Discovering Revo Physiotherapy and Sports Performance has been an absolute game-changer for me, and I'm thrilled to share my exceptional experience with the world. This haven of healing and rejuvenation has truly transformed my life, and it's all thanks to the remarkable care and expertise of two exceptional professionals, Lao Kempe and Hannah Lally. For over two decades, I battled an agonizing neck pain issue that seemed to defy all attempts at relief. Countless therapies and treatments had failed me, leaving me frustrated and disheartened. Enter Lao Kempe, my massage therapist extraordinaire. From the very first session, Lao exhibited an unmatched understanding of my unique condition. His keen insight, coupled with his masterful techniques, has led to remarkable progress in addressing my neck issue. The consistent improvement in my quality of life is nothing short of miraculous. Lao's ability to articulate and explain his methods is both refreshing and empowering. He not only provides effective therapy but also equips you with invaluable self-therapy techniques that enhance your healing journey. Lao is a true healer, and I'm immensely grateful for his expertise. Equally integral to my recovery has been the outstanding care of Hannah Lally, my Physical Therapist. Having undergone several major surgeries, I found myself in need of a dedicated professional to guide me through the arduous process of rehabilitation. Hannah's holistic approach to healing went above and beyond my expectations. She didn't just focus on restoring my physical well-being; she was committed to setting me on a path to overall fitness and improved health. Her personalized approach, attention to detail, and unwavering support have been instrumental in my recovery journey. Thanks to Hannah, I not only regained my strength but also discovered a newfound vitality that extends beyond the treatment room. The dynamic synergy between Lao Kempe and Hannah Lally at Revo Physiotherapy is truly extraordinary. Their passion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to their clients' well-being make this establishment a haven of transformation. The facility itself is equipped with state-of-the-art resources, and the entire team exudes warmth and professionalism. If you're seeking a place where healing is an art and science, where true experts collaborate to usher you into a realm of improved health and vitality, look no further than Revo Physiotherapy and Sports Performance. Lao and Hannah are two pillars of excellence who have forever changed my perspective on wellness. My heartfelt gratitude goes out to them and the entire Revo team for being beacons of hope and healing on my journey to a healthier, happier me.

Not only does Revo provide top notch physical therapy, but I have been regularly seeing Jess (Broderick) West for personal training and I cannot speak highly enough of her work. She keeps a laser focus on my stated goals, whether it is to injury-proof myself, prepare for cycling events or improve body composition. She works holistically and with a high degree of emotional intelligence to fit my program within my overall training schedule and advises on the details it takes to get the most out of her programming. I feel MUCH more durable than when I started, but when an unavoidable injury crops up, Jess knows what how to walk the line to keep other things going while promoting recovery. Shout out to Matt for loosening up my neck with his fabulous dry-needling. This place is the full package!

I had surgery recently, and then did an activity that was too hard on my body. I went in for a PT massage with a limp, and walked out of there after a 90 min massage without a limp! Just amazing. I highly recommend.

Lao is an excellent massage therapist! His knowledge of anatomy, the workings of the body and pain management set him far above most others in his field. He is respectful, thoughtful in his approach and a great listener. I always feel better physically and mentally leaving his office!

See Lao for massage; start with 25min you can’t go wrong! He has such a comprehensive understanding of how muscles & nerves work together it feels as if your under a doctors care. He has the ability to relax you while also resolving complex tension issues. After 15+ years of jaw tension Lao has offered me hope, that you can feel better. The people I care about most are gifted a visit to see him!

I have been working with Lao for 6 months now and I can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions i could do for my health, my life. He works WITH you to create a plan and approach that helps you reach your goals - mine was to reduce pain originally but now he has been so successful we are moving on to mobility and other elements. Every session is game changing in terms of the impact is has on how I feel in my body - my posture, mobility and pain are all incredibly improved... I cannot recommend him enough.

Lao has been amazing. I've struggled with shoulder and neck pain for a while and Lao's treatment has been amazing and effective. Lao takes the time to understand what's really going on and then focus on the most important aspects of treatment and healing. In addition to treatment, we've been able to discuss long term health for the shoulder and neck. Lao is also a fun and engaging person to get to engage with. I highly recommend Lao as a very talented practitioner, engaged caregiver and all around good human.

I go to Revo for bike fits and PT for a cycling injury. They are the best if you want to work with PTs who are highly skilled and interested in helping you recover and get stronger for the long term. I have health insurance and could go to many other PT clinics but have found that these have very focused and incremental approaches to relieving pain and recovery. Although they don’t accept health insurance, Revo’s holistic approach is well worth the investment.

PT at Revo has been invaluable in helping me recover and regain strength after a serious leg injury. The facilities are top-notch and state of the art strength and movement analysis techniques are used to assist in getting you back to form. And I cannot give enough praise to Hannah. She is awesome! I would highly recommend Revo and Hannah to anyone in need of PT following an injury, especially those looking to get back to high-output activities.

