So
not
happy
first
of
all
walking
to
the
door
waited
a
while
upfront
nobody
even
realize
that
I
was
there
and
then
when
they
did
they
told
me
to
wait
that
someone
will
be
right
with
me
I
place
my
order
my
son
wanted
to
go
grab
some
thing
at
the
convenient
store
next-door
I
told
them
I’ll
be
right
back
I
go
grab
whatever
he
wanted
come
back
my
coffee
was
still
not
ready
then
I
got
an
attitude
from
one
of
the
employees
working
there
and
then
they
just
basically
threw
my
coffee
on
the
counter
and
not
even
apologizing
that
I
had
to
wait
so
I
grabbed
a
coffee
and
as
I
walked
out
same
person
she
knows
who
she
is
sins
around
and
tells
me
oh
by
the
way
you’re
welcome,
I
mean
why
do
I
have
to
say
thank
you
if
you
can’t
even
apologize
that
I
was
waiting
and
you
didn’t
take
the
time
to
make
a
customers
coffee
after
they
paid
for
it
and
you
still
taking
your
time
making
that
coffee
why
do
you
work
in
that
industry
if
you
don’t
have
customer
service
experience
or
you
want
to
be
rude
to
a
customer
if
we
pay
your
salary
as
well.
If
it
wasn’t
for
customers
coming
in
buying
coffee
you
won’t
have
a
job
I
mean
I
run
a
business
and
I
don’t
read
my
customers
like
that
I
will
go
above
and
beyond
for
my
customers
no
matter
what
even
if
I
think
that
they
not
always
right
but
I
still
do
it
I
will
never
ever
go
back
here
again
