Very Poor Quality!! Waddington Jewelers is not the place to go if you want a custom ring! My ring fell apart and now I am paying twice what I paid the first time just to have it fixed! I have had nothing but issues and do not recommend this store to anyone!!

I took an engagement ring to Waddington to be resized. The ring was white gold (dipped in Rhodinium for the silver finish). Though the size was correct, the finish was taken completly off the ring. We didn't notice while how yellow the ring had become until we arrived at home and compared it to other jewelry. I would have thought the jewlers knew enough about the alloy making up the ring and that they would have restored the finish back to it's original finish. I was disappointed with my experience at Waddington.

The owners of Waddington Jewelers are incredibly kind and helpful! I had a ring made and from start to finish they were so knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their customer service was outstanding! Very impressed and very thankful to have them in Bowling Green!

We bought our wedding bands and an Ohio State watch from Waddington's last year and I LOVE being able to tell everyone who compliments my ring and watch exactly where I got them from. The ring we found for me was perfect and I know we were very lucky to find it since it was designed by Jen, so it was quite possibly one of a kind. Ben and Jen do such a great job at their store, they have lots of great products and it is a very welcoming atmosphere. I also love all of their little events, such as Ladies' Night.

Everyone was so helpful in assisting me with the redesign of my wedding ring set for our 30th anniversary. They even ordered a few sample rings so I could select the style I liked the best. I couldn’t be happier with the service and my rings!

I took in two watches for new batteries today and got fast service with a smile as usual. A few years ago, I took in some old gold things and they bought them for cash based on weight. I have had old rings sized and loops put on pendants to hang on a chain. They are always friendly and knowledgeable and fun to chat with.

I had 2 pearl necklaces made into three. one was mine and the other was my mothers. Jen created three beutiful necklaces for my daughters . They loved them and it is really special to my daughters to have. generations of mothers love. Jen also work hard to get them done before the wedding of one of my daughters. so thankful.

After a horrible experience with a chain jewelry store, I called Waddington. Ben answered the phone and within minutes made me extremely comfortable as I asked several different questions. With a wedding date just a few months away, I wanted a ring fast! We walked in to Waddington the next day and Jen assisted us and helped us find the exact ring we were looking for! I have gotten my wedding ring resized here, purchased a watch for myself, purchased watch batteries, tie clips for my kids, and have had my wedding band repaired after a tine holding the main diamond broke. All repairs are done in house and your item doesn’t leave their store! My husband had taken his gold wedding band in to have Jen work her magic on it after he had gotten his arthritis under control (we had purchased a hinged band for him, then it was too big once his arthritis was under control), and they held it for over 3 plus YEARS until my husband got it resized. They also carry inexpensive silicone bands for folks who have active jobs and can’t risk catching a finger in a moving machine (looking at you, mechanics and farmers and those with active hand jobs). Very knowledgeable staff. You’re likely talking to one of the owners when you go in, so you can trust their expert opinion. Buy from your local Bowling Green neighbors!

We bought our wedding rings at Waddington’s and could not be happier. We looked at several other places, but were super impressed with the owners’ knowledge of gemstones as well as their great selection and customer service. Ben and Jen helped my husband and I design the perfect ring using my original diamonds. The process was so smooth, and the end result is still my favorite piece. Since then, nearly every jewelry gift I have received has come from their shop. They also gladly repair a very sentimental bracelet every time I have an issue with it.
