Service has to be pretty amazing for me to take time to write a review. Art+Soul is one of those places. Their unique, exquisite jewelry is only outpaced by their friendly, knowledgeable staff (and owner) who went above and beyond to provide me service that flat out surprised me. They are a case study of why you want to go to a local jeweler. They recalled my purchase from 18 months ago, recalled the unique specifics of the piece, contacted the artist who made it and took care of my situation from start to finish. It doesn't get any better in Boulder than these folk.

I enjoyed this place a lot- I bought some great yarn (so much color variety!) and had a lovely chat with the person who checked me out. I hope everyone there has made it through the NCAR fire alright so far.

I am across the country so have not visited in person but their customer service was superb!! I just received the Nomad cuff I ordered earlier this week and it is beautiful. The packaging, personal note and little extras were a lovely touch! Thank you!!!!

Great service

Really nice people, but if you want jewelry from one of the artists sold here, just go through the artist unless they have exactly what you want in stock. I wanted to shop with a local business and when I wasn’t satisfied with the ring I bought, they told me I would have to resell it myself and there was nothing they could do. Their policy is that all orders are final sale - so if you need a different size and you end up not liking the piece or if it doesn’t fit, you’re kind of stuck with it. This policy makes me want to shop through another more customer focused vendor.

Had such a great experience! Susan helped us, and she was a delight! Will be coming back for final purchase! Edit: I am a fiancé!! Thank you all for the help. The customer service is the best around. No talk of payment plans, no talking of our financial situation, most places we initially looked at just keep pushing us, and making the financials the first order instead of us and what we like. My fiancé only wanted to purchase from Art + Soul due to the amazing staff. The owner previously discussed knitting with my grandmother as long as my grandma wanted! I seriously cannot recommend them enough, every person who works at this establishment is amazing! Thank you for helping my Fiancé get me the ring of my dreams and for allowing me to come in so often just to look!
