I went for a blood test. They did the wrong test. They called me two days later to come back in for another test. It took forever. It’s been a week since my second test, and I still haven’t received my results. I thought this was supposed to be an URGENT care. It’s been 9 days since I visited and they still haven’t told me anything. Some of the people at the front desk are rude, too.

I just waited in an empty waiting room for 11/2 hours, with no explanation or check in if I was okay. When I told the very cold receptionist I was leaving, all she said was fine. Health care in America

Frustrating Wait Time Experience I recently visited Concentra urgent care, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The primary issue was the excessive wait time to see a physician. I found myself stuck in the waiting area for an unreasonably long period, which only added to my discomfort and frustration. The lack of timely attention not only tested my patience but also raised concerns about the efficiency of their scheduling system. It's disheartening when the urgency of an urgent care visit is compromised by prolonged waits. While the staff was polite, the overall experience was marred by this significant delay, and I hope Concentra takes steps to address this issue for the benefit of future patients.

1st Visit . Injured hand. Long waits no actual Doctors were in house. They didn't even have an x-ray tech on staff. After long wait they sent me to an actual E.R. After arriving at hospital and seeing a real Doctor he told me that I had gotten there in the Nick of time... 2nd Visit. Follow up to hand injury. I had a 3pm appointment and didn't actually see a Dr. Until 430pm. Visit time with Dr was approximately 5 minutes. This is not acceptable from any medical clinic.

This Concentra was excellent at taking care of what I needed. I needed a TB test, placed and read, so two visits, exactly 48-72 hours apart. They knew this without my having to remind them, which I have had to do at times elsewhere. It’s very important that this be done properly and that the documentation be accurate and passed on to my company quickly and these folks nailed it. The patient areas were neat and clean, staff was friendly and efficient and very professional. I have had this procedure done multiple times in different states over the years, this facility was one of the best at making sure things got done right. I would definitely recommend them!

first visit there was because I cut my hand open at work. sat there bleeding for 3 hours before anyone came to even look at the wound because I was a walk-in patient and only one doc on duty. understandable, but still pretty negligent in my opinion. second visit I sat there for an hour and a half WITH an appointment only for doc to speak with me for maybe a single minute and then send me back out the door. third visit was to take out sutures. tested positive for COVID that morning so I called and asked what to do/if we could reschedule. they still made me come to the appointment even though I was feeling like death. told me to park out back and call when i arrived at my appointment time and that they would do the suture removal outside. got there at 10:24a (appt set for 10:30a), called the front desk and was told she was checking me in and someone would be out shortly. Sat there in my car for over an hour feeling like death so I called again around 11:30a to see what was going on. I was met with “did you call when you first showed up?” ummmmm… yes? and spoke to you?? who told me you were checking me in and someone would be out momentarily? then someone magically came out a few minutes later and had my stitches out and steri-strip on in minutes. it genuinely upset me how fast it was because they made me sit outside in my car for over an hour while I was COVID positive and feeling horrible, only wishing to be in bed. don’t come here unless you have to. the people are very nice but SO unorganized. apparently even having a set appointment time doesn’t mean you’ll be seen within that hour. very disappointed about this place. 2 stars only because the nurse Zack was really awesome and didn’t make me feel like a jerk for being upset about my wait times.

Haven’t been seen yet, over an hour. Just to fill out paperwork. Fun fact! If you see someone come in bleeding and they take them to the back, they’re not cutting line. They just don’t want us bleeding in front of other patients while we wait.

I got in and out within about 15 to 20 minutes for a simple TB test, probably one of the most efficient urgent cares I’ve been to. The people at the front desk were super nice, as well as the MA (I think they were an MA) that did the test.

I waited over an hour for my physical appointment. The office was extremely cold and uncomfortable. Once I got in, the first nurse could not successfully draw my blood. A second nurse tried to no avail. They wanted me to wait for a third employee to come back from lunch (he had just left two minutes ago, apparently) for him to try. Both arms were already bruising and I was feeling sick from them trying to draw blood multiple times so I finally just left without getting it done. I will have to go to another place, after already spending 4 hours for this appointment. Very unhappy with this visit.

