The service and promptness of the business are of excellent quality. Unfortunately it's the flowers themselves that let this business down. Three different orders over the past year have always resulted in limp, dying flowers and greenery from pickup, only to truly last a few days. The prices, while reasonable, still do not result in a high quality product. If an end of the day order will not receive the quality of a beginning of the day order, please be transparent with the customer. Unfortunately I cannot support this local business any longer.

Kerry did a very imaginative balloon arrangement for a special birthday, thank you so much, it was just divine! The floral table arrangements were very pretty and most suitable for the birthday girl. Great service and goes above and beyond for the customer, thank you guys!

The lovely ladies at Floral Notes came to the Rescue and made up a lovely bunch of flowers for me, when my Grandma's Mother's Day Flowers arrived 5 days late and half dead. I was so happy that I then ordered more flowers for Grandma's birthday

We live in the Hunter Valley, my wife Gayle organized two separate bunches of flowers over the last week through Floral Notes, one sadly for a funeral and the other for her Mum in Collinsville. Kerry could not have been more helpful with everything from flower suggestions to delivery options. The flowers were all delivered as promised and we have been told they were absolutely beautiful. This business is run by a really awesome lady who is super talented at creating amazing arrangements with flowers. She also is skilled in penmanship which makes cards that much more special. I am a super fan of the sauces and lollies stocked here. I've nearly polished off my mustard by drunken sailor and I've gone back for more of the rock candy's and dried fruits. Keep supporting local businesses 💕

Recently went there to purchase some flowers to be sent for mothers day....and then again flowers for a old friends birthday... The store on entry both times just smelt divine with the different fragrances of flowers available filled the shop....just beautiful 🌺and then I was surprised to find cards balloons gifts and just about anything to make some you love feel special !! Kerry and her staff went out of there way to make sure were delivered. Thank you very much Kerry👍🌺

Floral Notes Bowen is my go to florist for all my flower needs. Kerry is so creative and her work is so inspiring. I have never been disappointed in any of her creations and nothing is either too big or too small. Many times it has been same day service and always I’m amazed on the freshness, and colours that are available already in stock. And the prices are very very fair as well. Her team are as friendly and helpful as Kerry is and I have yet to hear the word “no” we can’t do that. Floral Notes Bowen is such a treasure for our beautiful little community and Kerry and her delightful team are great ambassadors. By far the worst service I have ever come across. Doesn’t even deserve half a start. Printed horrible photos in terms of quality and output. I requested for a re-print however instead of issuing a refund or re-print all she did was spend 10 minutes complaining & justifying herself being arrogant & rude. No decency to at least inform me of the photos I had initially sent in which would have been a great help but instead showed laziness towards her business. Told me to get out of her shop because she couldn’t handle that I was right. Don’t go here for photos. Unreliable & a damn joke!
