Great place. Everyone so nice and professional. Audrey was great and it was a pleasant experience. She was never in a hurry and surprising the procedure was not painful. I had heard horror stories from other women who went elsewhere so I was expecting the worst. It was a good experience and I’m scheduled to go back. I have even told some of my friends about my experience!

First time visit. The facilty was bright, clean and welcoming. My Cerologist Kelsey was professional and friendly and walked me through the pre and post service process ensuring my visit and my expectations were met. Highly recommend this business.

Seeing mostly female feedback I figure I would post mine for the guys and the not so normal back waxing experience. Guys if you have above average back hair try this one time for yourself and see how amazing you feel on the hot days of summer, you will not be disappointed. I work in paducah and live in Greenville so now this is my go to place when I'm home. The myth of it growing back excessively and stumbles are just that, a myth. I can normally go 35-45 days before going back for a repeat. This is not a painful experience either. The rooms are very nice and clean. Also some of the other posts I see a few talking about missing spots, well they ask you to look for yourself and see if you are satisfied with what's done and if you are not they immediately correct. I was very happy with my experience and the level of professionalism was top notch. For all you construction workers out there that have thought about it or currently shave your back im telling you this is a step above a good shave and lasts alot longer. Hope this finds everyone enjoying a beautiful Sunday with their family.

I am one who normally shaves but Heaven is truly a gem when it comes to the art of waxing. I am pregnant and she made sure I was comfortable but also tailored to during my appointment. I am beyond pleased with her services and even product recommendations. She is professional and knowledgeable but also just a pleasant individual to be around. Looking forward to my future visits with her !

Staff and management are top notch. They make you feel comfortable and welcome from the moment you enter. Heaven is excellent at her job. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. I drive about 65 miles to come here and it’s well worth it.

I’ve had several different people I’ve worked with. One was a horrible experience and it was hard to go back. This person no longer works here. The last person did a great job and had great advice for ingrowns. Overall I had good experiences with the people who were there. 4/5 were awesome

I decided to stop into waxing the city today for the first time. And I am sure glad I did!Here, there are a wide variety of products that you can purchase. They welcomed me right in and even though I did not have an appointment I was seen within three minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful. My technician was professional and and very sweet! She did my eyebrows and the results were fantastic! The waxing room was really nice and the waxing table was very comfortable! When I was all done, She made an appointment for me. for 4 weeks from now, and in the app, you are able to change or cancel your appointment or just use it as a reminder. It was a great experience all around! My eyebrow wax was twenty dollars , which was very reasonable! Highly recommend!
