I’ve been going to this location for a few months now, and the majority of the visits have been excellent experiences. The staff is always very friendly and happy to help assist with any ordering questions. Tonight was the first time I’ve had any sort of negative experience at all. I ordered a hot mocha, and got steamed milk. I’m not even sure there was any espresso in the cup. I added some chocolate syrup when I got home, and had an okay cup of hot chocolate, but I’m pretty bummed about paying a premium price for something I could’ve executed better at home

Very friendly staff. They have pupa-chinos for your dogs. The frozen drinks are refreshing and not too sweet.

I don’t usually stop at Beans & Brews and today was an easy example as to why. I’m driving from SLC to Layton needing a pick me up. I order a drink and a sandwich. They gave me the wrong sandwich 😩 I didn’t notice until I was back on the freeway and I had given it a minute to cool down. The staff was very friendly, I’m sure it was an honest mistake. My drink was good at least.

I was on a very tight schedule but needed that coffee. Ordered the Large Frozen Mr B's with 4x extra shots. It's just too sweet on its on. Service was extremely slow but was hoping worth the wait. They gave me a large frozen Mr B's without ANY coffee or the 4x shots I paid extra for. It just tasted like drinking frozen Creamer. 😩 but I didn't have time to take it back for them to fix it. Probably won't be going to this location again.

I come here often, and also place a lot of door dash orders from this location. My service in store has always been great, but I wish the same attentiveness was placed on my delivery orders.

Staff is ALWAYS super friendly! Tried the new Blue Bird energy drink. OMG! Officially my new favorite summertime drink!!

A shame they don't offer equal or sweetnlow. Stinks to pay $7 for a coffee only half the way you take it. But otherwise the staff was awesome. And the coffee is very good.

The staff is super nice. The atmosphere is perfect for a first time meetup with a date. It's quiet enough for chit chatting and study buddies I've seen gather there.

Usually everyone working here is super kind and when we go we always tip.. however friday morning 11/10 the girl who was working the window seemed upset with us not sure why. we weren’t offered stoppers she also didnt put coffee sleeves we had to turn around and go inside once inside she continued to give my sister dirty looks.

Vuys super cool and their coffee is amazing

Ordered a cappuccino & received a hot milk with coffee flavor, if there was any espresso shot in the cup was by accident. Just a waste of coin.
