I came to Alpine Fit after discomfort in a hip flexor became intermittent pain. Dr. Charlotte was able to quickly isolate the site of the pain and the root cause being weakness in my glutes. It turns out that not only was this the source of my hip flexor issue but also contributed to some other running knee issues I have had over the past several years. Without going to Alpine Fit, I probably would have just dismissed those issues as having “bad knees”. Dr. Charlotte created a set of exercises for me that evolved weekly to not only resolve the hip flexor pain but to also develop strength so that the problem doesn’t return. So far the improvement in my legs and performance has been notable. With the improvement in strength and reduction in pain while running, I am starting to look at returning to longer distance races that I have been missing out on for the past many years.

Dr Kyle has been so compassionate and helpful through a year of problems with my digestive tract. I was instructed to use Prilosec from my allergy doctor but I had negative side effects and I was getting worse. Dr Kyle walked me through the finest details of managing my health. I had to change the way I live and use a regimen of dietary assistance like probiotics to change my body. I am much healthier now and I am able to greatly limit my asthma meds due to side effects of poor gut health. I will always use the professional help Dr Kyle has guided me through.

I am a pro pickleball player and coach, and have been struggling to manage long-time shoulder pain. Dr. Charlotte has done an amazing job diagnosing the primary source of my pain and immobility, and provided excellent hands-on therapy and beneficial at-home exercises. I'm not 100% yet, but have been able to resume play on the pro tour relatively pain free AND I'm playing at my highest level ever. Thank you Charlotte and Alpine Fit!

I started working with Charlotte at Alpine Fit because of some acute lower back pain symptoms that I've been experiencing for year since surgery. Rather than just focusing on the symptoms, Charlotte has really helped me get to the root of my problems and has worked to uncover areas of my instability in my body. My overall mobility and my ability to participate in the activities that I love has greatly improved thanks to my time working with Alpine Fit, and I remain a very satisfied client.

I have gone to a lot of different PT places and I love the individual treatment you receive at Alpine Fit. Dr. Charlotte was a huge help in reducing my hip pain. She is very friendly and kind but takes her job seriously when it comes to getting you better. It can be pricey as it isn't through insurance, but they are really great about working with you on payment plans and can also do super bills for you to submit to your insurance.

Working with Dr Kyle has been life changing for me and my health. I lost 32 pounds in the seven months I have worked with her and what has been so important for me and why I chose Kyle to work with is for setting myself up for lasting change and optimal health. I learned so much from working with her and I found out the importance of healing my gut, how to do it, what to watch for when I am imbalanced and my journey became a joyful adventure and one I feel so amazing from taking!!! If you want to make lasting change and have the most amazing supportive person in your corner, I highly recommend speaking with Dr Kyle and learning about her services!!!

I've been working with the incredible team at Alpine Fit for a couple of months now and after this experience, I really wish I hadn't waited so long to address the chronic pain in my knees, back, and shoulders I've experienced for over 10 years! I feel SO much better. Dr. Kyle, Dr. Charlotte, and now Dr. Jason are all compassionate, knowledgeable, and skilled. Between the in-office treatment, the assigned homework exercises (which they thoroughly review during office visits to ensure that I fully understand what I'm doing), and their advice for how to approach my workouts, I've seen a major marked improvement in my quality of life. My athletic performance is better than ever, and even better, I no longer assume that pain and discomfort is normal! What a difference that mindset shift has made on my mental health! I highly recommend seeing the Alpine Fit team if you are invested in living a long, healthy, and active life.

I started going to Alpine Fit in June after injuring my knee during a long hike. Both Charlotte and Jason did an amazing job of treating my injury, prescribing PT, reducing the pain, and healing my injury over a series of 14 sessions. They are both very professional and skilled in their field — in addition to being compassionate, positive and flexible. Plus it was fun to have Burton around! Thanks so much for all you have done for me these past several months! I highly recommend Alpine Fit.

I was at the end of my rope when I connected with Charlotte at Alpine Fit back in April and I am so grateful that I did! I’ve been seeing her (and the rest of the team on occasion) pretty consistently for the last 5 months and my progress is impressive. I feel stronger and my pain is almost gone. There is a bright and beautiful light at the end of the tunnel. Charlotte is professional, skilled in her trade, hilarious, and simply a great human being. And she’s strong which I have come to appreciate! I highly recommend Alpine Fit. The team is welcoming, the location convenient, and the center is clean and bright. And let me also say that Tristan, the massage therapist, is as good as it gets!

I pulled my lower back while surfing in late August, but thanks to Charlotte and Alpine Fit's personalized treatment approach, I was able to climb up to Longs Peak's Boulderfield with a ~50 lb backpack in tow 2 weeks later! That's what I call results. Charlotte was able to immediately identify the root cause of my pain and provided tailored therapy/dry needling/exercises that had me feeling better, even after the first session. It's all about getting back to where you were (or better!) after an injury - Alpine Fit delivered that for me.

I am so happy I found Dr. Kyle, Dr. Charlotte and Alpine Fit. I have had chronic neck and back pain for years, due to spinal injuries. The approach at Alpine Fit is very targeted with the use of not only strengthening exercises but many others. They use dry needling, scraping and deep tissue work to help relieve the muscle spasms and tension throughout my body. I have been to many other physical therapists where they basically just gave me a print out of exercises and sent me home. Alpine Fit is completely different. They spend time getting to know you and your body, to help you get better and achieve your goals! Thank you Dr Charlotte and Dr. Kyle!

