Though
it
is
a
beautiful
and
well
maintained
Spa
hotel,
the
staff
service
is
a
bit
lacking
of
professionalism.
ie-
1.-when
we
checked
in-
staff
showed
us
to
our
booked
room-
garden
view.
To
our
surprise
there
was
a
unused
covered
hottub
right
outside
the
room
view
which
was
a
bit
disappointing.
The
staff
was
quick
to
pick
up
our
dislike
and
said
that
he
wasn't
the
one
who
assigned
the
room,
but
he
can
check
and
change
the
room
for
us.
Meanwhile
we
can
stay
at
the
current
room
and
he
will
get
back
to
us.
However
after
waiting
for
about
35
min
,
we
decided
to
explore
the
hotel
premises
and
go
to
the
lobby
to
check
on
the
way.
When
we
go
to
the
lobby,
the
particular
staff
was
not
there
so
we
walkabout
the
hotel.
After
20
mins,
we
went
back
to
the
lobby
and
'asked'
for
the
staff
and
he
emerges
from
the
office
looking
annoyed.
When
my
husband
asked
him
about
the
room
change
then
only
he
typed
something
on
the
computer
and
ask
the
concierge
to
collect
our
luggage
from
the
room,
which
we
declined
and
told
him
that
we
will
meet
him
here
in
5
min
to
be
shown
the
other
room.
Throughout
the
way
to
the
'new'
room,
he
doesn't
seem
to
be
very
friendly.
2.
We
had
breakfast
at
Le
Sense
for
the
3
mornings
during
our
stay.
The
breakfast
spread
was
very
good
and
sumptuous
however
on
the
last
day,
the
hostess
irked
us
by
telling
my
husband
that
breakfast
for
that
morning
was
only
up
till
1030
am,
which
was
odd
because
for
the
passed
2
morning
it
was
ok
and
the
stated
timing
for
breakfast
was
up
till
11am.
If
fact,
there
were
2
more
other
parties
that
came
after
us
which
had
the
same
message.
We
heard
the
last
couple
asking
back
the
hostess
'what
u
want
us
to
do
now?
Leave?
You
should
have
communicated
the
info
early.
Nevertheless,
the
only
saving
grace
for
us
was
a
staff
name
younes
who
was
very
attentive
and
smiley
throughout
the
3
mornings
we
were
there.
He
truly
demonstrated
the
quality
services
of
a
5
star
hotel.
