I can not recommend the Alpine Training Center enough! Challenging training that pushes your limits with a focus on form, strength building, and injury prevention makes this place a must join for any mountain athlete. Not only are the workouts endorphin producing, the coaches truly care about developing each athlete and creating plans that will enable them to meet their specific goals or overcome an injury. The community at this gym is super welcoming and it's a great place to meet ski, climb, and run partners. My life in Boulder would be nothing what it is today, without this place!

Best of the best of the best. I love training at the ATC and love the community of hard working, encouraging people who also train there. Connie is an excellent trainer, and she ensures that all of the other coaches share the same work ethic, dedication and stoke. If you're looking for somewhere to be encouraged and have your goals supported, there's no better place. And it's YOUR goals that matter to Connie and the team. Doesn't matter if it's a super difficult technical objective, or just something that you're working toward personally, the team is there to support your work and your success.

After a couple years of cajoling from a friend, I finally signed up this Fall and started going twice per week. Connie has created a really positive community. It's immediately evident this is a friendly, inclusive culture. Everyone asked my name and struck up a conversation. Big range of ages and body types. Connie and Mike (the two coaches I've had) take their time to walk you through the moves and allow you to advance at your own pace (while encouraging you to level-up). After a month and a half, I did my first day of skiing. This is the first time I was able to do a top-to-bottom without a break and no lactic leg pain! Really enjoying this routine.

The Alpine Training Center is an outstanding training facility for outdoor athletes who are looking to increase overall strength and endurance. Connie and her team’s workouts are diverse, stimulating, and best of all… HARD! I recently moved away from Boulder, and ATC is what I miss the most as it’s close to impossible to find a gym of equal caliber. The community is full of supportive, kind, and disciplined athletes of all ages and abilities. I cannot recommend this superb training facility more!

The ATC is an amazing gym for anyone who wants to optimize their time playing in the mountains - biking, skiing, running, climbing - and be part of a super supportive community! The coaches are so inspiring, knowledgeable and know how to push each athlete to their personal best. The small classes mean it’s never a one size fits all approach. When I broke my ankle last year, Connie created workouts for me so I didn’t fall too far behind while still in a boot. They care about your personal goals and have the workouts to help you achieve them!

Connie and the coaching team are incredible. Great training programs that keep the engagement level high while continuing to drive us to new levels of functional fitness. Their dedication to each individual is amazing - working with us through injury and rehab to get us back on track. The classes are fun and friendly and always welcoming to new athletes. Best gym.

While I no longer come to the alpine training center as I no longer live in CO, to this day I’m still searching for something similar. This place formed me into my best self and I was in the best shape of my life. Connie is an outstanding coach along with the other coaches. It created a wonderful community for me and surrounded by people who are passionate about the outdoors. It’s hard work, but the encouragement you get from others is just what you need! I miss it all the time!

ATC is a fantastic place for the mountain athlete, looking to stay fit or prepare for the next challenge. But it's also the perfect place for those recovering from injury, or someone who just wants to get in better shape. Connie and her team are amazing! The workouts and specific movements are intentional, yet also accommodating for any necessary modifications. No matter where each person in the class is--from ultra athlete to just trying to build your base--there is a communal feeling of everyone rooting for each person to give whatever their best is at that moment. You definitely can't say that about every gym. And I can't say enough good things about this gym!!! So grateful to have found it when I moved to Boulder.

This is the best all around training center for mountain sports! I've noticed a huge difference in my climbing and skiing performance since I've started coming (around a year). Connie and staff are incredibly knowledgeable and create thorough workouts that progress through various themes to build an all around great strength. ATC is a great community and fun place to get strong!

I can't recommend the Alpine Training Center highly enough! It is exactly the gym I had hoped to find in Boulder... and I gym hopped until I found it. The workouts are challenging-- but also smart and well designed. Every movement has a purpose and is designed to make us stronger in our sports outside the gym. (And it works! I wouldn't be able to run ultras without the strength, mobility, and stamina I gain at ATC). The community is friendly and supportive and the small group size means you are never overlooked.

I can't speak highly enough of the Alpine Training Center! I started training here over ten years ago and it's the most special gym I have ever been to. The coaches are very professional, the workouts are always just the right level of challenging and engaging and the environment is super welcoming and inclusive. Highly recommend!

I've been going to the ATC for a few years now and I love the programming and the coaches. Every workout is different. I love the community that Connie has built and I look forward to seeing everyone each time I go. I started going for shoulder rehab and general injury prevention and it made a huge difference in my recovery. I have never been a gym person but I do love going to the ATC!

The Alpine Training Center is the best "gym" on the Front Range. Connie and her staff have created a welcoming but motivating environment that challenges everybody. Superb programming, excellent attention to form and quality. If you want to take your skiing/running/biking/climbing to the next level, or just want to feel good and strong, then you want the ATC.

If you're an outdoor athlete, spending some time at ATC is probably the best investment you can make towards your favorite activity, whether you want to get to the next level, reduce injuries, or simply increase your fun in the mountains. The workouts are constantly changing and always challenging. Connie, Jason and the other coaches are great at getting to know each participant, their goals and abilities, and making sure each workout works for them. More importantly, they've done an incredible job at creating an environment where people push themselves and are supportive and encouraging of each other. No matter your age or fitness level, ATC is a great gym where you feel like you belong.

😠 This place is filthy. I am a working professional and wanting to shower here after my work outs. The showers are not useable. They are covered in grime, hair balls, and brown stains. 🫤 They are using COVID as an excuse not to open 24 hours. They close at 9.. so it should be called 15 hour fitness. Also, they now sublease their pool to a swimming class company for little kids who are loud and good luck getting a lane
