Not ever one to leave a bad review... ordered a large fat doobie sandwich and 45 minutes later was given fries between bread, with a cold mozzarella stick.

Honestly the food was not very good. Me and a friend went to get dinner there and the food was very overpriced for the quality that we got. Most of their menu is based around mozzarella sticks (which really dont sound appetizing when looking for a full meal), or "chicken finger" which are more accurately described as chicken strips. More importantly however, the food was greasy and tasted old. I get it for late night snacks, but not great for a meal.

The food was simply amazing. We are from Indiana and have never had a four layer sandwich like that!! It’s called the fat chance highly recommend!!

They don't care. They don't want to work there. They don't clean their kitchen when they have time. They're taking online orders when the restaurant is full of hungry people. Please, there are better places to eat all around.

Ellique had excellent service in the morning made me excited for the day, Definitely enjoyed her service.

I have tried them multiple times. I don't believe a business should be judged off of one bad expirence but the food has been stale or below average both times. There are far better places to eat for your dollar than here

The experience was amazing! The food was incredible. We had the fat cow, Philly, chicken tenders, single burger, fries, and deep fried Oreos. The amount of food is huge! The service was excellent and quick. The owner was very nice and helpful. We came here from out of state and I’m so glad we decided to eat here. This is definitely a place you need to add to your list of places to eat. You won’t regret it I promise.

Food is good enough but thanks to delivery by DoorDash I can never order, would recommend just going out at this point because delivery is not a thing

Manager completely UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT GO HERE. Their “kiosk” got our order completely wrong. I very politely pointed it out to the manager; rather than correcting the issue, he insisted the kiosk wasn’t wrong- instead of fixing our order. We paid for $38 of food, and he delivered us one burger. He didn’t like that I challenged him on the problem, so HE CALLED THE COPS!! NO LIE. Complete A Hole. The guy should be managing a K Mart. Knows ZERO about costumer service. Do NOT eat here.

$22, took a decent amount of time, dry stale buns, tiny burger patty, but it wasn't like fatty or well prepared. Onion rings were passing, it was a clean store drink machine was clean just didn't feel like I "went out to eat" this was worse than Wendy's 2 miles from my house deep fried Oreos are better as a treat than the burger was as a meal and the only saver

The foods pretty much what you'd expect. I got the fat shack and it was freaking massive. There was so much in there, but it was still somewhat bland. Might be good for some late night snacks but I wouldn't go there for dinner again.

Gave my order to someone else, didn't even apologize. I was there for more than 20 minutes, sitting in front of the cashier. Common sense says the employee should notice that I didn't give my food. I asked them why my food took so long, they said they gave it to someone else (who didn't even show his receipt. Just went in and the employee gave him my food). That feels like an intentional mistake to me. They gave me a refund, but you can't refund my time.

It's awesome that they're open late. And I'm sure the location is convenient for the college students. I guess I was expecting something similar to a 5 Guys burger and fries, but to cost a bit more since it was late night. It wasn't really comparable. I know 5 Guys servings are large and wasn't expecting that, but I could have eaten 2x of the burger and fries. And it cost at least as as much. Next time I'll try ihop unless I'm right nearby. One thing, they have a variety of deep fried cheese items. I can't eat cheese but if you can that may be a reason to go. The workers were doing their best with the swarm of drunk kids roaming around, cheers for them.

Not a good option if you're looking to eat healthy but a great option if you're just craving some deep-fried food! I got the chicken and fries, mozzarella sticks, and onion rings. I tried my friend's classic burger and it was the best dish out of all the ones we had so definitely recommend! The staff is friendly, there is a big variety of fountain drinks and teas, and overall the laid-back atmosphere of a casual fast food joint is achieved.

Tried fat shack for the first time today and can honestly say it has been a surprise! It was really good! Wish there was one in El Paso. The fried oreos, to die for

Had a difficult experience here a few weeks ago unrelated to the food - but Daryl, the Franchise Support Manager was very professional, compassionate and generous in rectifying our situation. I really appreciate his and Fat Shack's efforts and will continue to enjoy the food there. It's excellent - reminds me of a place I used to love in college. Thanks again guys!

Felt like eating in a college dining hall. Everything was frozen and pre-packaged, and there was no flavor. The fries were good though.

not good. the food tasted like typical fried food but when we got home later that day we all had the ribs and felt awful and horrible. greasy and not worth the price. hopefully we recover cuz we didn’t eat out the rest of the day and everyone’s making multiple trips to the toilet now. :(

Food sat under the warmer for a while before I got the notification that it was ready not sure if that's their fault or door dash's but the food was delicious regardless

Pretty disappointed with the night staff I arrive and they tell me my food is almost ready (Philly, fries and a order of fried oreos, it looks like he checks and sees my sandwitch) and just waiting on the fried oreos. I wait about 10 mins and go to check, now the Philly has disappeared and they need to remake it......so was none of my food ready when I get there or did they hand it out to the wrong person? Normally I don't complain but I waited an extra 10 minutes and ran late on my lunchbreak. Didn't even offer a apology for the inconvenience.

Amazing especially for DoorDash deliveries! They may be short staffed and busy, but they get the job done and on time. Thank you.

Food is great, but they've cancelled my order several times. Tonight, they did so again. I had ordered food around 11:00 pm and was hoping to get some grub after teaching a 4-hour night class. They cancelled my order after making me wait an hour and a half, with no attempt to contact me to pick it up or anything. I could have just gone to bed hungry but at least caught more sleep instead of waiting for nothing. I understand being popular but this is really bad customer service.

Rude unhelpful male employee. Came in to pickup a latenight delivery, the food was sloppily thrown in the bag and he didn't even hand me the full order, I had to come back and remind him of the rest. He looked absolutely inconvenienced from the moment I stepped in the door, I couldn't wait to get out. Do better.