I have been seeing Kyle and Charlotte for the past 6 months and I have had a great experience. They have helped me when releasing tension, fixing posture, exercises for muscle alignment, and so much more! Both Kyle and Charlotte help me on a weekly basis to improve my overall lifestyle and habits.

I am very fortunate to have been able to see Dr. Charlotte for my rare, chronic condition. It is a true relief to seek treatment with someone knowledgeable with my situation. Dr. Charlotte goes above and beyond to make sure I am doing the prescribed exercises correctly, a concern of mine as a complete lack of proprioception is part of my syndrome.

I started to see Dr. Kyle for a hip rotation issue and I am amazed at how quickly my body is recovering from this hip issue. Dr. Kyle is an expert in her field and very knowledgeable about human body function and movement. She is kind and professional and I appreciated how she would explain why your body moves a certain way and and how to correct that. I was very impressed with her treatment plan as well as her simple movement instructions. I followed the prescribed exercises with ease and I am feeling more energized and vibrant each day. Dr. Kyle is amazing!

I started seeing Charlotte after months and months of unresolved neck and shoulder pain. Within 2 weeks the pain and discomfort I was having 100% of the time was reduced to only specific movements and has continued to improve and dissipate. I was able to begin strengthening and resolving my issue much quicker than I expected. Charlotte is knowledgeable and thorough and her positivity is infectious. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

My experience with Alpine Fit was excellent. I had been dealing with a longer term, hard to diagnose injury. They took the time to ask a number of important questions to understand the symptoms I was experiencing. As a result, they correctly diagnosed the issue and put in place effective rehab exercises for me to use. Each exercise built off of the prior one effectively which resulted in tangible progress in my recovery. They also did a nice job with dry needling which helped as well. The staff were professional, understanding, and goal oriented which I appreciated tremendously. Many thanks to them in working through a frustrating, nagging injury to help get me back out and running again. Highly recommend!

I was recommended to Alpine Fit for a frozen shoulder. My range of movements was very limited as well as the pain was pretty intense all the time. Even very simple movements, such as closing the door of the car, were impossible when I started with the therapy. I am still seeing Dr. Charlotte weekly, but my range of movements has drastically improved over the weeks. I can now move the shoulder much better, and the pain is minimal. The expertise and commitment that Dr. Charlotte demonstrates during each session is impressive. I also really appreciate the session notes she provides, with the exercises to do at home. I feel so very lucky to have found Alpine Fit to address my problem. I am sure the recovery would have been much longer and probably not complete without the expertise I found at Alpine Fit.

Kyle was great and helped me work through an ankle injury with some PT and dry needling work. Hoping it sticks and so far/so good.

I've worked as a massage therapist in this town for 20 years, and finding Kyle has been an absolute blessing!! Not only do I have a solid referral for my clients in need of PT services, but I too, have a place to go for my own treatment and self-care! Kyle has a wealth of information at her disposal, and combines multiple approaches to find solutions and get people back on track. I have and will continue to recommend, without hesitation, that anyone in need of physical therapy go straight to Kyle, she is the BEST!!

A couple of years ago I threw out my shoulder while doing some woodworking in my shop. A trusted friend recommended Dr. Kyle Willets as a good choice for physical therapy and so I visited her office. Right away I felt at ease with Kyle - she’s warm, kind, super knowledgeable, and clearly loves to help people. And over the next couple of months she helped my shoulder get back to 100%. It’s been a couple of years since that first injury, and I still go and visit Kyle regularly as part of my body wellness program. I’m getting a little older and she helps me with aches and pains in my joints, and she gives me regular advice on how to better care for my body. Kyle has even advised me on nutrition - she knows a lot about that too. I have a goal of losing 25 pounds and she is working with me on that as well. Kyle is a lovely human being, and I’m glad to have her as a resource and as a friend. I highly recommend her.

I'd never been to a PT before and finally decided to try after a nagging injury wouldn't go away. I was very pleased at how both Dr Kyle and Dr Charlotte really listened to me and helped me figure out why I had pain. I look forward to my weekly appointments and always feel so much better afterwards! I highly recommend Alpine Fit!!

I tore a meniscus while running and I really wanted to avoid surgery if possible. With in a year (long time but better than surgery, at least for me) it felt 100 percent better, thanks to my visits with Kyle and the physical therapy she prescribed. The healing was slow but steady, like it should be. Eventually, I stopped limping! And I started playing full-tilt basketball and volleyball with my family again without any pain! I attribute this to Kyle's insight, skills, experience, and her believing in the process and in me to heal!

I started seeing Dr. Kyle to help relieve my back pain and sciatica. I was impressed at how quickly she was able to get at the root cause of the issue and she provided me with a very clear plan of how to get back to running and stop the pain cycle. She provided me detailed and specific exercises for posture and strengthening that I found to be very helpful. I am feeling better and back to running thanks to Dr. Kyle. I only wish I had taken the step to get in and see her sooner! I plan to continue seeing Dr. Kyle to help me improve fundamental aspects of posture and movement because what I learned from my short experience with Dr. Kyle that seemingly innocuous or sometime counterintuitive changes in how I stand and move reshape the body and improves my wellbeing.
