Had an exterior room since I was traveling with a dog for easy access for him to go in and out. Door was very hard to open. Tried to get back into the room after taking dog out and the key wasn’t working. Turns out the battery died in the door keypad so the sensor for the room key was not working. We were told that the maintenance person would be here in 10-15 minutes, did not show up. Then, the manager would be here in 10-15 minutes, who then had to call someone who lived 30 minutes away and had the only key to open the door. This person took 1 hour to get here. We had to wait 1.5 hours to have access to our locked room with all of our belongings in it. After that, we were only offered $20 off the room, then turned to $30 when argued a little bit but could not do it for free since “we were still staying,”yet it was 11:30pm and impossible to find a different hotel at that hour. Room had to be switched after the whole fiasco from exterior to interior. Went from a king size bed to a queen size bed, which is not the room I had booked. I wouldn’t have been as upset about not getting my money back if I had the same room given to me. Do not stay here if you want to relax and not worry about having your belongings locked in a room you can’t access for hours.

We arrived thirdly for ls fest 20223, first off they have no parking for car trailers. However they have a huge area of grass that you can't get to, needs to be fixed for trailer parking. Second our room was full of mold!! Mold on the lamp shades and the bathroom is eat up with mold. I'm highly allergic to mold, been sick the whole time very sick. Also the breakfast we have yet to see the free breakfast they offer. I'd give a 0 if possible! Never would I ever recommend this place again!

I reserved this hotel because, as they wrote, it has EV chargers. Being on a long trip with my EV, this was the first, and extremely important, criteria on my research. I picked this hotel, even if it was more expensive, because of that. Well, there is an EV charger... The only issue is that it's not working (a problem with the charger, they told me at the front desk). In the end, I had to go to a fast charger in the morning, lost 45 minutes, 25$ for the charging and the premium I've paid for the room compared to any other hotel of the same category. So, if you have an EV and want to charge it during the your stay, if you pay 50$ more for your night and you get the ADVERTISED SERVICE at another hotel, you will get a superior class hotel for the same price, more time to enjoy your travel and pretty less stress and frustration... For the rest, the room was good, breakfast too and everything was clean.

We got the suite. It has two queen beds in their own room with bathroom, and then connected to our room was the sitting area with a foldout couch bed and two chairs. That room also has bathroom. Both rooms had a tv, and fridge. Good: location of hotel was good quiet, and safe. Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Service was good. Breakfast was good as well. Sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereals etc., juices, coffee, milk, yogurt... Bad: bathrooms small. Rooms not in pristine condition... but not dated. Just areas where paint could be retouched up etc. (Definitely not a reason i wouldnt come back.) I would come back, and stay again. I would also recommend.

Our group of seven just stayed at the Best Western Plus for 2 nights. We had 3 rooms. I will start with the pros. PROS: - Breakfast was fantastic, probably the best I’ve had at a hotel - The staff seemed friendly for the most part - The rooms were mostly clean - Conveniently located CONS: - The odor was the biggest negative. People definitely do a lot of smoking inside the building. 2 of our 3 rooms reeked and the hallways smelled like marijuana the whole weekend. - We had requested 3 conjoining rooms when we booked. When we arrived at the hotel they gave us rooms on different floors and different parts of the hotel. We ended up getting it switched to 3 closer together. - While the rooms were mostly clean, the hallways and stairwells were filthy. Cigarette butts all over in the stairwells. - My room specifically, only about 25% of the TV channels worked and the ones they came in were extremely low quality, also, the tv remote didn’t work very well. - They only supplied us with three towels for a double queen room for two nights. The complimentary shampoo bottle was also very, very small. - Not necessary a complaint, but just a forewarning. As of mid February, 2022, the hotel is being used as housing for people misplaced from the recent tornado. While it is nice that they are doing this, some of the people staying there were a little bit sketchy. - The hotel is maybe 50 yards from the highway, making it incredibly loud 24/7. - This didn’t affect us, as we were on the 3rd floor, but be aware that the first floor rooms are only accessible from outside like a motel.

Stayed here on our way cross country. We stayed in one of their suites and it was perfect for our family of 5 plus 1 dog. The breakfast was filling and the area around the hotel was quiet.

Nice bed and a comfortable room. We were traveling with our dog and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was a winner with a nice selection of hot and cold foods

We stayed for one night on our way south. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hallway carpets are due to be replaced. The breakfast was very good. They have someone keeping an eye out for something that needs to be refilled. They have a nice dispenser for fresh brewed coffee and for hot chocolate. Easy access to I65.

