Update 5 years later! This still place still holds true to my first review. Clean. Great management. If you’re working out of town, it is amazing. This place has recently been bought and remodeled. Don't let the old reviews detur you for this place. It's a lil gem! New mattress carpets rooms with the kitchen has all new appliances and granite counter tops. Same with the bathroom new everything. Bug free clean linens. Great price!!!

Old, Clean though. Actually clean! Less than half the price of other places. The owner is super nice. Straight up.

The rooms are very clean and nice plenty of space and I don't know if it's the owner or just a gentleman who works there but they are the customer service is great and the rates are very reasonable.

Rooms are nice they have a full size stove/oven ice box and Microwave. Mr.Gary and the lady that works the front desk are good people It is also quite and Noone roams the parking lot

Loved this place! I used it as an extended stay and could not have been more pleased. The room I had was a "full" kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. Prices were fantastic! Do not overlook this place!

I'm here staying for a long stay construction project nearby. This place is perfect and has everything I was looking for: 1. Extremely reasonable rates. 2. No bugs and frequent exterminator visits. 3. Gas range, Full size refrigerator/freezer and Microwave and laundry on site. 4. Clean rooms with Shower/Bath with a lot of very hot water. 5. Good location, with many amenities nearby including night life but far enough from the college to avoid traffic and students. 6. Awesome, friendly and accommodating management. This is probably the best part, all the employees are super cool. 7. Plenty of parking and video surveillance of the parking lot. Highly Recommended!

Decent room at a fair price. Management was kind and helpful. Guest laundry was a nice bonus!

Infested with roaches and black mold. Wifi is waaaayyyyy below expectations of civilization in the U.S. Seems to me you pay, as much as being requested, for such low life living in America. Heyyyy MANAGEMENT do wayyyy better than what you portray!! Management may be great to overnights but what about the people who STAY there and keep the place afloat??? This pic is just from the bathroom. Smells and looks like black mold. Maybe I should've got pics of the roaches. Kinda hard when they climb walls and bath tubs before I can grab my phone. Yea u the cheapest in BG but please stop saying u CLEAN.

Stayed here several days while in town for a seminar. Manager & wife were friendly & made sure all was well with my stay. Clean & quiet. Close to restaurants but not so crowded as Scottsville Rd. Definitely give them a try.

Great place to stay! The manager really keeps up on watching for people who aren't welcome or staying at the motel, my husband has been staying for about 2 months & me & my children came to stay, felt very safe & comfortable! Clean rooms, would definitely stay here again!!

Reserved room this morning, up on arrival we checked in bit person at front desk was acting very strange and told us he didn't want to rent the room. I have never had an experience like this and do not recommend. Also there were people in the parking lot without ID asking if we could rent a room for them!

Room was clean and good location. Cheap price and worth it. Check them out.

Budget friendly motel around bowling green area, well maintained and friendly staff.

I'm currently staying in one of the apartments here. It's very nice feels like home. Gary and his family are totally awesome. They always treat us good and always there if we need them. I highly recommend staying here. I know if I ever need to stay in a motel again I will be coming back here.

Needed a place while waiting on my apartment to be vacant. The owner was really nice, the room, 128, was clean and had a good refrigerator and microwave. It's not the Ritz but it's a great place for the price. Quiet and hassle free.

Cool place with lots of centric places to go to ill definitely will stay there again. I contacted Gary to set a room a month head and sure enough a month later he call me to confirm and even got a second room at the last minute, a must. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mayfair is family owned & in a great location. It's less than 5 minutes from Beech Bend NHRA Raceway/Amusement Park. It's clean, quaint, quiet, & kind Gary & his family aren't greedy & don't price gouge like all of the others, when a national event is in town. A COLD AC, microwave, big screen TV, key instead of card entry, & friendly staff are all assets of Mayfair. We've stayed a number of times & will continue to .. when our grandson is with us, he really likes his stay! Keep up the good work friends!

Awesome experience!!! Excellent service!! The owner was just all around outstanding. So helpful and informative. He was great in allowing me to make my reservations and helped me with anything I needed. I will definitely only be staying with Mayfield Motel when I am in Bowling Green!!

Owner very nice and friendly. Rooms and linens clean. Quiet area not alot of traffic in and out. Convenient location for food/shopping. Fair pricing.

The rooms are super clean and spacious very quiet .the owner was very nice and it was very close to the job I was doing in bowling green .my wife and I will definitely stay there again the next time we are in town .

Not ideal. Do not stay here! I was here first weekend of November. Small rooms, no ice, Internet did not work. When I asked about ice the owner was like are you checking out tomorrow? I'm like I don't know but I'm here right now at 7 pm and I've paid and I need ice and Internet which you have neither. Very unprofessional. Doesn't understand that they provide services and cannot back it up.
