    My wife and I recently purchased a Honda CR-V from Performance Honda Bountiful. Working with Ryan Garcia, and Tyler McConnell was a very positive experience. Ryan worked with us on finding the right vehicle for our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at and shared with us pros and cons of the ones we looked at. He even offered to bring vehicles from other lots if needed. I was impressed that he even remembered our names. (with names like ours, that is no small feat). Generally, when we purchase a vehicle, we arrange our own financing. Tyler convinced us to see if they could get better financing... and they did. Over all the vehicle buying experience was very positive. When, if we have need of another vehicle one of the first places we will look is Performance Honda Bountiful.

    We had the best experience! Tyler McConnell took care of us and gave us the best dealership experience we've ever had. He is so knowledgeable and kind. It has been such a painless process! We bought our very first brand new car with him. He took the time to show us all the cool settings and features so we didn't have to struggle figuring it out ourselves. I would absolutely come here again!

    I love this dealership! I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie, a very friendly and helpful saleswoman that made it a very easy and stress-free experience for me. I would definitely recommend working with her for your car buying experience 😊 I traded in my old car for my dream car and I couldn’t be happier! And when I ran into some issues, Stephanie was able to find a great solution for me and the whole process was very efficient. I would also like to give a shout out to Sergio for his help and the two gentlemen in the financial department that assisted me with my car warranties. Overall, I had a great experience here and I would definitely go back for any future car purchases—I hope you all do as well!

    Just picked up my 2018 Ram 2500 from this dealership. Ryan Garcia helped me throughout the entire process since I purchased out of state. He was very attentive, great communication skills and even picked me up from the airport when I was ready to pick up my truck. I was skeptical at first purchasing out of state but with Ryan’s experience the process was smooth. If anyone is thinking of purchasing a vehicle talk to Ryan Garcia he’ll take care of you.     My wife and I were on the market for a new minivan. We are pretty thorough on our research of all of the vehicles that we looked at. In our search for our vehicle, we had visited at least 5 other dealerships (including 2 visits to other Honda dealerships) and Performance Honda Bountiful was by far our best experience. Tyler (our salesman) was fantastic. Although we had done thorough research, Tyler taught us new details about our eventual vehicle. He prides himself in understanding the vehicles inside and out. We had an appointment set with Tyler and he was prepared with 2 potential vehicles already up at the front of the store to look at. I did not feel pressured to buy from Tyler (though we knew we wanted to walk away with a vehicle that day). Because we didn't bring a down payment initially, Tyler came in on his I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Tyler. (I just want to say that we did not know Tyler prior to our purchase and we are not getting paid to say nice things about him.) Though our experience with Tyler was exceptional, we felt our experience with the financial person (whose name I don't remember) was not great. He walked us through some different options we had for extended warranties. My wife and I had come in knowing we would not take any additional warranties as we keep great insurance on our vehicles and had never used our warranty on our other new vehicle purchase from 5 years ago. However, we listened to the finance person and politely declined. He pressured us several times about getting the extra coverage. And each time we declined. When we finally went into sign the paperwork, he barely acknowledged us giving us the cold shoulder treatment. I am sorry that I did not fall victim to the scam that is car extended warranties but this dude took it personally. Though our experience with the financial guy was questionable, I rate 5/5 because Tyler deserves it. Thanks Tyler!

    After going to small and large dealers, I found the secret best place! These guys showed me gas efficient cars at insane deals. I got a total deal that fit me from Ethan and I signed immediately. A few days later, Josh the Finance guy called and offered me a better deal! I had already signed, but he worked to get even a better deal. Where ever in 2022 is that happening?

    We recently purchased a vehicle from Performance Honda in Bountiful, UT and it was so easy! Tyler was our rep and was absolutely kind and willing to answer any questions that we had. Even their finance manager was incredibly pleasant and efficient. I’ve never had a better experience car shopping and would be happy to go back again!

