    Chris was a very important part of my rehab from surgery on my heel. He was able to find plenty of things to fix with my running form and pair it with a wonderful whole body assessment. This let us figure out the route cause of a few issues I was having with my gait. It was a relief to have this information and have corrective exercises to help finish off the PT my heel needed. I have been able to return to paces I was accustomed to running pre-surgery and now am training hard for the next goal! 100% recommend Chris. He blends a genuine passion for what he does with strong skill set. It can be hard to find that combination!

    I am a professional runner and I spent two years thinking my career might be over. I saw every physical therapist, strength trainer and specialist Boulder had to offer. Nothing helped, and in a lot of cases, the prescribed treatment made my symptoms worse. I noticed Chris was different immediately because for the first time, I felt LISTENED to. After the initial eval, I was hopeful for the first time in a long time. After just 5 month of working with him, I am a different runner. I went from just barely holding myself together, to executing workouts without pain. I owe it to Chris and I canʻt wait to see where we go in the next five months.

    Chris and everyone at Kinesis are awesome!!! I was getting back into running after a long string of injuries and they helped me build up my strength and confidence to increase my weekly mileage and long run distances. They are all extremely knowledgeable and created a personalized weight training program for me to help me meet my goals. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

    I can't say enough about the success I had addressing long standing back and hip injuries associated with cycling, swimming and skiing by working with Chris Lee at Kinesis Integrated. I experienced intermittent low back pain and almost constant hip pain for 2+ years. I followed lead after lead - trying chiropractors, physical therapists and massage therapists that people recommended to me. I had minimal success reducing pain. After working with Chris for 2 months, I started having my first pain-free rides in years and within another month had eliminated almost all of my pain. Because of the worsening of my injuries before working with Chris, I cancelled a cycling trip in Europe - I rebooked and am elated that I am in shape to go without worrying about the injuries.

    Chris Lee's Programed a plan for our distance group at T.L. Hanna High School in Anderson, SC. He remotely assessed, designed and gave helpful feedback. With a big program the videos, design, and feedback Chris gave helped athletes learn correct movement patterns and gain confidence in the weight room! We stayed stayed injury free, got stronger, and improved on the track! He has helped ignite more excitement in our program!

    Have been working with Chris and the Kinesis team for nearly a year now, doing both 1:1 and group training. The Kinesis team has been so fundamental to my progression as an athlete, helping me become stronger and more durable. Not only an incredibly knowledgable and instructive group of folks but also a ton of fun to be around. Super grateful for all their support!

    I really love working with Chris and his team. The strength workouts are hard, never the same and the sessions are incredibly helpful in helping me balance out all the biking I do. Chris is quick to adapt the program to my specifics needs (eg being tired post-race or soreness). Would definitely recommend working with Chris & his team!!

    Working with Chris was so fun and also so educational. He adjusted the plan when needed, made suggestions, and helped me understand the why behind everything we did. I honestly didn't know I could learn so much about physiology and the human body, but Chris consistenly blew my mind. 14/10 stars from me. Will be recommending to all of my friends and athletes.

    I started with Chris to help rehab an injury and get back to being strong in my sport. I was floored by his wealth of knowledge and he really knew how to get me back. I was impressed from the assessment at the start to every workout being so finely tuned to me personally. I am so thankful to him and the other guys at Kinesis for helping me move better and get stronger. I still have a way to go, but I am in good hands.

    Chris is very articulate; he demonstrates and communicates what he needs you to do in order to perform an exercise correctly. He leaves no stone unturned in order to figure your limitations out. His passion is second to none. I highly recommend Chris!

    I’m working muscles I didn’t even know I had. My mobility and strength have improved significantly since seeing Chris and Jesse. I am stronger and faster thanks to these two. My back and knee pain have gone down significantly, and I am in the process learning so much about my body. They are very informative and have lots of knowledge when it comes to anatomy and recovery. Whether you’re an extreme athlete training for an event or a person like me who just wants to live with less pain, get fit and become stronger, they’ll help you meet your goals.

    Chris and his team are fantastic! Knowledgeable, fun, and challenging workouts. Weight training helps me get ready for the long gravel season ahead. I’m really happy I joined Chris’s winter strength program to dive deeper into where the work off the bike needs to be done. Strongly recommend this team if you’re looking to improve and maintain strength for your specific sport.

    Best decision to add weights to my winter work out routine. Chris and his team was very knowledgeable about when it came to adding weight training into my triathlon training schedule! Stability seemed to be an issue I had not only did he address that I have also added watts to my bike and a stronger pull through in my swim. Thanks Chris! I look forward to Wednesday morning runs!

    Chris + team at Kinesis are incredible experts in their field. Specifically working with Chris, he has reduced the overwhelm when it comes to strength training, mobility and prehab. Providing simple, non overly time consuming, easy to follow training plans. I started working with him post broken foot and was able to return to running stronger.     Chris and Kinesis Integrated have transformed my mobility and strength training for the marathon. Chris has enabled me to build my body back up after several spagelian hernia repairs. After 1.5 years, my marathon time dropped from 3:03 -> 2:39 because of the insights provided through several gait analyses. I highly recommend Kinesis for anyone wanting to become a more well-rounded, strong runner.

    Chris and his team at Kinesis are amazing to work with! It’s refreshing to work with a group of individuals who truly understand how the body moves and can put the pieces together to create a program you have confidence in. Anybody can prescribe what a textbook suggests, but every individual’s body responds differently to different stimulus. Chris L, Chris F, and Tim are extremely receptive, creative, and communicative when it comes to working through what is or isn’t working. You can tell their deep knowledge comes from this being their passion. Working with Kinesis has been an incredible investment in myself.

    Chris is the only strength coach I will work with in Boulder. He is patient, professional and committed to building his knowledge base to help his clients. When I had some health issues this past year, he listened to me and was able to adjust programming according to my energy levels. My bike watts have definitely jumped a notch since doing offseason strength with him!

    Chris and the entire staff at Kinesis is incredible. Being an elite marathoner, my strength needs are very different than other athletes, and being one with a chronic injury, Chris was able to merge exercises for strength and speed, and exercises for rehab all at the same time. I had the strongest 4 months of my entire running career running weekly milage I never had while lifting and doing mobility work thanks to Chris. I just had surgery and once I am cleared through PT, Chris will be the first person I call to set up my strength plan. I could not recommend him or his staff enough.