We wanted a hotel that was inexpensive but comfortable. Best Western Plus usually fits that bill. I arrived to check in an hour early and was told we had to wait, which I had already warned the kids that there might be a chance we would have to wait. The lady even told us it was fine for us to hang out in the lobby. At check-in time, the shifts had changed and Tim was at the desk. He made sure we didn't have a first floor room (outside entrance) because we were still trying to figure out if my husband would be able to get off early enough to join us. When Tim realized this, he then made sure we didn't have an adjoining room, just to give us even more comfort in safety. We got to our room and there was an overpowering lemon scent in there. We waited it out a while but then, after a few hours, decided it just wouldn't work. Tim then walked me to a new room and let me make sure it didn't have the same issue, and allowed us to make the room switch. The hospitality was over the top! Yes, there are stains on the carpet, but it sounds like renovations might be in the works. There were definitely a few maintenance things that a renovation will fix. But we are definitely happy with the service we received.

Safe, quiet, and easy parking. Decent breakfast and nice beds. Refrigerator could use a little updating and the bathroom had no heat. Room heater worked great though. Friendly staff and great location.

Hotel building is older. Rooms have been updated somewhat. Rooms were nice and they were clean. Front desk personnel was friendly and helpful The internet access was lousy 😔 and also did not require a password. We talked to front desk about the inability to keep Internet service. They said they were aware and it had been reported it. They were hoping it would be fixed that day. Two days later and there was still issues.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Very happy with my stay. Only complaints are I had a lamp light out, one night stay so I wasn't very worried about it, and the mattress seemed pretty stiff for my liking. Also very happy it was within walking distance of cracker barrel for dinner. Would stay again.

I visited Kentucky for my daughter's graduation. The hotel is clean and neat, customer is 100%. The hot breakfast is delicious and replenished often as I observed. I had the pleasure speaking with the Assistant manager this morning and she was a Southern Bell. The location is great right off the Exit, not far from restaurants, mall..ect. I do recommend this hotel for everyone.

This establishment is nice and reasonably priced. The rooms are clean and seems to be taken care of. This is the second time for me staying here. Friends of mine have stayed her numerous times for the car shows we attend.

Our one night stay ( in a pet friendly suite). Check in was fast and easy. Desk clerk very nice. Beds were comfortable. But room wasn't as clean as I'd expect. Killed not one but TWO roaches. Two! One so big it left a large amount of &_#$ when I stepped on it. Proof can be found because I left the carcus ( kicked under the dresser in bedroom room 135). Other than the seen bugs, stay was ok

The price was right for us as we are on a fixed income. The rooms were clean, the staff were nice and personable, and the hot breakfast in the morning was delicious and appreciated. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable one.

Rooms were clean for a lower priced hotel! Amenities in room, good tv and a clean bathroom. Breakfast was well stocked, staff brought out fresh eggs and sausages frequently. They were also very friendly. We enjoyed our stay. I would stay at this location again.

Very nice people and place. It isn’t perfect but very good. I will say they need to clean their carpets in the hallways. We were on the 2nd floor and you could tell that some peoples pets had accidents on the floor. The breakfast was good and I would recommend it to friends

The continental breakfast was pretty awesome there. Much better than I've had at places that cost more and even brag about how good their breakfast is. I was pleasantly surprised!

The beds were comfortable however the reason I am giving them one star is due to their service. They have complimentary continental breakfast but the workers will deliberately hide any condiments you use. On one occasion my dad grabbed cinnamon for his coffee and the next morning the cinnamon was gone (mind you it was a full container), another morning we grabbed some butter and the next morning the butter packets were gone. The last morning of our stay my dad used the sugar free syrup the day before and once we walked into the lounge, the lady in charge of cleaning the tables started hiding the syrup in the cabinets below. When she was out the room we opened the cabinets and saw all the things that went missing hidden there. Not at all a welcoming environment!

Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Good quality/variety of hot and cold options for breakfast. We stay at this particular hotel 2-3 times a year. Highly recommend.

One of the worst hotel stays ever. Arrived to learn the elevator was broken and it just went down from there. The desk chair in the room was broken, the tub stopper didn’t work, the towel bar literally feel off the wall in the middle of the night, the one water fountain in the building was broken, not a USB port to be found, a tv that was nothing but static. But more than all that was the lack of service. After working all day at a show we arrived to find our room untouched even with the “please make up room” tag hung out. Not a clean towel in sight, our one teeny trash can un-emptied. The front desk clerk was completely uninterested and annoyed with the issue, making snarky comments about how lazy the cleaning staff was. She gave me a pile of new towels and that was it. After our second long day of work we returned to find the exact same issue but doubled, EVEN AFTER HAVING ADDRESSED THE ISSUE THE NIGHT BEFORE. A huge two day pile of used towels on the floor, a completely overflowing trash can that included takeout from the previous days dinner. There was a different front desk clerk who initial gave me trash bag and asked me to bag up the overflowing trash myself. He eventually attempt to correct some of the situation by moving us another room. Having to pack everything and move all the way across the hotel at 9pm at night was less than ideal. This room was smaller and had similar issues, shower head stuck on blast, toilet that did not flush correctly and leaked water. Needless to say I will NOT be returning to this or any other best western EVER.

