this point, we needed to get to our concert. I had to ask the waitress to refund the margarita because we needed to leave. If the music hadn't been good, we would have been far more upset. Food was good, and the music was on point. Update: the restaurant responded, and I need to be sympathetic to this! The food was really good, the music was good. I hope the review helps for more training and continuity. We will happily come back and check them out.

Such a fun area of town I just wish this was so much better. Bathroom was all sorts of health code violations and an employee there was totally aware of the conditions and even agreed that the bathrooms were beyond gross and just said “we usually go to another building next door to use the bathroom bc it’s so gross here” after that it was time to go.

Excellent food. Excellent service. We were just visiting Boulder and if i ever come back I will definitely return here! Fun atmosphere!