    The buying experience with Enrique was great! Super simple and quick to come to a deal that worked. I purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey. When they brought the offer sheet out with all the different fees, I crossed off the ones I did not want to pay. They were willing to work with me except for the Detailing fee. I accepted it and moved on to the purchase. There was an issue with the detailing that I paid for. When I reached out to the salesman, he said he would get back to me but didn’t. It took the GM of the dealership to make sure that I was taken care of. Overall it was a fine experience, but make sure to check every nook of your new vehicle before you leave the lot.

    Our experience was good, with Performance Honda with the exception of the finance department. 3 weeks after purchasing the vehicle through the Honda financing, I was mailed a letter stating that my financing had been denied through Honda. When I contacted the finance department, they said let me give you peace of mind. Just ignore the letter. When I asked for confirmation on their part that the financing was still continuing on, they refused to do so. They were not at all helpful and the customer service aspect in the finance department is really lacking. Of note, I'm adjusting this review, not because the finance department experience was good, but because the general manager reached out and was very helpful in resolving concerns about this matter.

    I worked with Ryan and Tyler (briefly) and had an overall amazing experience and got my new car!! They were easy to communicate with and have convenient hours. Test drove the car twice before purchasing and Ryan knew good routes to test drive (streets, highway, and even a beautiful mini canyon drive with a hill). Steven was informative about the lease and warranty. No one was pushy about sales and there was no spending hours at the dealership waiting around- buying took about an hour and a half. 1000% recommend! Thank you again!

    I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service i was given at Performance Honda Bountiful!! My 34-years-old Honda CRX had failed its emissions test at a different (franchise) oil service shop. I didn't know where to begin with my repairs on it, so i took it to these guys. They looked at it fast, and sent me a video of what they saw, along with their diagnosis, before i even made it home to wait! Then they sent a ride out to get me back over there, and basically handed my car back over to me. (I plan to do my own repairs.) I just find it remarkable that they didn't charge me a dime for any of this level of service! It really makes all the difference to someone who's already facing some rather crippling car-repair costs!

    UPDATE: We had airbag recall work and then maintenance work done on our Honda Pilot. The staff was fast and professional and got the work done in a couple hours. Initially, we had a mechanical problem, but performance Honda went out of their way to fix the issue and to give me a good experience. Their service manager offered to pickup up my vehicle from my driveway and give me a 2024 loaner vehicle for a couple days while they were completing repairs. They also gave me a free, complimentary transmission oil change. I am very impressed with how hard they work to treat their customers right.

    We bought a Honda Odyssey this week and I have to say I’m so impressed with the staff here. We were treated very well, and they were very kind, thoughtful, and attentive to detail throughout the whole process. Our deal was very fair, straightforward, and professional as well.     I've had good and bad experiences throughout the years with these guys. I'm definitely a Honda fan so I've been dealing with them for about 30 years. They're a decent dealer. Their vehicle service is beyond expensive, but they'll get the job done when they say they will. I just had them do a timing belt today and front brake pads. I was charged $1007 in labor for about 4 hrs of work. That doesn't include any parts.

    This was our second time doing a lease through Performance Honda Bountiful and the experience was so smooth and easy. Ryan was very professional, showed us all of our options and then helped us get the exact car we were wanting! We love performance Honda because they do not make it feel like any other dealership with pushy salesmen or even pushy sales managers. They are extremely helpful and want to get you the best deals! We will always recommend Performance Honda Bountiful and they will always have our loyalty! Brandon, the financial manager, was also awesome! He was very smooth and quick with the paperwork! When we did our first lease, the signing took 2 hours, but with Brandon, we were only in the for 30 mins! So quick and seamless! Thank you Ryan and Performance Honda team for helping us get into our dream car and for taking care of us!!

