Delivered a boxing machine here on 4-22-22 on my semi truck. People here were extremely nice. Even gave sime samples of tea while i waited. I was nevwr a tea drinker but this was great. I think they turned me into a tea drinker. Also I was able to watch the lune with the tea being packaged and i must say i was impressed how clean everything was inside. I have been to many food manufacturers before and this may have been the cleanest. Ill say they gained a new customer as I will be purchasing their products for sure.

I am a forever customer of Celestial Seasonings, especially their Fast Lane tea which I was able to buy here by the caseload. It’s a must stop if you’re in the Boulder area. They offer a tasting room and a free tour and there’s things that you’re going to taste, smell and see that you’ll cherish as a memory long after you’ve left. The store has a variety of teas, accessories, Celestial Seasonings souvenirs, honey and so much more. I will definitely come back and visit again if I’m in the area, it’s just a fun thing to do. It’s so calm and peaceful here.

Very interesting tour. The tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about the company and their teas. The tour had a lot of good information and the length was just about perfect. They had some sampling before the tour started, which included a wide variety of teas, including both hot and cold. I would recommend it for anyone in the area who had even a slight interest in the company and their teas.

Even though we are locals, we love this free tour! They always have new tea flavors to sample and the tea gift shop is delightful. All the samples of tea before the tour are free so when you're ready to buy in the end you know what you'll really enjoy. Brought my ninety year-old mom here and she loved it. Do the tour and stay for lunch in the adorable Cafe. (Check out the time so because I don't think the cafes open on the weekends.) The art work all around you will put everyone in the happiest of moods.

Really cool awesome free tour. Totally worth it. Cool history. This is the only factory in all of the world. You get to tour the packaging and see where they storw herbs and teas. And of course the mint room. Dont rub your eyes! Kids 5 and under not allowed. Tons of free samples of almost all of their offered teas. Really cool gift shop. Your ticket for the free tour is a sample tea packet. They also have a cafe to get grab to eat if you would like.

Everything from start to finish is produced in this one factory (worldwide). I like their emphasis on colorful artwork and inspiration (as seen in paintings displayed throughout the tour, with each one designed by hand.) I liked learning about the Brewmaster, who ensures that one cup of tea has the same taste and quality as the next.) They offer a half dozen brews to sample from, so I discovered a new favorite in "Tension Tamer." Also, I liked how each tour group was called by the free tea packs they pass out to each guest (We got lemon zinger!)

Tour guide was pleasant and knowledgeable, but it's not really much of a tour. The most interesting parts of how tea is created, processed and packaged were not accessible (the part of the assembly where the tea gets into the bags and the bags get sealed and boxed were out of sight.) We saw a lot of conveyor belts, and one robotic packaging machine. While the tour guide did take questions during the tour, the end of the tour left us standing in a noisy spot where you couldn't ask wrap up questions. The web page does not make clear, but the tours are first come, first served leaving every hour. Glad we came early! Also, the person selling tickets did not explain that the $5 tour cost can be used to offset tea purchases made in their store.

If you like tea (or even just nice smells) I would recommend coming and taking the tour. It is worth it just for the chance to go in the mint room. They separate the mint from the rest of the herbs in a special room. When you go in there it is so intensely minty. The tour also explains their history, how their process works, and how the teas are mixed and packed.

This was my second time in the tour. I just cannot get enough of the peppermint room. Get there before the tour starts you are going to want to have time to sample some teas in the waiting area. I love the tour start to finish they’ve done an excellent job showing the process and explaining the experience. The gift shop at the end has lots of little goodies. It’s a great unique experience to have while in Boulder!

A favorite place to visit when I'm in the Front Range. The tour is free and includes watching a film about the company and a walk through the actual factory. You will see lines of teas being blended, as well as bulk ingredient storage. I enjoyed standing in the mint storage room (great way to clear the sinuses). Their tea room has a large variety of teas that you may sample for no charge. The store has many teas (some that aren't found in stores) as well as other gift items. All the staff were beyond friendly. Celestial is my favorite brand of tea, and I appreciate the effort they put into letting the public learn about their product.

Had a great time here. The teas and tour are great. And the smells of the tea ingredients as you start your tour are heavenly. Everyone at the factory is super nice. You get to try almost any tea they sell in the little cafe. If you pay $5 per person for a tour, you get to use that as a credit in the gift shop, which is a great perk. Also you get a 4 pack sampler tea as your ticket. The flavor of this sampler indicates what time your tour is for the workers, so unfortunately you cannot exchange it for different flavor. I would highly recommend anyone visiting at least once if you find yourself in the Denver area.

Great stop to taste different varieties of hot and cold Celestial teas. The tour is fascinating. The mint room, wow! For $5 you can tour, taste, and take home a free sample. Rode my bike there and had a great time.

It's a great place and I love the tour, but without the tour reservation system the tour wait times are too long. I had to wait two and a half hours for a tour last time I came. The most recent time after trying to call ahead to find out if they had space for a tour group of 5 for later, and driving here which took an hour, I got here to find out that there was no avaliable tours before they closed for the day. There was 3 hours left till the last tour of the day and was told I could still visit the gift shop. Honestly, I used to have a 5 star review and would actively recommend coming here to people that hadn't even if they don’t like tea, but the recent waits and experience have brought it down to only 3 stars at best.

So so so amazing experience. I have been drinking their tea since was a child. It was such an amazing experience to see where it is produced and learn so much about the tea. We got to sample every type of tea before the til our first come first served. They didn’t answer the phone for us don’t let that scare you away though. Everyone and I mean everyone was so so kind everyone wanted to talk asked us why we were there, what tea we liked, where we are from, etc. Greta, shawn, merry, and so many more made our experience. If you love celestial seasonings then visit this place.
