This is an exceptional hotel, small, independently run and welcoming. We would not hesitate to visit here again. The staff could not have been more friendly or more helpful. Great rooms and a welcoming reception area stocked with games and activities. Every evening there are complementary drinks allowing guests to mingle. The breakfast was varied, all freshly prepared and ever tasty. Free hot and cold beverages throughout the day and home cooked cookies from time to time. It is a hard act to follow and our next stay anywhere will need to work hard to match the Bradley

We loved our stay at the Bradley Boulder Inn! It was our first time in Boulder and the inn was a lovely home base for our trip; it's conveniently located off Pearl St but very quiet. The room was very comfortable and felt like a treat for us with the luxurious bathroom. Bradley makes great chocolate chip cookies and was so kind and welcoming. They also have a great section of puzzles and movies. We will definitely come back and recommend it to anyone traveling to Boulder!

The Bradley Inn is a beautiful inn located in the heart of Boulder. As soon as you enter this elegant inn, you feel relaxed and welcome. Sleeping was so easy in the comfy bed with nice linens and pillows! Our view was very pretty. Ask for room 6! The location is amazing on a tree lined street and quiet. Only one block to Pearl Street. Easy walk to lots of Boulder’s finest restaurants and shops. Breakfast was delicious. Thanks Evan! Happy Hour was super nice as we sat by the fireplace. Thanks Bradley! We highly recommend The Bradley Inn. We liked it so much that we extended our stay. We will definitely be recommending The Bradley Inn to family and friends.

I just spent my annual girls weekend at this loction. It was the nicest facility we had ever stayed at and we have been doing this for 30+ years. First, Brad and his whole staff are so nice and incredibly helpful. The daily breakfast is fabulous (the homemade granola is amazing) and the perfect way to start the day. The warm chocolate chip cookies are delicious at 3:00pm. The location is right on Pearl St and so it is easy to access the pedestrian mall and lots of shops and restaurants. Lastly, the Inn itself is furnished in a welcoming way and it is so pleasant to sit in the living room to congregate or have wine and cheese. I highly recommend The Bradley Boulder Inn. I would never stay anywhere else!!! Thank you Bradley and staff!

I stayed at the Bradley for four nights in October and it was hard to leave. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff were extremely hospitable and the location is hard to beat. The breakfast was delicious and I loved the nightly happy hour. This was a great place to call home for my time in Boulder and I plan to return on my next trip.

We booked a single night at the Bradley to enjoy the Pearl St mall and enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. This is a really really fun, comfortable, and hospitable boutique hotel. The service from the owners was exceptional, the breakfast and afternoon treats were great, and we enjoyed our happy hour wine. We will stay here again on our next trip to Boulder, and recommend it to anyone looking for a change of pace from one of the major chains.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help me and made my stay very comfortable. This is the best place to stay in Boulder without considering the price. If you consider the price it blows everything else out of the water. The daily breakfast is so tasty and convenient. The whole set up is very cozy. Tea and coffee available all day. The big great room centers around the fire place where people can relax, drink a glass of wine, or play games. We will always stay here when we visit Boulder from now on.

Bradley welcomed us when we arrived. He was waiting at the door and greeted us by name. He went out of his way to accommodate our request for a scent free room and scent free linens. The breakfast was delicious as were the homemade treats of pound cake and chocolate chip cookies. The location is one block from Pearl Street restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed 3 nights at the Bradley Boulder Inn and really enjoyed our stay. The Inn is half a block off of Pearl street and within one and a half blocks of the pedestrian section of Pearl street. Plenty of coffee shops, stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Morning breakfasts are delicious. Wonderful common area for reading or just visiting with friends. Bradley is readily always around and is eager to make your stay comfortable.

This is the place to stay when in Boulder! Walking distance from great views and good food! Not to mention one of the only hotels in the area where you don’t have to pay for parking! Happy hour and a great spread of homemade breakfast items made it feel even more special. My boyfriend and I arrived way earlier than expected but they let us into our room a few hours early! Very accommodating and clean. 10/10 recommend!!

