The person behind the counter knew I'd never been to a Which Wich before so he came around to show me how to properly order my meal. You have to write your name on a little paper bag and choose the everything you want on on your sandwich or wrap and choose one of 3 sizes. Then choose your side and a drink. I ordered a tuna salad on a Spinach wrap with pepper jack cheese, with cucumbers and hot peppers. It was pretty good and the 7 inch was just the right size for me. I also ordered a small French fry. They seemed a little overwhelmed with the few people in there ordering and forgot my fries. But I went back in and in a couple of minutes they were in my hand and I was on my way. The fries were unsalted though so they were a little flavorless but the texture was good. Overall, it's a place I would probably revisit.

Very good spot to have some lunch, to get really good sandwiches, served hot and made of really fresh and tasty goods. While being on a business travel, Which Wich is definitely one of my favourite ones!! Strongly recommend it. Especially that the entire service here is very quick, professional and always very friendly. Love that Which Wich.🍔🌯🥪🍟😋😍👍🏻

Last location standing in Bowling Green. It is conveniently located in a gas station but does have several places to eat in. Staff is nice, and sandwiches are fairly good with a large selection. Wednesdays are "Wicked Wednesday," where they sell the Wicked sandwiches at a discount.

Sandwiches good. To expand on that, you've got a fairly unique experience here. Ordering is basically taking one of the brown bags in an array in front of the counter, filling it out with marker and then they make it to order after you pay. It's not a terribly involved thing but it's different and amusing. There's even a kid - sized one the tots can fill out with crayon. The place was clean and the service was pretty quick. I had no problems with it and there was some banter among the staff that cracked a few smiles. Fostering that kind of atmosphere in a work place is a very good thing, so I approve. The food itself was well made and well done. I got a cheeseburger one and the vegetarian black bean one. Both good, fresh veggies and tasty bread as well. The fries were also crisp and salted well.

The sandwiches are fine. The staff is great. This location shares space with a gas station so the atmosphere is a bit "meh". The key to a successful order is to fill out your request on one of their special cards. Get that right and the rest is easy and tasty.

First time eating at a Which Wich, and it was really tasty. I had the Cali Club with fries, and man was it good. I couldn't finish it all either, so really good portions as well. Definitely will return if ever in the area again.

It was a very confusing process to order the sandwich which I actually had made into a salad. The cookie was OK… Sort of dry. But the food itself was great. The employees were bored.I ordered the grinder.

Very different for my, I was dropping someone off and was hungry. It was a fresh good sub. Build your own by using a bag. I did that and they still messed it up. Lol not the sandwich but my order. They made it right by giving me a cookie and asked me did I want the fries he charged me for when I ordered a drink. He acknowledged his mistake so I was satisfied. And no, I didn't take the fries but I bet they were good

Memorable visit. Well crafted sandwich, customer service was amazing by Kayla and Brandi. The only negative about this visit is that we are not from town and we absolutely love this place.

Absolutely awful. My sandwich was a soggy mess! I got a tuna and asked if the bread can be toasted they said it always is. No, wasn’t toasted. You basically needed a soup bowl and a spoon to eat it. Don’t recommend. Zero stars

Ditch the writing order on the bag. Super inconvenient for everyone, and limits your options greatly. Workers weren't that helpful with it. We all but left because of how this location operates. Defeats the purpose if the cashier still is keying the sandwiches in by hand.. why not just take our order? Or give us a tablet to order from (this is how our location in New Albany, Indiana is). Dining room was filthy. Had to wipe off my own table and chairs.

My goodness. The service here is beyond compare. They helped us order (first time there), then when the fries weren't done they apologized profusely but they didn't have to because those fries were the best I've ever had. Hot, crispy, fresh. Wow!!!! The sandwiches are amazing. We had the grinder and California club. I cannot wait to be in bowling green again for just the dang service and food! Wonderful kids. Thank you!!!!!

Sub was very tasty. Service was... so-so. Ordered a large shake, never got it. The kid tells me that he forgot to put it in the order. Then they couldn't figure out if they had already made the shake. So they determined that they had to make the shake. THEN, they handed me a regular size shake. I informed them that I had, in fact, ordered and paid for a large shake. So they had to make the large shake. Good food though.

We waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes she came on the speaker and said to hold for a minute and after 10 minutes I asked if she still there she said yes. Waited another 5 minutes and never got food!

Took 20 min waiting in the drive through and we were the only ones there. Ordered a large and super over priced for a small wrap. No one apologized for the wait. Poor quality compared to going to a subway where it’s cheaper.
