Good brewery option with outdoor area. It is counter serve only because they’re lazy but still want the full tip. The taco shack is a nice option for some snackage. Not a ton of options there but it’s food. Not going to say it’s amazing like others because that’s simply a lie. It’s alright. It’s not bad tacos. I’m definitely not going to write my folks in Michigan about these tacos (or these beers) but I will come back.

This is a great place to spend a warm Sunday afternoon. There are a lot of brews from which to choose. There is outdoor and indoor seating, There is a food truck if you get the munchies. The outside porch is dog friendly. And you have a great view of the passing trains. Join some of your friends, park your bike and fill up on good brews.

Great beer - a lot of options on the tap. You can taste the beer, if you would like. The patio is huge, decorated with patio lights and is dog friendly. There is a food truck on premises. It was McDevitt tacos and their nachos plus Sanitas beer made for the perfect evening after a long hike.

Great, spacious outdoor patio that’s dog friendly for our two doodles. Tacos from the taco stand are good, not the best I’ve ever had but they get the job done (also has lots of vegetarian options). Beer variety is solid and bartenders are very friendly and helpful. Make sure to get the lemon berry sour, it was so freakin tasty. Definitely will be back!

Had a great time at Sanitas. Ry and Matty were a bunch of fun and made my return visit (after over a year away from Boulder) very worth it. Great to hang with and passionate about the delicious brews. And great tacos on the back deck!

Sweet spot off the beaten path. Cool inside area but badass, huge patio that’s dog friendly. Their beer selection is killer and has a ton of options for beer fans of all kinds. You can also score good coffee and sometimes they have tacos!

WOW, what a fun place for an event! Michelle is the best coordinator I've ever worked with, everything was simple, went smoothly, and was tons of fun. Michelle even dressed up in costume to join the festivities (the event was a costume party). For anyone thinking of hosting an event at Sanitas, don't think twice. Do it, because the space is beautiful and perfect for a group but more importantly, the whole process will be easy peasy, allowing you to focus on enjoying the festivities.

Was driving through Boulder and had some time to kill before heading to the airport. Delicious beers and large, shaded outdoor area with lots of seating. Friendly beertenders and the best taco stand we've had in CO. The queso was top notch. Will definitely stop again next time we're in the area.

My daughter had her wedding celebration here, with about 85 guests. Due to the weather, it was completely indoors. Despite being unable to use the great patio, the venue was absolutely perfect. The cocktail hour was in the tap room, dinner in the back room, and then back to the tap room for dancing and socializing. Sanitas could have easily accommodated well more than our 85 guests for an all-indoors wedding. The entire process leading up to the event was perfect. Michelle, the event coordinator, was consistently responsive and accommodating of every single request we had. Staff at the wedding were friendly, fun and efficient. They really added to the festive atmosphere. The cost was very reasonable. We greatly appreciated that we could bring in wine and have it served by the Sanitas staff. Perfect!

Great beer selection! I had the hazy IPA and it was delicious! Really nice and large outdoor patio. The taco stand outside was a plus and also really delicious - I got the queso and chicken taco.

Great selection of beers brewed on site. Large, open spaces both indoors and out. Plenty of room for larger groups. Food is available at the taco stand outside. Ample parking. Friendly staff.

Sanitas Brewing Company is fantastic! My wife and I have been coming here for years and still love the place. We visited on Saturday 11/26/22 and had just as much fun as always. Their website says the brewery’s primary focus is to build community through patios and pints and they are doing a fine job at meeting their goal. I’m not aware of a cooler patio in Boulder. This is the place to enjoy a wonderful beer outside! The views are great and there is a train track just beyond their fence. The kid in me loves to pump his arm in the air at each passing train. It’s beyond cool when the engineer gives a blast, or two, on the horn! The beers are all solid. My favorite is the Hazy IPA followed by the Black IPA. They have a wide selection of beers on draft and in cans. I’m sure you will find something you love! You like events? Sanitas will hook you up with everything from yoga to trivia. Check out the website for the monthly events. These people aren’t kidding when they talk about building community! There is a good amount of seating inside and a huge outdoor patio. If it’s cool, bring a jacket because its still worth sitting outside. In addition to beer, they have McDevitt Taco Supply and Bona Coffee Roasters. Parking is not a problem, there is a large lot just outside. Stop by the next chance you get! The people are friendly, the beer is great, and the atmosphere is chill. This just might become your new favorite brewery?

LOVED this place!! They had a delicious selection of beers ranging from sours to IPAs to dark beers and the little taco shack that’s on the property was delicious and affordable. They had vegan and vegetarian taco options that were unique and delicious, and dogs were allowed everywhere. I highly recommend this brewery and will be back again in the future!

Having lived here for 7 years, I never set foot inside this place for any known reason to mankind. I'm glad I did today though. They've got the best patio in the area. Beer selection wasn't huge but they had a collection of sours which I like anyways. Great place, friendly people go there if you haven't yet.

The owners have of Sanitas Brewing have made the incredibly kind and generous offer of hosting different neighborhoods that were burned out by the Marshall fire. Last night we had a really nice evening meeting our friends and neighbors. There was a good selection of beer and don’t skip the tacos! A little too cool for the patio but it would be perfect on a warm afternoon! I am overwhelmed by the support and love and see why Boulder county is consistently voted the #1 place to live!!

Maddie and Ry were absolutely the best beer tenders. They were super friendly and helpful. Great beer selection. Dog friendly fun place!

While they could use a little more variety in the IPA department (speaking with great prejudice given my deep adoration of hops), my group and I all found something worth sipping during our visit. Good folks at the counter take care of you fast and the indoor/outdoor setup is perfect for any size crew. Someone stole their corn hole bags (can't leave anything lying around in this city), so if you know something say something.