Life changing! No joke. I'm an ultra runner and I had been dealing with ongoing big toe pain for about 2.5 years. Partially sesamoiditis, potentially sesamoid microfractures that never properly healed, and some severe turf toe symptoms that were never fully diagnosed. Let me tell you all the things I tried: Months off from running multiple times, two podiatrists, wore a boot for a month, saw a Registered Dietician to improve nutrition to help with injury prevention, experimented with different insoles and shoes, two physical therapists, strength training, two gait analyses (one at a running store and one with a PT), and probably even more that I can't remember right now. I had accepted that I would just live my entire life with toe pain. I couldn't do things like lunges or planks. I ran trails slowly to avoid stepping on rocks the wrong way. I avoided walking around my own home barefoot. In a last ditch effort, I decided to spend some money and try out REVO after hearing the reviews. I saw Nicole Wildermuth for a high tech gait and movement analysis, knowing that the root cause of the pain was likely something with my gait. After my appointment my goals were to work on forward trunk lean, ankle mobility, and glute activation. Turns out it was well worth the money. I haven't had a bad flare up in 3 entire months literally since the day I saw Nicole. And I can do lunges & planks (with supportive shoes) and step on rocks! I might have a little further to go before my toe situation is 100% resolved, but never in a million years did I think I'd ever get to this point. Not to mention, my one session at REVO has also helped me move toward some big goals. My running speed increased and I PRed my marathon time by about 40 minutes. Next time I'm going to attempt a Boston qualifying time! I have been considering trying my first 100-miler for a long time, but the persistent toe pain had me on the fence about it. Now that I feel confident that it can hold up for 100 miles, I think I'm gonna go for it. :D Seriously, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Due to a stress fracture, I had to stop running. I assumed at 71 I might never run again, but my orthopedist recommended Revo, saying, "They're the best support you can get to return to running." I happened to schedule time with Dr. Hannah Lally. She never treated me like my age was a limitation. She gave me progressively challenging at-home exercises, tweaked my form during my time with her, and was always authentically encouraging. After just five sessions, I'm running four miles, three times a week. I'm in great debt to Dr. Lally for her expertise and positive attitude. She's definitely a 5 stars out of 5 stars advocate!

Jess is incredible at what she does! She’s made coming back from injury so much easier by tailoring lifting sessions to what my body needs most on that day. My favorite part about Mondays!

Jessica is THE MOST AMAZING COACH!!! I have gone through many physical challenges in the last 2 years. Jessica has been beyond supportive. I am back to running (faster and stronger!) She is always possitive. We laugh together. And I keep learning from her every session. She is a really Pro!

This is a very professional, affordable, thoughtful, and successful physical therapy establishment. I not only had a complete and through examination with updated technologies and human physical assessment, but it became a very educational, preventative, and lessons learned applied to my personal recovery, plus cure, from a past injury. My therapist is 100% educated, through, and personal to my specific needs. I honestly never experienced such a friendly, professional, caring, and knowledgeable team in a medical setting. I only completed one appointment, but that is all I needed since I am not a professional athlete, and I took away a lifetime of skills and resources. I absolutely appreciate the in-person explications and physical demonstrations of stretches, but grateful for the YouTube videos I can always refer back to help continue my positive recovery. I know I will be cured because I am now educated and informed and practice the proper skills set forth by my therapist. Thank you so much, REVO, for your help! 🦅 🥇 🏐 This place is NOT judgmental and very clean.

I had a pulled hamstring and a pulled muscle in my shoulder. I worked with Dr. Nicole Wildermuth at Revo - she set me up with Blood Flow Restriction therapy for both and also mobility exercises. I did them for a month and am extremely happy with the results. I’m back at the gym doing HIIT classes and lifting weights and also back riding my horse. I am so appreciative - she set up a great program for me and everything healed very quickly. I continue to do the mobility exercises before working out as a preventative measure.

Jess is a fantastic personal trainer and I highly recommend her! She works with you where you are at and makes modifications as needed to get you where you want to be. She challenges you without making the challenge impossible to reach. My strength and confidence grow every week working with her. And REVO is a great gym with a variety of equipment to help you reach your fitness goals. Very clean and great personnel.

Alex Buck helps me to get my workout DONE!! He is thorough, challenging, steady, inventive, and accommodating to all kinds of individual needs. For the past 6 months, I have worked out twice a week with Buck, and I could not be happier with the results. Whether you are a beast who wants to meet a performance goal, or a middle aged lady with past injuries (like me) who wants to work on balance, strength and flexibility -- plus have some fun while I'm at it -- Buck can take you where you want to go.

Revo Physiotherapy is your one-stop shop for all your sports performance needs. In the past few months, I’ve worked with Jessica (Jess) West and Dr. Nicole Wildermuth to improve strength and rehab some nagging injuries. I couldn’t be happier with my progress so far! Jess’s individualized and education-based approach to training has allowed me to learn about and improve my specific weaknesses. Her passion for movement and bettering her clients is contagious — I always leave sessions feeling stronger and more resilient! I’d recommend Revo to anyone looking to level up in their respective sport.
