Room was not clean, bed sheets had holes and stains on blanket. Candy left on floor by previous guest. Room needs a good dusting and a paint job. Staff were pleasant. Side entrance door does not work well. This hotel definitely needs to be updated and carpet in hallway cleaned. Not up to La Quinta standards

We stayed twice it was ok. There’s a man who’s always at the front desk with another associate I guess. He’s always hanging around them we don’t know if he works there because other people can’t do their job or what. But it was just a strange vibe. He had glasses very tall and sandy hair. You guys may not want to confuse customers.

Room was clean and very nice. It’s was close to elevators so it was very noisy and the family across the hall had young kids that were screaming and up most time at night and early morning! Parents forget they are not the only ones in hotel! Breakfast was terrible and not much of a selection at all! It said a hot breakfast was included which is what I look for and don’t mind spending extra money on a room for that reason!! Cold cereal and milk that sits out on counter and bagels that were hard as heck. The bed was uncomfortable but very clean! The bath wash was empty in shower !

Perfect for us! We have been staying at this location for over ten years as we travel with our two dogs between the South and the Midwest. Super nice facility, very clean, professional and friendly staff. Many restaurants nearby and easy-off 65. Plus, the lobby always smells really good! We are thankful that La Quinta welcomes our pets and is a hotel we want to stay in.

Rooms are very clean well kept and very quiet! Beds are extremely comfortable! I assume they keep the pet and smoke room separate from the people with no pets and no smoking because you can't tell by the rooms. Very we done LA Quinta

We thought the hotel looked nice from the outside, but once we got to our room, we realized that the heater wasn't working. I would like to mention how helpful the receptionist was; she quickly changed our room and provided great service. Unfortunately, the room we were moved to also had a problem with the toilet flush not working properly. 😂Since we were only staying for one night, we decided to overlook it.

I gave service a 3 as the front desk agent did say a lot of my personal information out loud, including my room number. There were other guests waiting to check in behind me, and I felt uncomfortable. The rooms were clean. Although the room was a bit hot because I couldn't get the AC/heater unit to work properly. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. I love LQ's because they are pet friendly! It's always appreciated. There was so much grass for them to do their potty. Location is awesome. It's only about a 30-minute to Mammoth Cave National Park.

We had a very large group of 125+ people for State Band Competition. The staff were very attentive and managed to keep the breakfast buffet fully stocked and clean with great food for the entire group each morning. I think they did a phenomenal job! The lady at check-in (Friday evening) did a great job, as well. Our room was clean and comfortable. Job Well Done!

This hotel is close to many things and places to eat/shop. The rooms were comfortable. We really liked that they offered nice shampoos and soaps. The pool area and pool itself were super warm which brightened our day since the weather was pretty terrible. The staff ran a pretty tight ship and we really enjoyed our stay. My only real complaint is that the towels were all frayed and worn.

This place was clean, quiet. Staff was very nice. The eggs from their hot breakfast is good! Unlimited coffee was my favorite part 🥹. Pillow top mattress, spacious room! Also we were close to everything!

Mixed reviews about my stay. The lady at the front desk was less than welcoming. As soon as I arrived she stated anyone within a 50 mile’s radius had to pay a cash deposit of $200. I simply stated I wasn’t aware and that even when I called the day prior to confirm my reservation that no one had mentioned it to me. She Immediately took to defense and then stated well it’s their policy and pointed at a small card that sits on the front desk. And that if I didn’t like it I could cancel my reservation… that was the worst representation of customer service ever. Not once an apology for the misinformation just a very smart and condescending attitude. Now the other lady at the front desk was very nice had excellent customer service skills. She even acknowledged and apologized for not informing me of the policy when I called regarding my reservation. Overall I got a vibe from the moment I walked through the door that I wasn’t welcomed. Needless to say we stayed to ourselves and in our room which was clean. When we went to get ice another worker asked me what room was I in. Upon check out the room was inspected my deposit was returned with the same attitude. I could certainly tell for whatever reason she did not want us there.

Room was nice and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Left my room for a few hours to go out and came back to my room very clean but someone had stolen/ eaten one of my crumbl cookies from my room. Other than that, great experience.

