Emailed

Pizza
Hut
confirming
order
and
indicating
that
it
would
arrive
by
6:40.
Called
store
at
6:58
and
was
advised
by
the
girl
that
answered
the
phone
to
wait
30
more
minutes
and
to
call
back
if
not
received.
Waited
another
7
minutes,
then
called
back
to
speak
to
a
manager.
Andrew
took
the
call
and
indicated
that
he
would
refund
my
money,
then
he
put
me
on
hold.
When
he
came
back
to
the
line,
he
was
nasty
and
asked
if
I
wanted
my
order
cancelled.
I
asked
his
name
and
he
said
you
can
have
the
other
manager's
name,
too.
He
said
her
name
was
Wanda.
I
told
him
that
I'd
be
contacting
corporate
about
how
I
was
treated
and
the
fact
that
the
order
had
not
arrived
after
over
an
hour.
He
acted
as
if
he
could
care
less
about
it
and
said
'fine'.
When
asked
when
my
$46
would
be
refunded,
he
placed
me
on
hold
again,
then
returned
and
advised
within
72
hours.
After
cancelling
my
order,
my
family
and
I
headed
into
town
to
buy
dinner.
The
delivery
driver
called
to
say
that
she
was
on
her
way.
I
informed
her
that
my
order
had
been
cancelled
and
that
I
would
be
contacting
corporate
tomorrow
to
report
how
rude
Andrew
was
to
me.
The
driver
responded
by
saying
'What
the
hell
is
going
on
today?',
which
led
me
to
believe
that
there
had
been
issues
with
other
customers
as
well.
I
will
never
buy
from
Pizza
Hut
again.
Pizza
Hut
used
to
be
my
favorite
pizza
place
and
the
pizza
was
the
best.
Won't
spend
my
money
there
anymore
and
will
tell
my
friends
how
I
was
treated
by
Andrew
and
Pizza
Hut.
