    We had a large group. Service was fantastic, our waitress was amazing considering the 16 people! I ordered the lobster topped baked potato and it had one very small piece of lobster on top. The sauce didn't even cover the inside of the potato. I just feel like it was rushed and not the normal situation.

    The food was delicious, salad very fresh!! My husband and I got the all you can eat shrimp and it was very good, but a suggestion would be to not make us wait so long for more shrimp when we were ready!! Also maybe a few more options of which shrimp to choose from!! Other than that very pleased with our experience!!

    My new Red Lobster favorite! Harborside Lobster and Shrimp with house salad and steamed broccoli. Delicious. Almost forgot the biscuits.

    The worst experience ever at a red lobster. My wife and I had our two grand children with us. Our granddaughter has type one diabetes and she has to take her insulin before she eats. It took about an hour to get our food which affected her dosage. My wife and I ordered the endless shrimp, but it took so long to get it we realized we had made a bad choice. Christian, the manager, took 10% off of our bill for this miserable experience. The shrimp was not good. Alyssa told us that the weekend was not good to get the endless shrimp as the kitchen stays backed up. (wish we had known that before ordering it.) This was a very frustrating visit and we will likely never go back to another Red Lobster. I believe you have a management problem.

    We arrived about 6:50 on a Sunday night, got seated immediately and waited on our server for 15 min. There were maybe 10 occupied tables at the time. He brought our drinks and took our order, then it was 50 mins before we saw food. We ordered the endless shrimp and told him to go ahead and put another order in. We had kids with us who needed to get in bed soon, and told him so, so he asked if we wanted another order of endless shrimp to go, but he didn't mention that it was another charge of 21.99 for it. He asked us to pay on the machine at the table and I noticed that it had jumped up $23 so I flagged someone down and asked. The server said that it was our to-go order. I told him to forget it and he said he hadn't even put it in to cook yet. Also noticed a price difference in the kid smoothie versus what was rung up ($5)... the food was decent but not worth the flippant service and lack of communication.

    Brought my 95-y.o. Dad for the Veterans Day special. So enjoy the cheddar (butter) biscuits! We also had the lobster-stuffed flounder, the Seafarer's Platter and the shrimp extravaganza, both cooked perfectly. Am sorry we were too stuffed for dessert. Our servers, Keegan and Olivia, were fantastic!

    My first experience at Red Lobster ever and it was wonderful. Emmeline I believe was her name, was an amazing waitress. She went above and beyond. Didn't care much for the ranch dressing as it seemed really watered down, but other than that, I would recommend. Really enjoyed the experience.

    We came in with a large party for a birthday celebration and our service was top notch. We had a couple of hiccups with food but nothing that our server couldn’t remedy. Most of all, our party had a fun time!

    We came in for the all you can eat shrimp. It was very busy. Our waiter was running all over and he was doing the best he could. We appreciated his efforts. The shrimp were over cooked, breading was as rock as a rock. I had a side of rice. The rice was mush in some parts and not cooked all the way in other parts. It was not the best experience I have had at Red Lobster.

    It was absolutely delicious!!!! The CoD was on point!!, everything was hot and we were very pleased with that. The stuffed mushrooms were phenomenal, I loved the popcorn shrimp! I mean it was amazing! Our server Olivia was like Top Notch!!! She was friendly , kid friendly was very caring about our needs in dining! Overall a great experience!

    Was really good 👍 just wished they would have said at least happy Birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉 🎈 🎁 🎊 to my dear friend he was only turning 82! Also wish they would have picked up the dirty dishes they left for like 20 minutes and while we waited for dessert 🍨 🥧 🍦 🍡 for his bday. Food was good tho ..so that was a plus.

    We eat at Red Lobster fairly often. This particular visit, the service was very slow, especially for the low number of diners present. Slow to the point that I didn't bother ordering more than one "refill" of the endless shrimp I ordered. The food was mediocre and I've definitely had significantly better experiences in the past. Hoping this is just an isolated experience and not a sign of a downward decline.

    Not a good experience. we had to wait over an hour before getting our food and we did that all you can eat shrimp that is not a good deal if you can’t get your order for the second round in for 30 minutes And then you could only order one. Put in our next order and still have not gotten it in 25 minutes. They did give us an extra 10% discount but most companies give that to veterans and seniors.

    Staff was great but the owners should take more interest in the upkeep of their property. Good happy hour prices! When the food is good, it's great. But sometimes it's weird and missing ingredients. The place smells like mop water. But most restaurants in Bowling Green do. The bar area isn't as bad

    Food and service were very good. Prices are a little high and sometimes some items are not available, but I understand that seafood is not easy to get so far inland. Lobster Linguini is very good and has very generous amount of lobster. If you need a seafood fix this place will take care of it.

    Bartender made the wait time fly by. The server was great. High backed booths made conversation easy, despite the place being packed. Appetizer came out quick and the food came out at the perfect time. Perfect place for a date.

    Waiting 50 minutes to be seated. They seated about 6 families before they seated us who did not have a reservation. Then we had no waiter. We sat at the table for 25 minutes before anyone came over to use. No waiters even walked near our table to get their attention. This is some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced here. I will not be back. If I could give them zero stars I would.

    The food was very good as usual but the service was just ok. I know everywhere is very short staffed and I understand that fully but our server acted like she did not want to be waiting on our table. We waited 10 minutes before our drink order was even taken. Food came out in a timely manner. Then when we were finished eating we had to wait 15 minutes and flag our server down to get to go boxes and a check to be able to pay and leave so someone else could utilize our table.

    Went to enjoy lunch on a Tuesday after a busy morning. Leigh, the server, made the dining experience top tier! I love a mimosa but like it w/pineapple juice and they provided! The service and food was excellent and I'll happily be returning.

    Only gave 2 stars because the waitress was kind and did a fine job. Menu is still very limited, why Is this, every other restaurant is serving their normal menu. My food was soggy, they served my plate with cold shrimp and the fish literally in pieces, I'm not sure what they did to it but was not cooked correctly. Salad was good, my daughters kids meal was good, my son had only complained that his had a old grease taste. Last few visits was not impressed with fresh, hot and great tasting food like we had for years at other locations.