Unfortunately I found (what I believe to be) a cockroach in our bathroom, which really disgusted me. I told the front desk and was just told ”I’m sorry.” Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Beds and pillows were comfy. Easy for us to get a good sleep on a road trip, just really disappointed with the fact it didn’t feel clean; especially after seeing the bug.

We stay here about twice a year when in town and I’m impressed every time. The rooms are always clean and well appointed. The free breakfast is a big plus for me and saves us money that can be spent elsewhere in the city. The staff is beyond helpful and makes us feel welcome every stay (ask for Cheryl, she is so thoughtful). I’m a pretty loyal patron to places that treat the customer right, and this is one of the better La Quinta hotels I’ve stayed at across the country. Whether you are in a wheelchair like me, or need a room that takes pets, or you just like the free cookies and citrus water in the lobby. Bottom line is if you are on the fence about where to stay in Bowling Green, I personally believe you will have a great stay here. Prepare for a great nites sleep and happy traveling. 😇🇺🇸

I rented 20 rooms this pass weekend for my sons wedding. Azlynn, sales mgr was great to work with and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They not only handed out my Welcome Bags but added restaurant coupons to them 💗. The rooms were clean and beds great. Everyone enjoyed their stay and said the breakfast was good. Kids all loved the pool. Great place to stay

Excellent la quinta, one of the nicer ones we've stayed at, and we have stayed at a LOT all over the place. Def. one of our fav locations. Rooms were large and clean, beds extremely comfortable. The older lady that checked us in was hospitable, friendly and super sweet. Breakfast wasn't very elaborate, which was it's only downfall, other locations breakfast is much better but they had the necessities, coffee, scrambled eggs, sausage links and bagels with cream cheese. Location was quiet, didn't see riff-raff, it's close to the highway, waffle house, and Hardee's. Loved our stay,.would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! No bugs of any kind seen anywhere and I always check before I bring my belongings into any hotel room. Forgot to take before pictures so I'm posting right before we checked out so beds are a mess but room was great!

Stayed here overnight during our visit to Mammoth cave. The room was nice, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. One drawback was lack of light. There were just 2 bedside lamps and 1 corner lamp in the room. As a result, room was darker than what we wanted it to be. Just wish there was some more lights. AC was noisy. Breakfast had limited options and the breakfast area is very narrow. Overall, the hotel was okay and about 35-40 mins from Mammoth cave.

Stayed here for 3 nights and this by far was the best hotel experience we've ever had with 3 adults and 2 toddlers. Room was very clean. Food was great. There was a lot to do within a 30-45 minute radius. We had a blast. Definitely will be staying again.

No complaints except the 200 dollar deposit cause of my living proximity. Sign at front desk says within 50 miles. My phone GPS its 54 miles from my home to motel. Said 200 deposit was in case of damages to room. I understand if was paying with cash but I used debit card so it could have been charged if there was damages. Yes I did get deposit back. But been nice to know about this deposit b4 hand. Online booking doesn't mention deposit at all. But all in all great place to stay. staff is great cleanliness is great location as well.

Clean, up-to-date, easily accessible to highway & wide variety of restaurants. Nice pool. Friendly & very helpful staff. Pet friendly, both cats & dogs. Only complaint was that hot breakfast really wasn't available after 8:30. Was off season when I visited; guy working the breakfast area said they only make so much hot stuff (eggs/ whatever) and when it's gone, that's it for the day. But waffle mix (machine) wasn't available either, and had to ask for milk for cereal as there was not any out (8:40ish; breakfast supposed to run until 9).

Staff was friendly and professional. The young lady who checked us in made the process quick and easy. I came down in the middle of the night to do laundry and saw another staff member patrolling the hallways and making sure the outside doors were secure. It made me feel very safe. The room was clean and comfortable and I was able to fall asleep easily and I had a nice hot shower in the morning. The breakfast was very good and the kitchen staff was very friendly and polite. Will most definitely consider staying again the next time I pass through the area.