Took my son to this place at 3:15 in the afternoon for 2 sprained ankle's . Went to check in I was informed that he would need x-rays. Totally fine! Problem: Their x- ray tech leaves for the day by 3:00 EVEN though they are open until 5:00. So I say" so if someone comes in with a broken leg at 3:15, even though this is URGENT care you send them away because your X-ray tech leaves 2 hours before closing???? She said "yes" Good to know! I guess if you're only needing a bandaid, this is your kind of place. What a joke!!!!

Staff was professional, the receptionist was very patient with me as I am hearing impaired. The wait was a little long, but I understand the circumstances.

Alex was a pleasure to speak with over the phone! She was kind and courteous and helped me resolve an issue I had with my drug screening paperwork. Would return any time to work with their staff! Thank you.

Entire staff was phenomenal! I was a walk-in with a lot of questions, they were very patient with me and got me in and out fast and smooth. Highly recommend service here!

They were pleasant and business like, not a long wait and with me having a semi I found a place to park with no problem. Over the years I have had to take a lot of random drug tests and these people were the best.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and politely helped to register. All Staff were interested in helping and caring for my health problems. They were each patient and made sure I received the info I needed, I was completely heard and made comfortable between the handoffs from nurse, doctor and xray technician. I was quite comfortable and definitely felt each gave me as much time as needed for questions or to share information. I highly recommend Concentra Urgent care.

Not having an appointment is questionable if they will attend to you or not. The staff at the front desk made it very easy and was able to get out on time. Thanks

I came in for a workers comp injury and felt very mistreated. The front desk lady seemed irritated about me coming in at 3pm on a Friday however was trying to get coverage taken care of to leave my job. Then the doctor was very unprofessional and very uncaring. He made snide comments to me and felt like I should have been treated better. I get it they may not like dealing with worker comp injuries however I'm a human being and injuries happen. I'm hoping my experiences tomorrow when I go back are better.

No x-ray tech onsite so they sent me to a hospital ER and gave us unsolicited and false "advice" about how it would be equally covered by insurance to go to an out of network hospital for a minor injury.

Front desk staff is very nice and they do what they can with how short staffed they are.. I understand it’s not their fault for wait times. I had to come in on 3 SEPARATE occasions to get my pre-employment tests done. First day told me they couldn’t do a physical or blood work anytime after 4pm which is very inconvenient considering those do not take long at all, second day went back during my lunch hour couldn’t stay because there was a TWO HOUR wait with nobody in the waiting room.. third day, went RIGHT as they opened walked in their doors at 8am still waited over an hour. Doctor made me feel uncomfortable, didn’t know what he was doing at all left the room 5 different times because he couldn’t seem to do his job.. my exam itself took 10 minutes doctor didn’t even wash his hands or sanitize before starting my exam. Their hours are VERY inconvenient considering they are a urgent care/walk in clinic. It’s nearly impossible to get anything done here. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU REALLY HAVE TO AND BE PREPARED TO WAIT HOURS!!

I had to do a drug test for my job, and going through Concentra was so easy! The whole process was quick and professional.

I went to Concentra for a physical and drug test for employment. I provided a specimen and it wasn’t enough at first when I first arrived. The MA gave me a bottle of water and when it was time for me to provide my specimen again the results came back inconclusive. I am very annoyed that I now have to go back again and provide another sample.

Arrived for pre scheduled appointment after confirming the day prior, and was informed the provider wasn’t in. They should have reached out to me prior to the appointment to allow me to reschedule. I chose to stay and wait for the provider that was working, and had to wait over an hour in the exam room. This is the 3rd time I have had 1 hour or longer waits.

Writing this as I'm waiting to be seen to by a doctor. Both times that I've been here the ladies at reception are extremely loud and talkative about other clients and issues they are having. They do not take into consideration the many patients waiting to be seen and the fact that we're all overhearing everything they are saying. They are very passive aggressive on the phone and talking way too loud considering the space and subject matter of their conversations. And as dumb as the masks are, they are hardly wearing them while requiring that we do. And all the while playing videos out loud on their phones. Very unprofessional, disrespectful, and outright rude to the patients waiting quietly. Definitely not coming back. The doctor and back office staff are very kind and professional however.
