This jimmy johns location is a quick go to for lunch and catering. Restaurant was mostly clean and staff was friendly enough as they pumped out those sandwiches. Got catering from here as well and was able to pick it up well before posted open hours which I really appreciated. Night time catering was close as they were running out of bread at the end, but still a good experience with a goodie bag of condiments, napkins, and cutlery. The pasta salad was good too along with the mix of sandwiches, chips, and cookies.

Had number 6 and 15. Good food. Staff could be more friendly .

Ordered sandwiches and asked for additional bacon on both and cheese on one. Not only did the bacon not make it into either sandwich, but the cheese I asked for (and was charged for) did not make it on either. I was literally right there in person and asked for both so I really don't see why this should have been an issue.

Food Always Consistent Best Subs. Love their Jalapeno chips. Bread is Always Fresh. Great selection of Veggies. Love the kicking ranch sauce.

This Jimmy John's has gone downhill the past 6 months. Everytime I have ordered food here, there is always something wrong with the order. Even when we don't make a customization on a sandwich, something is either added or the wrong sandwich all together is made. If you are on this side of town, you are better off going to Penn Station or Subway for a sandwich.

Good place to eat if you can look past the nasty nose rings worn by the employees who prepare the food.

If I could give zero stars I would! I placed an order for delivery. My location was pretty close to the Jimmy Johns & I did not receive my meal until an hour & half later. It should never take almost two hours for a sandwich regardless of you all being short staff. If that was truly the reason, then don’t accept any more orders until you’ve found yourself more help. But to make matters worse, I was told that I would be receiving a refund due to my long wait time, and that was a lie. I haven’t received my money, and then you all tried to blame it on the bank. I have escalated the situation to corporate, but unfortunately you all are a franchise and again it is back in your hands. Thanks for lying about giving me my money back, I will not be returning.

If there was a 0 star I would select that. I spent 19 bucks on a combo with a add on brownie. They didn't put the avocado spread on my sandwich. I called and explained what happened and got hung up on. I called back and a man answered and said he could bring me some avocado, I didn't have time to wait. Was very hungry lol. So I just explained that I'll never order from fairview JJ in bowling green NEVER AGAIN. The Jj on russellview rd in bowling green is the very best they always are perfect. The have always made my food exactly how it's supposed to be and that will be the only JJ I will ever go to. Booooo!!! To fairview

I had a delivery order and they forgot my water which was no big deal at all, the driver said he was going back to get it and I called the store to let them know that is was no biggie and not to worry about bringing one back. They offered me a credit and still brought me my drink back. I have nothing but good things to say about them!
