Blue sky, white clouds, sunshine, green grass and lake water. Everything is so beautiful! There is also fishing and paragliding, a great place to relax!

We have lived nearby for the last 4 years but now live in the neighborhood. Each day we are learning more of what the area has to offer that we didn't know. Great trails, both sidewalk and dirt options! Lots of incline if you want to get some elevation, plus plenty of flat trails if you are out for a leisurely stroll! We enjoy walking around the lake just after the sun dips behind the mountains!

This was a stop we made while out of town. A really nice park set in a residential area. You can walk around the lake, play in the playground. Enjoy the view and watch paragliders. This was a wonderful stop during our trip.

The Good: Quick escape in north Boulder with Flat Iron views. An easy tranquil walk around the lake, and for the more athletic, a nice hike in elevation up the front range. The Bad: Nothing really, it's a popular hike so be prepared to encounter many others on the trail. If you're hiking up the hills there is no shade so morning sun will make it a toasty hike. Overall: Very nice park will take my puppy there again.

Friendly neighborhood park with epic views! The playground is great and there's always some toys for the little ones to play with, just be careful with the rough floor, kiddos may stumble when running around.

This is a lightly used, neighborhood gem, perfect for an uncomplicated and easy stretch of the legs. If you do a loop around the lake, there is some gravel and some paved pathway. It's very pretty with nice reflections of hills and sky and it is blessedly undeveloped so far. (A couple of years ago, eager beavers at City Hall threatened to add a bunch of fancy, schmancy facilities to the area but a grassroots neighborhood revolt has forestalled that effort so far. Fingers crossed; you know they'll be back.) Depending on season, various waterfowl and other wildlife can often be seen. On leash dogs are welcome. Just mind the few runners and bikes passing through.

A picturesque spot tucked away from college happenings and tourist overload Wonderland Lake Park offers plenty of hidden treasures for a relaxing stroll. A modest playground along with wellaintained trails provide something for kids, cyclists, walkers, and those looking for a calm setting.

Amazing little lake next to flatiron. At first you may not find it if you go by the maps. Park your car on the roadside and look around for a paved trail opposite to the community pool. There small kids park and the trail is good for walk with your furry friends or for jogging. Wonderful location would definitely recommend to everyone visiting Boulder

It was a great hiking place and very clean! We loved it. The trail around the lake is good for strollers, cart and it is wheelchair accessible. There were kids from the neighborhood fishing and biking safely. Everyone was so friendly!

Absolutely love this park for our 2 year old girl. It’s never crowded and small for a toddler.