This is an older hotel that has had some updates. The room I had was small. There was barely room for the toilet & shower. Had to almost get in the shower to close the door. The toilet was really low & the shower curtain rod had been replaced so many times a new piece of sheetrock was actually needed. The only items available for the breakfast was muffins & eggs. Place was adequate but not impressed.

Falsely advertised as having a plug in for charging - charger is non functional or employees have no idea how to activate either. Absolutely disappointed with the state of the room, cob webs in corners of the ceiling and the television remote looked like it had been dipped in Crisco. Shower was less than stellar too, definitely wear flip flops..

The room was fresh, nicely painted. Itvwould be even nicer if they would update their bathroom with dispensers lije mist all hotels have with in-shower dispensers of bathing products. Also would be nice if they would jeep a fresh pot of coffee going at all times, not everybody staying their is on vacation or just overnight.

The continental breakfast was good with a medium selection of items. I was able to be accommodated as a last minute arrival when traveling from Texas to NYS. However, be sure to check your rooms upon check in as my first room had Mold on the lamp shades and the bathroom ceiling. I was given a new room and had no issues after that. The only other complaint I would have is the price was steep for the type of rooms that were offered and the quality of the rooms,

Room is clean and bed is nice. Bathroom is okay but could use a refresh with added lights and a fan. A/c is cold and parking spaces are large. Area seems okay. I would stay again for 1night only. My puppy was okay here.

Ive stayed here quite a bit this last year both due to work and also on my own. They have a nice breakfast, and if you don't.like it cracker barrel is right down the road along with other options. Rooms are nice and clean and also roomy.

The room was very clean and modern. I love the decor!! The front desk was very nice. And we had a very nice time there. I would definitely go there again! ☺

A great value, VERY CLEAN and Cracker Barrel is right next door. Other restaurants close-by too. Instructions for shower would've been nice. To convert water from spigot to showerhead you must adjust the connection AT THE END OF THE SPIGOT. Took me 5 minutes to figure it out. Now YOU know ahead of time. Breakfast was OK. Scrambled eggs would've been nice. They had cereals, oatmeal packets, sausage patties, make-your-own waffles, bakery, yogurt, applesauce, snack bars, juices etc.

Very clean. Beds were comfortable enough. Front desk staff was really nice. This was my first stay at a Best Western in at least a decade and I was really impressed with the quality for the price.

We stayed here 1 night. Room was not the best. Tub didn’t drain well, some dead bugs, and a live one in the tub. The lamp shades were pretty gross. Had stains all over them as well as the curtains. The sheets were clean though. And it’s pet friendly which for us is a must. The chair had a big hole in it and the desk chair was broken. We are just passing through but would not stay here again.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Find a different hotel!! The room was DISGUSTING. It was dirty there were stains on the beds. The phone didn’t work. There was nasty stuff all over the floor and around the toilet. It was an absolute hotel nightmare. It makes me so sick just thinking about our stay. If they would have had open rooms available I would have switched or tried to find a new hotel but everything was booked up it was the end of spring break and packed. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this best western plus!!

After reserving a room days in advance, we arrived to the hotel at 10:30 p.m. after 10.5 hours in the car. My significant other went in to get our room and was told there was no reservation. I went in with my email confirmation and long story short, they had given my room away because the card I used to hold the room declined. They tried to charge me before I even got there. I explained the card used to reserve the room had been compromised and therefore cancelled between the time of my reservation and my arrival. They said they tried to call, but there was no phone call on my call log, no voice mail, no email stating there was trouble with my reservation. I had another card with me that I was going to use to pay for the room, but the desk clerk said "there was nothing he could do." The email confirmation said nothing about an "advance charge," only that a valid card had to be presented at the time of check-in. I asked for the owner's phone number, but the desk clerk acted like he didn't even know who he worked for. Here I was in a city with NO hotel vacancy due to a couple of events happening the same weekend with 2 -year-old who had been in the car for over 10 hours. We ended up having to spend he night in our car. I wouldn't recommend depending on this place for a reservation because they'll give it away and not care at all about what type of situation they are putting you in. The desk clerk had the worst attitude on top of everything else. Definitely find somewhere else to stay if you are in the area.
