We
walked
in
at
9:15
looking
to
have
a
relaxing
dinner
outside
on
the
sidewalk.
There
was
only
1
other
group
having
dinner
there.
I
had
brought
my
Psychiatric
needs
dog
with
me
(different
than
an
ESA)
and
was
“greeted”
by
the
owner,
Glenn
-
who
also
owns
Oak
on
Pearl
Street
in
Boulder
as
well.
Glenn
asked
not
to
see
my
paperwork
(which
is
what
is
allowed
by
ADA
Law)
but
instead
of
what
my
disability
was
-
first
red
flag.
Instead,
we
brought
my
dog
back
to
my
friends
apartment
across
the
street
and
sat
down.
The
service
was
terrible
and
the
one
redeeming
quality
was
the
waitresses
apologizing
profusely
for
the
owners
terrible
actions
and
attitude.
I
confirmed
this
as
a
fact
with
some
friend
who
are
lawyers
while
at
dinner
asking
about
what
the
ADA
law
is
around
this
and
Glen,
the
owner,
asking
what
my
disability
is,
is
against
the
law-
even
though
he
demanded
and
“mansplained”
me
in
asking
what
my
exact
disability
is.
ADA
law
around
support
animals
states
that
you
can
ask
to
see
the
paperwork,
but
you
cannot
ask
what
a
persons
disability
is.
In
any
case,
the
food
was
just
alright.
My
friend
ordered
the
enchiladas
and
it
wasn’t
until
after
they
arrived
they
told
her
they
use
peanuts
in
the
mole
sauce
(she
got
the
salsa
roja).
It
wasn’t
noted
anywhere
in
the
menu.
(picture
below)
I
was
visibly
upset
during
the
entire
dinner
and
had
my
fiancé
go
and
talk
to
Glenn
after
we
were
finished
and
tipped
our
waitress
in
cash
because
it
was
apparent
he
was
not
found
to
listen
to
a
woman.
Glenn
did
not
have
the
decency
to
come
out
and
apologize
and
clearly
does
not
care
about
his
customer
or
the
longevity
of
his
new
restaurant
if
this
is
how
he’s
going
to
treat
his
customers.
11/10
do
not
recommend.
You
can
get
far
better
food
for
way
less
money
at
Illegal
Pete’s.
Save
your
time,
energy
and
peace
of
mind
and
do
not
go
here
and
support
this
place.
