    Smoothies have been on point but the customer service as in attitude of employees has been horrible. I’ve worked in customer service for years and these employees need to be trained on how to speak to and interact with paying customers. Your customers should not drive away feeling like they were a complete inconvenience because of what the employees said, how they acted and especially not thanking customers for their purchase. I’m glad the products are excellent at a good price or I wouldn’t be back.

    I got a Watermelon Hydration that tasted like tomato juice with a dirty rag in it. I could not taste any watermelon, and the blend was hardly mixed. It was gross to say the least. The last two times to that location the drinks were done in a haphazard fashion. The place used to be pretty good, but it could use some supervision.

    I absolutely love Smoothie King. The only downside is that it is a little expensive so I can't buy a smoothie everytime I would like one. 😥 When I drink my smoothie, which is ALWAYS the Pineapple Surf ( I have never even tried any other smoothie) I just feel satisfied, have more energy, and maybe even a little bit healthier too. I highly recommend any day of the week, but especially on Friday's because they have a $5 special on their 32oz drinks.

    My favorite is the Activator Blueberry Strawberry. I called first prior to going because I couldn’t remember if they accepted ApplePay. The person that answered the phone was pleasant! I placed my order and Alayjaih served me at the window with a smile and even engaged me with conversation regarding ApplePay is a lifesaver when you don’t have your wallet. All in all a 5 star experience!

    Does it look great? No. But that's because it's the slim-n-trim veggie with added strawberries and blueberries! Tastes delicious and something I like to splurge on when I can't snag a proper breakfast/lunch!

    Usually the Smoothie King here has been really good but I went to smoothie king today I come to find out no one is answering at the drive-through. So then I turn into the parking lot just to see their sign say that they were only operating as drive-through. Didn’t quite understand the process there so I was a little disappointed

    No answer at the drive through and doors locked during business hours. If you needed more time to open a sign wouldve been nice instead of being ignored. Me and at least 3 other cars gave up and drove away.

    It is currently 8:45 Saturday morning, Dec. 30th. I just left the bowling green establishment with no smoothie as the front door was locked and no attempt was made to open it.

    To be honest I’m not sure where to start, maybe the fact that it’s 8:40pm and the employees are turning away multiple customers in their drive thru. The employee states “we lost track of time and cashed out our drawer already and they can no longer accept orders”. I understand if this happens once, but 2 nights in a row? I’ve honestly kept going here despite the non-stop bad attitudes from every night shift employee due to the flavorful smoothies. I hope the owner or manager goes on the camera and sees this happening. Absolutely unreal, I’ve literally never left a bad review on anything let alone have the urge to leave a review. This is absurd and will not be back. If I could leave 0 stars I would…

    I came in this morning and my smoothie was made perfectly. The staff was wonderful, so kind and helped me pick the perfect smoothie. I joined the healthy rewards app and I will now be coming in everyday, especially on Friday.

    I was waiting at the drive thru for like 15 mins waiting for someone to take my order and no one answered. I had an moblie order so I just went inside and this girl was literally sitting on the chair outside and talking to someone on the phone. She just pointed to the smoothie and said have a nice day. The smoothie was barely blended and you couldn't even get anything out of thr straw. Horrible service and horrible smoothie

    Worst customer service by the owner that I have ever seen! They messed up my smoothie and then instead of making it right and just replacing it they demanded to see my ID. I will never be back.

    I came here today to order a smoothie after going to the Scottsville location and getting NO ANSWER at the drive thru. I was asked to wait for five minutes, then I was asked to come back in a half hour because they were understaffed. Smoothie King needs to pull it together or get out of Bowling Green - this is ridiculous.

    Been going here for years but this place is going down hill. Drinks are messed up every time and it takes almost 15-20 minutes with no one in line. Couldn’t be more disappointed in this business. 8/22/22 I try the business yet again, as always and the orders still messed up……..

    This is the worst Smoothie King ever. They consistently get the order wrong, and when you ask them to make it right, accuse you of attempting to cheat the store out of an additional smoothie. The owner did not apologize and attempted to justify their incredibly bad customer service! Unbelievably bad store.

    I received a coupon in the mail from smoothie king, and decided to use it today. I pull up to the Scottsville road location in Bowling Green, door is locked (hours on the door say they should be open). I google the store number, website says they are open, call the number, no answer. I see a truck coming through the drive thru, so I thought maybe they are drive through only due to covid. I drive around to the back of the building. I am 2nd in line, a car shortly pull up behind me. The speaker to order comes on with a greeting, says a team member will be with you shortly. No one answers. If an establishment is closed, there should be signs relaying the information to their customers. There is no sign at the speakers, no sign on the drive through window. No sign on the door. Here I wasted 20 minutes in order to figure this out. We have two locations in BG, so I called the other Smoothie King location before I drove across town. Someone picked up, I explained that I was just calling to see if they were open because I am sitting at the Scottsville rd location and no one is there. I stated that I wanted to make sure they were open before I drove that way. Before I could say, "thank you, see you in just a bit," I get hung up on. Definitely would not recommend wasting your time with Smoothie King. I decided not to drive accross town despite my little girl begging for her smoothie. I don't have the time to waste nor do I want to worry about what I am consuming when the customer service is as bad as it is.

    Awesome guys there this morning. Once again, even though the app says the one on Scottsville road says it's open, they aren't. I came here on Nashville road and explained the situation and they made my smoothie. Very satisifed!!!!!! Thanks for making my morning better.

    Horrible customer service. I just called at 8:20pm to find out if they were still open and the guy said they were closing up. So i (having worked in the food industry) asked to clarify if that meant if i could still get a smoothie in the next 5 to 10 minutes. The guy stopped talked to me, talk to someone else for a second, and then proceeded to say incoherent lalalalas on the phone and hung up. I then called again to ask for a manager but got denied for the call. Edit: they have since, apologized and the case is now closed
