    I received a coupon in the mail from smoothie king, and decided to use it today. I pull up to the Scottsville road location in Bowling Green, door is locked (hours on the door say they should be open). I google the store number, website says they are open, call the number, no answer. I see a truck coming through the drive thru, so I thought maybe they are drive through only due to covid. I drive around to the back of the building. I am 2nd in line, a car shortly pull up behind me. The speaker to order comes on with a greeting, says a team member will be with you shortly. No one answers. If an establishment is closed, there should be signs relaying the information to their customers. There is no sign at the speakers, no sign on the drive through window. No sign on the door. Here I wasted 20 minutes in order to figure this out. We have two locations in BG, so I called the other Smoothie King location before I drove across town. Someone picked up, I explained that I was just calling to see if they were open because I am sitting at the Scottsville rd location and no one is there. I stated that I wanted to make sure they were open before I drove that way. Before I could say, "thank you, see you in just a bit," I get hung up on. Definitely would not recommend wasting your time with Smoothie King. I decided not to drive accross town despite my little girl begging for her smoothie. I don't have the time to waste nor do I want to worry about what I am consuming when the customer service is as bad as it is.

    8-10-22 @ 12:30 pm. Pulled into drive in order lane - no other cars ahead of me - waited 5 minutes - voice comes on speaker "what do you want" I ordered and pulled to window. I wait - no response at window - no one comes to take my money - I then notice two teenaged male employees playing a game with the tops of the blenders - throwing at and hitting each other with them. As the blender top hit the floor they would place it back on top of the blender - without washing. I watched this for approximately 10 minutes as I was watching to see if they were about to make my smoothie in one of the dirty blenders - they never even acknowledged I was at the window. Buyer beware unless you enjoy floor dirt mixed into your smoothie.

    Immature kids working at this location, mumbling into the mic, joking and playing games while I’m trying to order. Didn’t blend my smoothie well it had large chunks of ice and whey in it, so caught up joking and having a good time and rushing me off, they forgot to return my credit card. I’ll stick to making my own.

    I love going to this site before work. There’s this particular worker who’s incredibly sweet and ensures my order is correct so my smoothie come out perfect! She makes the whole trip worth every dime! GIVE HER A RAISE lol

    Whenever we see a Smoothie King, we always try to patronize the business: one, they’re usually franchised and two, the smoothies are delicious, clean, with outstanding customer service, not this one. As people are gradually resuming normal activities, the need for a healthy dining spot like this one is evident. However, it's disheartening to witness a lack of respect among some employees, which can sometimes stem from the owner's approach to management. While I understand that owners aim to run profitable businesses and may have other ventures in mind, it's essential not to allow this indifference to affect the overall quality of the establishment. When the employer does not prioritize care and respect for both employees and customers, it sends a message that resonates throughout the establishment. In my experience, I've come to realize the significance of first impressions, and I place a high value on customer service. I don't necessarily believe that the customer is always right, but I firmly believe that customers play a pivotal role in improving an establishment by evaluating its ambiance, staff interactions, food quality, and service. When all these aspects are met satisfactorily, it tends to attract repeat customers, who, in turn, bring more patrons with them. I sincerely hope that you will take these reviews constructively and use them as a stepping stone for making necessary improvements. It's crucial for us as a community not to criticize the younger generation without actively contributing to their growth. The youth under our care will model the behavior they witness, and it's our responsibility as employers to instill discipline and respect. Discipline should ideally begin at home, but when we fail to address it in our workplaces, we inadvertently perpetuate a cycle of disrespect. I am not expecting perfection, just a genuine desire to see this establishment become even better. Thank you for considering these thoughts, and I hope they contribute positively to the restaurant's future success.

    Great customer service. This was the first time I have went to this one on this side of town. Normally go to the one on Nashville rd but they have been awful here lately. So I decided to try this one out and see if this one is just as bad as the other one and boy was I wrong. Very nice people working the drive thru when I came through at about 11ish. Service was quick. Thank you so much for making my smoothie delicious and not bitter. Thank you 👍🏻

    VERY SLOW service. There was a line in the drive through and the young guy working was taking one order at a time and completely making their smoothie before taking the next order. I assumed there was just the one guy working but when I pulled up there were two working: the young guy and another young girl.

    My sister, mom, and I entered and we’re not acknowledged at all. Not a welcoming or a “hey it’ll just be a minute” we stood there for eight minutes and still had not been acknowledged at all. Terrible customer service.

    I went to this location and it was locked and closed at 10:40. The store hours say open at 10 am. I called the other location and they had no idea why it was closed.

    Great customer service very entertaining very knowledgeable and really good smoothies they even told me about specials so that I can come back. A lot of places don't even tell you about the specials at least they still keep up the tradition of letting you know a greet you at the door I would definitely be back for more.

    worst service I have ever had. I ordered my smoothies and had a free smoothie as well so I only had to initially pay for one so I go to the window give her my card she said it doesn’t work and she asked if I had another payment I asked her if she could type it in and while I was speaking to her she proceeded to close the window in my face she comes back and says it doesn’t work I say OK and I drive away I drive to the first parking spot I go inside I say can you just type this in like my strip on the back it doesn’t work and she was like we tried it doesn’t work and I was like OK can you call your manager or something so she calls her manager her manager tells her how to type it in I also remind her that I had a free smoothie and she says well we can’t refund that so she charges me $20 for two I say this isn’t even what we want it you have the order wrong we order two mediums and she charges us for one large and one medium and I had to pay $20 and it was the worst service i’ve ever had

    The Smoothie was excellent the customer service was excellent and the price was affordable your competitors please see picture customer service was bad they're even rude to their own employees they forgot the bananas in a banana split however the crew leader who should be manager rectify the problem I would give it about a 3 you guys would get a 4.75 out of 5
