My
wife
and
I
were
on
the
market
for
a
new
minivan.
We
are
pretty
thorough
on
our
research
of
all
of
the
vehicles
that
we
looked
at.
In
our
search
for
our
vehicle,
we
had
visited
at
least
5
other
dealerships
(including
2
visits
to
other
Honda
dealerships)
and
Performance
Honda
Bountiful
was
by
far
our
best
experience.
Tyler
(our
salesman)
was
fantastic.
Although
we
had
done
thorough
research,
Tyler
taught
us
new
details
about
our
eventual
vehicle.
He
prides
himself
in
understanding
the
vehicles
inside
and
out.
We
had
an
appointment
set
with
Tyler
and
he
was
prepared
with
2
potential
vehicles
already
up
at
the
front
of
the
store
to
look
at.
I
did
not
feel
pressured
to
buy
from
Tyler
(though
we
knew
we
wanted
to
walk
away
with
a
vehicle
that
day).
Because
we
didn't
bring
a
down
payment
initially,
Tyler
came
in
on
his
I
cannot
say
enough
good
things
about
our
experience
with
Tyler.
(I
just
want
to
say
that
we
did
not
know
Tyler
prior
to
our
purchase
and
we
are
not
getting
paid
to
say
nice
things
about
him.)
Though
our
experience
with
Tyler
was
exceptional,
we
felt
our
experience
with
the
financial
person
(whose
name
I
don't
remember)
was
not
great.
He
walked
us
through
some
different
options
we
had
for
extended
warranties.
My
wife
and
I
had
come
in
knowing
we
would
not
take
any
additional
warranties
as
we
keep
great
insurance
on
our
vehicles
and
had
never
used
our
warranty
on
our
other
new
vehicle
purchase
from
5
years
ago.
However,
we
listened
to
the
finance
person
and
politely
declined.
He
pressured
us
several
times
about
getting
the
extra
coverage.
And
each
time
we
declined.
When
we
finally
went
into
sign
the
paperwork,
he
barely
acknowledged
us
giving
us
the
cold
shoulder
treatment.
I
am
sorry
that
I
did
not
fall
victim
to
the
scam
that
is
car
extended
warranties
but
this
dude
took
it
personally.
Though
our
experience
with
the
financial
guy
was
questionable,
I
rate
5/5
because
Tyler
deserves
it.