This was a great stay for us. While I enjoy a large room.. I must say it was almost too large lol. The TVs are way small for the amount of room to cover. There's a separate bedroom which is nice, but there was literally nowhere to put your belongings. I had to go to front desk and get cups, coffee and fixings. There were none in the room. Overall.. Great stay... Comfortable, quiet. My issue truly arose the following morning at breakfast. Food was good, hot, fresh and good. BUT... There was clearly a person eating breakfast that wasn't staying there. He had 2 backpacks at one table... then, when my husband got up to get seconds... the dude moved to another table closer to me. He said good morning to me.. no problem! I said good morning back but the way he was staring at me made me uncomfortable. We finished up, checked out and left. While driving down the road to get on the highway we saw the guy walking. Maybe have guests show their room key before having access to the breakfast? Also... Observed the only ice machine is on first floor by front desk. Had to walk long hallway to elevator, go to 1st floor, walk long hallway to front desk, and then again in reverse.

Has Roaches… As we always do when staying in any hotel we check for bed bugs and roaches. As soon as we check in and walk into our room there was two roaches on the wall in plain sight. Big and small. We managed to get a picture of the small one since the big one hurried into the wall. Just for the few moments in the room we probably seen atleast six. We immediately left and went to the desk for a refund. Of course, they can’t refund our money even though we had literally just paid for 2 nights not even 5 minutes prior. The lady at the desk of course wanted to go in the room and look for herself. She proceeded trying to say she didn’t see anything. My husband quickly showed her the picture that has a time stamp on it. We had this room booked since January and it’s now September (LSfest) at the busiest time of the year when there is no other hotels around. We now have to drive 2 hours at 11pm back to our house to sleep a couple of hours before we head back to race again in the morning all because a nasty bug infection hotel. Do yourself a favor and don’t go through the trouble that we just did trying to get a refund since apparently they can’t give those.

We had a SUPER experience and I want to thank Cheryl, Dorothy and Azlynn for the great welcome upon arrival. Their personalities are amazing! The breakfast area was clean and food was great! The rooms were clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable!

Room was nice, housekeeping was friendly even when I bothered them for towels. Hot breakfast was good and attendants were friendly. Pool is a salt water pool so it’s almost like a weird version of ocean swimming but it was nice. Laundry area was clean and affordable. Had a Pleasant stay! Would go again.

The woman working the front desk (Diane?) was wonderful! Accommodated my family staying in rooms next to each other even though we booked separately. The location was good. The hotel was older, but pretty clean and they have done some renovations. The breakfast was great. Didn't use the pool. For the record, the laundry was $2 a wash/$1 a dry but was average (could use some chairs in there, though). TV worked. We didn't have housekeeping come while we were staying, but when we did need new towels and garbage sacks, they gave them to us. There were stains on the carpet and the sheer curtains (from the AC unit). The room was dusty. The key cards hardly worked either for our rooms or the side doors (and the keys were not kept by our phones, as we were told was why they weren't working). Some minor staining in the tub, but it was clean. The shower made a strange sound but worked fine. There was no dresser (which I didn't even think I'd need until I didn't have one, so that's on me for not looking more carefully at the pictures) and the bathroom could use some more towel bars or hooks. I'd stay here again if in Bowling Green, KY.

One night stay, they accept pets which is why we stayed there. Older hotel showing it's age but good value and right off the highway so easy to get to. Has usual hotel breakfast, would stop again to break up the trip.

This was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I've ever been in, turned on the light at night and 2 roaches went behind the door frame. Also, don't pay extra for rooms with a spa tub because the jets don't even work right. The front desk attendee was rude. Much cleaner hotels in bowling green for less money!

This is one of the nicest LaQuinta Inns I’ve stayed at. Easy on and off of I65. The room was clean and very comfortable. They are pet friendly for a reasonable extra fee. Chase was very courteous and helpful when I called to make the reservation. Check In and check out with both Rachel’s was fast and courteous. Breakfast was good. Every staff member including the breakfast staff were very kind and accommodating. Very nice stay knowing these folks really cared about their guests. Will definitely stay again when traveling through the area.

Patience Hoover’s first night on the job was tonight. She was awesome! I do not like staying in hotels, but she was so nice and answered all my questions in a professional and kind manner. Thank you Patience for making me feel welcome!