A charming place and the hospitality level is unparalleled. Everything from breakfast to happy hour was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used it as a base camp for multiple hiking adventures nearby and would wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Bradley Boulder Inn again in the future!

This lovely house is located two blocks from the downtown Pearl Street Mall. Our room had a large bubbly tub, a gas fireplace, and a Juliet balcony. Staff was charming and attentive. Breakfasts were inventive at times and always delicious. We make annual trips to Boulder; this is our second year. This guest house will be our lodging of choice.

We have nothing but great things to say about the Bradley Boulder Inn. Excellent location in a beautiful and relaxing space with the best service. The owners prioritize hospitality and comfort with thoughtful touches - fresh baked cookies, homemade breakfast, wine and cheese in the afternoon - they make it a great experience. The lodge area is very nice as well - fireplace, puzzles, scrabble, books, and dvds. We loved our time there and would choose it over a larger hotel every time!

Just a short walk from the Pearl St mall made this the perfect location for shopping. Evan was wonderful and very knowledgeable of the area. This was our first experience with a bed and breakfast and let's just say they set the bar high for expectations. The building is gorgeous, our room was beautiful. We loved our private balcony, in-room fireplace, and the jacuzzi tub was great after an afternoon of shopping. If we're ever in Boulder again the Bradley Inn will definitely be at the top of our list for places to stay.

The Bradley Boulder Inn is a casual and cozy bed and breakfast. Bradley and the staff are kind and welcoming. It was a lovely home base for my mini retreat. It is in a convenient location right off Pearl St, close to plenty of activities, yet a quiet sanctuary. The common space is large with a fire always burning and lots of areas to sit and read or work on puzzles of which they have a variety. I will definitely come back and recommend it to anyone traveling to Boulder and looking for an inviting and relaxing place to stay.

We can't wait to stay here again! The room was very nice and clean and the staff were super friendly. Super close to Pearl Street and it was very nice to not have to drive anywhere to get food or drinks. Breakfast was delicious and different each day! It was also just a short drive to several beautiful hiking spots. We will be back.

Can a hotel be both laid-back and incredibly service-oriented? This is it! The staff is extremely accommodating, from check-in, to housekeeping. We loved the great room and met new friends. The breakfast was a yummy departing bonus. Highlights: COMFY bed with plenty of pillows. Nice happy hour included. Great location! While I love the St Julien, The Bradley Boulder Inn wins with me every time! Way more bang for your buck!

My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Bradley Boulder Inn. Their contactless check in was seamless. Directions to the hotel, parking and building entry were detailed and easy to follow. The inn itself is lovely, spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast quiches were delicious. I highly recommend. Especially for guests desiring a location with walkable sights, shopping, restaurants and public transportation.

I hate to share what feels like the best hidden place in Boulder, but what a find! Usually for our Anniversary we stay at the Hotel Boulderado. They were booked this year, so I read the reviews and The Bradley Boulder was nearby and similarly priced. What a terrific place! Free parking, modern, clean, large rooms. Wine & cheese at 5pm and a great breakfast spread in the morning. Just a lovely property. And Heather was an amazing and welcoming hostess! 😀 We'll definitely be back!

I cannot recommend the Bradley Boulder Inn enough! It is right on the tail end of Pearl Street with loads of fun stuff to do. Bradley personally greeted us as we arrived and made sure that we were all settled. The room was extremely comfortable, with a large jacuzzi tub as an added perk. Being able to park for free in such a high traffic area of Boulder was a huge perk. If you are looking to have fun in Boulder, I encourage you to stay here!

This could well have been the most comfortable B&B we have stayed in over the past several years. The Hostess is welcoming, gracious and gregarious. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well-kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and when we return to Boulder next year it will be our first choice. We have stayed in Boulder over the past 12 years at two different hotels and find the Bradley Inn superior to all.

We had sh excellent stay at The Bradley Inn! We made a short trip to Boulder for a brief recess. If you want to be close to the Pearl Street Mall, it can’t get better than this!! The folks at this place are extremely helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Their breakfast feel like concierge service! Try getting that at a chain!! Wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended
