Pretty terrible front office staff. I scheduled an appt for today with Dr. Moritz and was told when I arrived he was not taking new patients. I was specifically told he would be my provider on the call. I told this to the secretary at the front and she said whoever said that was wrong and I would see the female NP. I said that was not ok because I had some exams/procedures necessary that I prefer a male for. The attitude I received took me a bit off guard. She literally said, "ok, have a nice day" in a very sarcastic tone. Basically telling me to leave....so I left. Very happy I fasted all night and morning to be turned away by a grumpy secretary. Apparently this office ran incredibly well when Moritz was practicing in full. I suppose now that he is leaving it is going downhill fast.

As a trans person, going to the doctors office can be a quite a negative experience but Crossroads has always been helpful and welcoming to me. I've always been treated respectfully and they genuinely seem to care. I've been seeing Lauren for a little while now and unlike other physicians I've had in the past, she's always listened to me rather than dismissing things I say or being annoyed by my questions or concerns. She always takes the time to thoroughly educate me on everything that's going to happen whether I'm getting a vaccine, going on hormones, getting a pap, etc. I've always felt safe and comfortable around the entire staff. Recently met someone on staff named Z who briefly explained what my vitals meant (most medical professionals just say the numbers out loud and don't explain if they're good or concerning) and asked for consent before touching me which is greatly appreciated. I also love not being able to see the number on the scale when I'm being weighed since I used to have an eating disorder. Can't recommend them enough.

I would like to start this by saying I love my nurse practitioner Lauren but unfortunately her front desk receptionist Justine is very rude and unprofessional. On numerous occasions Justine has been straight up mean to me, other patients and even staff members. This includes in person and on the phone. Her tone is always super disrespectful, it is very frustrating. It’s upsetting that such a nice establishment has such a mean receptionist. I am just shocked that anyone who is want her to be the face or the first person you talk to at crossroads medical center. It’s extremely disappointing.

Crossroads Medical is a very friendly place. They go out their way to ensure you understand what was done, the next steps in your treatment, and what to expect. They don’t try to push unnecessary procedures or medication. I have been going to Crossroads Medical for many years and have always been treated well.

Doctor Moritz has been my doctor for over 25 years and is an incredible physician. He always spends as much time as is needed in order to make you understand everything going on

I felt very well taken care of and like I was a person not a number. Lauren was so wonderful to me and spoke me through everything that would happen. She asked my consent at every step of my procedure and even though I knew it was going to happen the way she went about it and asked at every step made me feel really calm and relaxed.

I’ve been going to a Crossroads Medical for almost 30 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision to have Dr. Moritz as my doctor. I now see Lauren Jasilli and she and the team are fantastic. If you’re looking for caring and personalized health care, I highly recommend them.

My husband and I been seeing FNP Lauren Jasilli for the past 2 years. She is always very thorough and listens carefully. I don't think that I've ever had a doctor who seems to really care about my health as much as Lauren does. Getting an appointment is very easy. People actually answer the phone, rare these days.

Thoughtful, thorough, professional - everything you'd want in a primary care experience. The front office is professional and timely. They are incredibly efficient and kind to boot. Front offices can make or break a medical experience - and they make it! Lauren is attentive, compassionate, knowledgeable and observant. I couldn't be more thrilled to be working with Lauren and this office.

This medical practice only employs the kindest staff and offers a higher level of care and personalization than any other doctors I've seen. They strive to be available and helpful for any issue and it shows how much they care about their patients.

My youngest found Lauren while attending CU and I was lucky enough to become a patient when we moved to CO. My visit was thorough concise and she was compassionate. This may very well be the best “doctor” visit I have ever had. Truly an all around amazing visit. Office staff is equally as competent and kind. Where else can you get Botox and a flu shot in one stop!

I see Lauren Jasilli, FNP-C, and she is an incredible health professional who truly cares and takes the time to show you what great medical care looks like. I feel so lucky that I found a primary care provider like her! 11/10 recommend.

I've been going here for years and recently moved an hour away. Its worth the drive and they have telehealth appointments. Cannot recommend highly enough and Lauren J. is amazing for women's health issues. She changed my life!

I just had my first appointment as a new patient at Crossroads Medical Center with Lauren Jasilli yesterday. I had an outstanding experience! Thank you, Lauren! I have actually told three other people about her already. I am so happy I found her! Lauren sat down with me for an hour to review my medical history and to discuss my current health questions. She got me up-to-date on vaccines and gave me an organized To Do list of next steps. She interacted with me in a organized, highly comprehensive, caring manner. I felt like I could be trust her and that she would be warm and accepting of what I had to say. I love that she is a family practice NP who can help with a broad range of health questions and concerns, from annual exams and vaccines to Paps to questions about hormone levels, etc. As a full-time working parent who is constantly juggling many balls in the air, it will be so great to have a one-stop shop for all of my primary health care needs! I also appreciate the fact that everyone at Crossroads was friendly and welcoming, starting with the person who answered the phone when I first called to schedule an appointment. The office space itself has sweet personal touches, too (house plants, a cute little dog statue by the door, colorful embroidered pillows for decoration, etc.). By the way, I didn’t immediately find the right entrance in the building. When you pull into the parking lot, go past what appears to be the main entrance doors and keep driving straight back (to the east). Use the entrance doors on the eastern side of the building. (The doors face south.)

Very good service. Dr. Moritz always takes time to really listen about how you are feeling. I appreciate his personal manner.

I have been going to Crossroads Medical Center for many years. The quality of service is excellent with both Dr. Moritz, Family medicine physician and Lauren Jasilli , Family nurse practitioner. Dr. Moritz takes his time to help me with what ever I am there for, whether it be my annual check up ,my chronic illness or an accident /illness I may be suffering from. I have referred many people to Dr Moritz. Recently I lost my long time OB/GYN and started seeing Lauren. Not only being thorough, she is extremely compassionate and easy to talk too. I have found my new family nurse practitioner.

So happy I was referred to Lauren Jasilli. She listens to me and goes above and beyond to get me what I need to feel healthy. I am so thankful for her!

Usually patients are motivated to leave negative reviews when their treatment is poor but it's important to encourage good health care practitioners when they provide exceptional treatment. Lauren is a very compassionate and skilled medical practitioner who seems to be very dedicated to her patients. Lauren approaches her practice in a thoughtful way and from my experience is a treatment provider you can place your confidence in. All of the staff are very much people orientated, easy to interact with and Lauren understands how to build relationships with her patients in ways that make dealing with health issues pleasant so that you don't feel inclined to put them off. It's a pleasure to have a general treatment provider that can be counted on to exercise clinical judgment in a reasonable and professional way. The entire practice is outstanding and they are consistently pleasant and very responsive. It's clear they genuinly care about their patients and can quickly identify health issues and development solid treatment plans. This practice uses skill to help you make informed decisions about your health care treatment which is crucial to avoiding emergency treatments where you are afforded less opportunity to appraise which providers will give you the best care.