    Expectations are always low when walking into a car dealership and this was no different. The positive: Will, our salesman was pleasant to work with and the only reason this isn’t a one star (though it had to be his easiest transaction of the year as we went in knowing exactly what car we wanted, did a quick test drive and didn’t haggle over numbers). The negatives: Despite making a decision within 30 minutes it still took nearly 3 hours to complete the purchase. (They said they were having issues with their “systems”) From there it went completely off the rails. The finance guy was completely unprofessional and I wasn’t going to write a review but after seeing a very similar review I felt it was necessary to chime in. We politely listened to his spiel on warranties and declined all (had a poor experience with the last one we did and decided to never again waste money on these). He decided to take this personally and stopped being friendly or talking after a very awkward moment when I initially declined. Frankly, if I didn’t have a time crunch I would have asked to speak with the GM as it was completely off putting. All I can say is be better. Lastly, our vehicle had a scratch on the left panel door when we went into the bay to drive it home. It was very obvious and the first thing I noticed, there is zero chance that employees of the dealership didn’t notice it yet they sold it as-is. We were rushing to get to a soccer game after wasting hours so I wasn’t going to make a fuss. I’d be foolish not to expect some door dings in the future having four kids, but a little disappointing to be handed a brand new 40k+ vehicle with a scratch. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this particular dealership.

    We had such a great experience with Performance Honda buying our SUV! That was such a relief after we had a terrible experience with another car dealership beforehand. Ryan took care of us and made sure that we got a good deal, along with the manager! They gave us an awesome deal for our trade in too! Every person we came into contact with even down to the financial advisor was so nice and upfront with everything! We will go back to Performance for another vehicle down the line! It has been about two months now since owing our SUV and we have had no problems! Again, such a great experience!

    We are very happy with our recent experience purchasing a vehicle through Performance Honda Bountiful! Ryan Garcia was so helpful and kind throughout the whole thing. I also never felt pressured. We had to wait for our Odyssey because of high demand but he kept us in the loop the whole time which I appreciated. He was knowledgeable and showed us all the features and vehicle tips once it came in. We will definitely be coming back to this great dealership!

    Brandon Curry and Josh Tanner were outstanding. They were straight forward and honest. When we bought a new car, they were aiming for a win-win. The car industry is a mess with COVID, but performance made it easy. We had to wait for a bit, but Performance was able to beat other dealerships price, delivery time, and we got just what we wanted.

    Went in for a oil change on Saturday June 25th for my 2001 Honda S2000 and the 2 guys (forgot the names) that were at the service desk were phenomenal. Took care of me and my car quickly. I definitely would recommend going to this Honda instead of any others. Atmosphere was amazing. They Gained my business.

    I was searching for a new car and a specific one at that. I was looking for a camaro ss in my budget, and at a good price. Ryan, is my sales rep and he showed me one of my dream cars. It was well priced and Ryan made sure that the process was easy and painless. The car was cleaned, when I bought, and we'll taken care of. Ryan has checked in multiple times after the purchase and has helped with any and all concerns. I feel like honda performance bountiful has been very supportful and care about their customers and their experience.     My wife and I needed a new car, and have always loved Honda's reliability. We were on a time crunch, and after some shopping around, Performance Honda was able to get us a new CR-V remarkably quickly. Tyler in sales was incredibly helpful getting everything setup for us, and made the process as painless as could be. This is our first time buying from a dealership, and I was really impressed with the level of service we received. Justin in their finance department was also very helpful in getting us a great term for our loan. I would absolutely recommend these folks when looking for your next vehicle! (Plus, the new CR-V looks great!!)

    I worked with Ryan Garcia on my new car and he went above and beyond with his service. He called 7 months before my lease was up to ask discuss my options between buying out my lease early vs trading in my car as he knew interest rates were on the rise, so I felt he was very mindful about my needs financially. While waiting for my new car to arrive, he always kept me updated on the timeline of its arrival and was very knowledgeable in helping me navigate the new features on this car. 10/10 would recommend Performance Honda Bountiful for your car purchases 👍🏻

    We started looking at Vehicles at the Toyota dealership because we were interested in a Rav 4. We didn’t see anything that caught our eye so we walked over across the street to the Honda Dealership. Now this is the first time we’ve looked into buying a new car so this is a new experience for us. We actually found a nice CR-V and got lucky enough to have Ryan help us out, who I felt was very upfront with us, answered all our questions but most importantly was not pushy and I felt was very Genuine. We slept on it over the weekend and decided that it was a purchase that we wanted to pursue so here we are filling out our loan applications. If you are looking for a new or new user vehicle I highly recommend you coming in to Performance Honda of Bountiful and talking to Ryan Garcia. He is wonderful salesman that knows his Honda’s. I promise you will not be disappointed!!!
