Crist Mortuary was professional and especially caring. After my stepmother died, they were very effective, and respectful with my Dad and his cognitive issues. They were also able and willing to accept and deliver on a major challenge! My father died shortly after this meeting and four days before the memorial service for my step-mother. Crist stepped up wonderfully to allow us to do a combined service by loaning us an urn, getting other details expedited and making changes to videos and programs seemingly overnight.

Kevin at Crist Mortuary helped us with our service for my dad. He made the planning quick and simple. The day of the service was set up as he described. And everything went as planned. Any questions I had were answered quickly. And everybody’s compassion for what we were going through was so nice for our family. We even laughed quit a bit, which made everything more of the celebration that it was. I really appreciate everything that they did for me and my family. Thank you Kevin and all the staff.

She guided me beautifully through the process kindly and expertly helping me make my choices which can be very complicated. She kindly understood my financial circumstances and and gave the most economical plan I would be able to find anywhere. I recommend Crist to everyone. The whole staff was so kind and helpful. We had to do everything via email and phone since I was coming from out of state. They worked well communicating with the other funeral home. We used their facility for my mom’s Celebration of Life Ceremony. It has been beautifully remodeled. We were able to show photos on the screen and they had our playlist ready. They made a hard situation as smooth and easy as possible.

Alejandro Ruiz was incredibly competent and sensitive in organizing funeral preparations and services for my wife who recently passed. The staff at Crist has handled the arrangements for 3 family members, most recently my father. They took the time to explain all the details of the charges with NO PRESSURE, and explicitly explained the value of the water mark on the death certificate issued for members of the armed services underscoring the importance of not accidentally giving it away as it is the only one honored by the VA. The staff was responsive to my questions in a very timely manner, and handled themselves with the highest level of sensitivity and professionalism. I would not hesitate to call on them again if needed.

I can’t think of anything that they could have done better. Everything was done efficiently. They recommended an excellent pastor, who organized and performed a memorial service that was about my son’s life and his family and friends. It was exceptionally moving.
