After dealing with the WKU bookstore for my college career, I can confidently say that the business is nothing more but a scam seeking to take as much money as they can before people learn of their dealings and stop shopping with them. I have encountered numerous issues within their system of “serving” WKU students, all of which have left me aggravated and at a loss of financial security. The most recent encounter has led me to this post, in which I am fed up with the ineptitudes and inefficiencies of this business, feeling a responsibility to warn others before they too experience my woes. In this, I purchased an overly expensive book and called to find out about returning it as I could allocate my needs elsewhere at a much better price. After calling more then ten times over a span of time, they finally answered and said I could return the book. So I grabbed my book and returned to the store, only for one of the employees to say that they don’t accept books after a certain period of time and it just so happened to be too late (despite my just having purchased the book in the first place). Nobody at the store communicates with one another the policies mandated by the store, and as a result misinformation is spread and our time is wasted. If you care about having your needs met, I would recommend going to Amazon or ANY OTHER STORE before inspected the WKU Bookstore.

So this is a 4 star. Reason being is this is a college store and wow the prices are like shopping on the magnificent mile in Chicago. 40 dollars for a t-shirt a little much..... but on the cool side the store is huge. Their is a bank apple store and a mini staples like store. Very well laid out very friendly employees. Just wish the prices were a little more reasonable

A reliable on campus supply shop. Unfortunately the small computer store inside (the Savvy Squirrel) does not stock components like RAM. Still, a good source for your stationary and school sweatshirt needs.

Decent university bookstore located across from the football stadium. Standard fare in the store with a bunch of overpriced clothing and hats. Again standard fare for a university bookstore. Lots of open floor space. Clothing for all sizes and other WKU merchandise.

Do NOT rent from this store. Just buy on Amazon. I returned my rental book with THEIR pre paid label and they claim they have not gotten it. It’s been 2 weeks. It takes only 3-5 days. They are now going to charge me. Even though the label is pre packed so there’s no tracking on there. It’s a scam! Just like the other reviews. Dispute if you have a problem.

Staff was nice and friendly. Prices were expensive, but it is a college store.

It's a lot more of a easy navigation than Murray's book store. It's also larger, so you don't feel like you're going to bump into everything. They have everything from class supplies to cute wear for you and your dogs!

They have a new website and it doesn't have much on there. I left 2 messages to call back and they of course didn't. Then, I finally get some girl on the phone with my 3rd phone call who says she doesn't work with apparel and doesn't have anyone to transfer the call to. Apparently this store doesn't understand revenue/sales or even care about customer service at all. The biggest problem is you can't find good WKU apparel anywhere else. If I was running this place I would have to fire all the employees and completely instill the fact this is a business and customer service should be #1.
